And it drowns out the neighborhood voices that have been following the process for input that the city set up.“

“My husband and I just tried Thai Terrace on a whim because it’s close to home and where we do a lot of our shopping. We didn’t know what to eat and spotted it as we were cruising around. I think this may be our new Thai spot. We shared their green curry and their duck special and let me tell you, we were not disappointed.
