We arrived early to enjoy a cocktail at the bar, and it did not disappoint. The basil-lemon martini was one of the best flavor combinations I’ve ever had. The selection of spirits rivals that of any upscale establishment. The service was top-notch. From the charming bartender to our perfect waitress, Rachel, everyone we encountered made us feel valued and well taken care of. Our "Geronimo Moment" appetizer was a delightful surprise — we’ll definitely be back for that Shrimp! As for the main course, if there was any doubt about making this steakhouse one of our regulars, it was quickly erased. The meat was perfectly cooked as ordered, well-seasoned, and the additions were excellent choices that truly enhanced the dish. The salad, soup, potatoes, and dessert were all delicious as well. I wouldn't change a thing about this dining experience. For the quality, options, and overall experience, the price was reasonable for the area. My only regret is not visiting sooner. Merrill & Houston's is a must-try for special occasions, business meetings, family dinners, or even just drinks and appetizers.”

“¡No se caigan en la trampa de propipina aquí! / Don't fall for the tipping scam! (English below) Fuimos el día 1 de octubre 2022. La comida estuvo bien y el servicio también. El problema es que no traen cuenta a la mesa y cuando pagas la cajera solo te dice el total. Mi esposo pagó y dejó propina como siempre. En el carro se fijó del recibo y vimos que había una carga extra de propina llamado "loom". La parte de abajo del recibo explica que la cuenta automáticamente carga con una propina de 15% por grupos de 4 o más, que éramos mi esposo, mis 2 hijas y yo. El problema es que no hay ni anuncio en el restaurante ni dicen al pagar. Además el sistema de tarjeta todavía hace la pregunta de propina!? Así que dejemos doble propina - $9.73 por una cuenta de $29.51. Es una trampa y me pregunto con quién se queda la carga automática ¿el dueño o la mesera? We went on 10/1/22. The food was fine as was the service. The problem is that they don't bring a bill to the table and the server just tells you the total when you pay. My husband paid and left a tip like always, but he looked closely at the receipt in the car and saw an extra charge called "loom." The very bottom of the receipt explains that loom is an automatic 15% tip for groups of 4 or more, which in this visit was my husband, my 2 daughters and I. The problem is that there's no notice in the restaurant nor do they tell you when paying. Additionally, the card system still asks if you want to add a tip?!? We ended up leaving a double tip - $9.73 on a $29.51 bill. It's a scam and I wonder who keeps the automatic "loom" charge - the owner or the waitress?”

I'm going through a really hard time right now personally, and these guys are always professional, fast, and they really mix in a lot of good ingredients. I've never been disappointed. “I came through here recently while on a working vacation with my boyfriend. I basically just went to get 2 cookies and a large diet Coke ay the soda ? fountain. The drinks are a bit on the expensive side. 2.89 for a large plus 2.00 plus for 2 white chocolate chip macadamia cookies. The clerk was nice.I also took the time to use the restroom. It was clean and had t.p. and the proper amount of soap. So, we ended up eating at a sit down resteraunt instead that evening. But, I like the fact that you can still serve yourself drinks here. But they are expensive.

“We went to Popeyes on wedensday the 27th of April . We ordered our food and we were very specific with our order and the cashier was kind of nodding his head and saying uh-huh. We sat down and 34 minutes later after sitting in a restaurant that was about 45 degrees (not kidding) we were called up to get our food, and we still had to stand there and tell the cashier what we were missing. The food was good though.”

“Can't say I've had any major problems. The food is usually always hot, and I'm able to get in and out with my order as I pull up to the drive-thru. Most of the employees always greet me with a bright smile, making me feel welcome and appreciated. They always say have a great day, which is always appreciated.”

“The only complaint I have is your kiosks.... they don't allow you to change the meat with out an up charge and don't allow you to request soft shells..... irradiated with this, lee came forward and took my order to assist me in getting what I wanted for an order. The only (minor) thing I think could be improved is paying more attention to what condiments customers ask for.
I always ask for honey with my chicken and I am typically given honey mustard which I do not like. When I have clarified in the past what condiments I want when giving my order, I’ve felt that the drive thru staff seem to get a bit annoyed. I think this place overall is great, but it is a bit frustrating to always get the wrong sauce.”
