“If you are looking for a nice date night, single couples or doubles this is a good spot.Ambience and service is great however, I visited for the food…..There is a good menu but limited, which is fine in smaller establishments. I ordered the Caesar salad with no anchovies but unfortunately it came with the anchovies.I’m not much of a complainer, so I didn’t say anything. I tried to support small businesses as much as possible when I travel, and I know how tough the restaurant business can be so rather than asking for replacement I just pushed through the salad.Whether it was the server’s error that she forgot to make note of it or the kitchen’s mistake… who knows?The steak was cooked to perfection and very tasty.I would not recommend this place for families with little kids.”

“Excellent food, great bar tender. Can't say enough about the food. We did ribs, chicken wings, and sides. It was delicious. We've been here before for the beer but this time we ate. So glad we did. We will be back.”

“Great place to enjoy a Friday night! We went to see a band play and had a blast. The cheese curds are so good but the portion size is barely enough for one person. Go for the giant pretzel if you want to share! Drinks are randomly priced I've been there twice and it was more expensive to get the same drink at the bar then when we ordered as a table. Service is very slow if you want to be waited on. Waitress was great but they seemed very short staffed as there was only one maybe two people waiting tables. Overall a good spot to bring friends and listen to some live music.Parking: Parking is available around the back of the building or across the street from the front entrance.”

“We were three couples dining on a Wednesday at 5 pm. We were seated right away on time. It wasn't too busy but they had only 2 servers for the whole restaurant and one bus person and one bartender. So a very slight delay was understandable. Beverages came right away. The meals were to come with our meals. The relish dish was the size of a soap dish on your sink. It contained 2-carrot sticks; 2-celery sticks and 2 mini dill pickles. I asked the wait person if they considered that a relish tray? Yes it is. For 6 diners? Yes. Informed for $3.99 we could add more relishes. So that was a bump in the meal . Soup, salad and bread basket were fine. Steaks and salmon were good. Could have been 5 stars but for a pathetic relish tray. Service was very good.”

“The Liberty House Grill has a nice calming atmosphere. I love the nearly enclosed booths they have available where you feel like you are not eating with the table behind you. The bar and the wine cellar in the basement are lovely spaces as well. We started with the cheese curds. They were crunchy and delicious. My husband had the Liberty Burger, which was made of quality beef, topped with onion strings l, Jack cheese, and BBQ sauce accompanied by the parmasean truffle fries. This was a delicious burger. He is still raving about it. I had the Ribeye and Garlic Mashed Potatoes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. We left stuffed with no room for desert, maybe next time. Be sure to make a reservation and give it a try when you're in Beloit looking for a great date spot. We definitely will return.”

“Great food, especially the rice free options like sashimi and a new group of rice free rolls! Thank you! Service is sometimes too attentive, please back off about 10% so we can chat without interruptions. Atmosphere is less than optimal because there are too many tables crammed in, maybe remove about 10% of those for more elbow room. We will be back, just suggesting some experience improvements. “The Butterfly Club is like a return to the kind of dining and atmosphere that the Country Clubs of the 1970's had... a moderately sized menu with a surprising range of meal choices that are nicely prepared and attractively served, as you sit in a comfortable dining room with linen tablecloths and napkins, and look out large windows to gaze upon a wooded area and nurse a nice wine or liqueur.The food is quite good, but if you are a real food-snob, you won't find Wolfgang Puck-ish cuisine. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and designed for a couple, family, or group of friends to leisurely enjoy an evening of interesting conversation and humor over a very satisfying meal.Give it a try. I bet you'll return.”
