“Little hidden blue gem across International market in Wapato. Best to call ahead if your strapped for time as each meal is made and packed with so much love! Castro is such a character with an unmatched personality the customer service here is superb you are always treated likea friend. Now for the food. My favorite day is Friday as they have THE BEST Fish Tacos around, packed with so much flavor and fresh ingredients! His chowder is usually available in the colder months but it is another great item that comes in a bread bowel. Other favorites of mine are his chicken cesar salad and club house sandwich with HOMEMADE chips that are absolutely delicious. Other things on the menu include hamburgers, enchiladas, flautas, tacos and breakfast burritos that have all been tasty. Every day is a different daily special so check Facebook to see whats on the menu some items are constants and others get added. Had the new menu item Fresas Con Crema it was a great treat on a warm day ?”

“When I'm in Wapato I love stopping at panaderia la Bambi. Their bread is always fresh and delicious. It's very affordable too, no crazy prices like other places do for sweet bread. They don't accept EBT but do accept card and cash.”

“For six months, I couldn’t eat pizza because of an illness. I’d just sit there watching my family enjoy it while I stared from the sidelines, realizing how much I took those simple moments for granted. Every bite I used to eat without thinking suddenly felt like a luxury I couldn’t have. Today, we finally made our way to Flame & Brew, and I was able to eat their Sweet Heat pizza again. my absolute favorite before I got sick. The crust was perfectly crisp with that wood-fired char, soft and chewy in the middle. The pepperoni was juicy with just the right amount of spice, the cheese melted perfectly and full of flavor, stretching with every bite. Add the jalapeños for heat, the pineapple for sweetness, and that drizzle of sweet hot honey that ties it all together sweet, spicy, savory perfection. Normally, I take pictures of my food 😆 but not today. This was a long-waited reunion, and I went straight to enjoying it and completely forgot to take pics. So just imagine a beautiful pizza photo right here. It felt heavenly to enjoy a favorite food again. Shout out to Flame & Brew for making the best wood-fired pizza. I’ve missed it. “Working from home today, and feeling a little too lazy to cook, I took to googling places near me. I do remember a handful of friends telling me about the Cali burrito from JJs. And oh man it did not disappoint. If you want flavor and spices, get the Adobada Cali burrito. This thing paired with the green and red salsa I was provided, was just too damn good. Some might complain about the price, but I think $14 and it being super good is a clear indication of you get what you pay for. Want something cheap? Go to the gas station. That being said, I WILL be returning here for my burrito fix from now on :)”
