“Loved this place. Really tasty food, good prices and generous portions. The quality of the ingredients were awesome too. Very fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and beef. everything was seasoned really well.
Their meatballs are really tasty.

Service was quick and the restaurant is cozy.
I saw other vietnamese people eating at the time i went (i was pretty early at around 10am for a late breakfast/early lunch) and if the people there are the same ethnicity i usually trust the food is good. and the food was AWESOME.

i did have to drive around to look for parking as i didn't know the area well enough at first, but it wasn't so full that there's nowhere to park.“

The pho king food was so good I almost cried. I walked in hungry and walked out in a pho king coma. The broth? Pho king perfect. The noodles? Pho king flawless. I don’t know what magic they put in this bowl, but I’ll be coming back every pho king chance I get. Highly recommend if you want your taste buds absolutely pho king blessed.“

“Had planned to go to another store in the plaza, but after finding out my daughter had never had pho I dragged her in her and got a table. After taking time to explain how pho is usually served and what the different options were, she ordered the tofu and vegetable pho and I got the 'all the meats' pho, as well as fried tofu for an appetizer, Thai iced tea for me and strawberry bubble tea for her.The food here is amazing. I had a wonderful time watching my daughter's face light up as she took her first sip of broth and her first bite of noodles.I will absolutely be coming back here again. I need to get the banh mi and curry for her to try as well.

“One of the best Asian restaurants in Tacoma. I just had the combination (Souper) large size Pho and it was delicious. The broth is really good with a generous portion of high quality beef and meatballs. Even the bean sprouts and basil were crunchy and fresh. This place also serves Chinese and Thai (common in the Northwest) food but I didn't try it.“

“I’ll make this easy for you: go. And eat the roasted pork and BBQ pork, then thank me later. Lin was welcoming, kind, and helpful recommending the perfect dish for my first visit. I destroyed everything on the beautiful plate and could’ve sat there and ate it again. Her father, who prepares everything fresh daily, deserves high praise. Pro tip: go early before they sell out. 10/10 would recommend.“

“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

“Decided to go here on my lunch break. The service was fast. The pho was good and a good portion size. I got a shrimp spring roll. That was good but the peanut sauce tasted store-bought… wasn’t bad though my avocado bubble tea was not great. I think the avocados may have been bad because it was bitter and not sweet at all. The only downside was homeless people kept opening the door and coming in and out of the restaurant.“

“The service and food are incredible! My husband is vegetarian and wanted a dish with udon noodles and tofu, and the cook just offered to make him something special. We got to talking and told him we were at freight house square waiting for AAA because our car wouldn't start and he offered (unsolicited) to jump start our car for us. He got it up and running and we are so grateful! When we got home we both tasted to tofu udon noodle dish and it was the perfect thing - salty, oily, big, fat noodles with perfectly seasoned veggies and tofu. Our only regret is that we didn't get his name. Thank you!!“
