You can’t go wrong with any pizza, the Brussels sprouts are unreal, and every flavor of wing is good. Always great vibes here, family friendly, and the staff is awesome!”

“My girlfriend and I recently checked out Post American Eatery for the first time and had an awesome experience! The atmosphere was really cool and relaxed, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My girlfriend ordered the Beef Ragu and loved it! The meat was super tender, and the sauce was just right. I went for the Prime Rib special, and it was delicious – cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Our server was great, too – really helpful and laid-back. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. If you're looking for a place with great food, a cool vibe, and excellent service, I'd highly recommend giving Post American Eatery a try. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back!”

“First of all, they bring out warm towels. UHH! Feels so good! Then the server started aura farming and walked around and took our drinks without even looking at us and memorized all of our drinks. I got the hibachi chicken dinner. 10/10 food. Perfectly cooked chicken, everything was amazing, better than Osaka. The vibes were so good. There was so many different options and I bet they are all 9-10/10. Worth the money!”

“We recently moved to Hudson, and brought our out-of-state guests here for dinner tonight. We've not been here, but I was intrigued after reading the most recent reviews about the restaurant. The food was FABULOUS!! Absolutely outstanding! The ambiance was basic and plain, but who cares when the food tasted like it did. Oh, my goodness, I believe this is the best kept secret in Hudson, but it shouldn't be. Louie's should be packed! The owners chose Hudson, and not the cities to open their business, and I'm so glad they did! EAT HERE, FOLKS!! Happy tummy! 😊”

“I was hosting a rehearsal dinner at the brewery a block away and stopped in to try their pizza to see if it was good enough to order for the event. WOW! The pizza was fantastic and the people working there were genuinely helpful, kind and just great to talk with. I spoke with my waitress, Hannah (who was lovely by the way) and she suggested I reach out to the owner for my rehearsal dinner needs. She even provided me with the contact information. Some people would just say email the owner, she did not. I reached out to the owner Laura, and she was lovely. I asked her if I could preorder 11 pizzas, pay for them and have them delivered. She wrote back a kind email offering everything I asked for and included heat lamps and warming bags. In the course of our conversations, she supplied me with an invoice and will work with the brewery to set things up prior to our arrival. Do not hesitate to eat here. Support people who go out of their way to make a customer's experience a great one. The pizza is fantastic and the people are genuine. I truly feel blessed to have come upon their restaurant and am so totally blown away by the service and food I received.”

“We had Old Southern Bbq cater for our wedding and it was absolutely an amazingly positive experience! The director of catering, Amy, was so helpful and on top of everything. The catering team was absolutely wonderful! All of our guests ranted and raved about the food all night, especially the potato salad and the cornbread muffin tops. Would definitely recommend!”

And now that I know about St. Croix baking company in Hudson, my car will not breeze by Hudson anymore. 😋 I used to go from Eau Claire to the twin cities without stopping but now that I know better I have to stop at this bakery.”

Jess, Suzi, Aimee, and Lauren are so friendly and they are so genuine- when they ask, they do want to know how you're actually doing. They do fundraising and support local businesses and causes in the community. they partner with a local bakery for yummy pastries. so good we always have a tab open.”

“First time ordering take-out pizza today. I am Celiac so gluten free. When I asked about how they prep gf pizzas, I was blown away at the knowledge and care taken when prepping and baking. Crust made off-site, toppings added off line, fresh from the back so no cross contamination, and cooked in the same ovens BUT in their own gf containers! Wow, cannot guarantee anything, even with all of the awesome precautions, but I knew that AND was comfortable ordering. This pizza is now tops for me. Excellent taste, tons of toppings and cheese. Like I remember pizza used to be back in the day. MUST TRY!!! Thanks to EJ’s for going above and beyond for your customers. I’ll be back. 💛”

“me and my mother stopped by after seeing a post on the local neighborhood watch group and tried some ice cream the service was very friendly and the prices are super reasonable they recommended the peanut butter and banana flavor so I tried that one and my mom tried strawberry 🍓 it was delicious! will definitely be back when in the mood for a ice cream treat 😁”

“Me and my bestie visited today 3/21/26 for a delicious classic mbc bloody and wings! Ryan behind the bar was absolutely amazing! Food and cocktails were on point! Matt the manager on the other hand…. Yeah not so much. Throwing a knife behind the bar in front of customers and staff not the greatest way to show your management skills especially after you were the one to break a glass…. We will definitely be returning for ryan behind the bar not so much for the knife throwing Matt though… yikes 😳”

A 16 oz Prime Ribeye, choice of potato, green beans or asparagus and a side salad for 35$ Any day of the week the food and service are top notch though so if you can't make a Thursday you'll still be impressed any day. Amazing breakfast menu ever weekend! Best Old Fashioned I've had in the area! Amazing ownership, great bartenders and servers!!”

“The staff and food is excellent however, this particular Little Caesars is in a strip mall in Hudson Wisconsin the same one with Subway and Holiday. The landlord of this building refuses to fix the air conditioning in here for the poor employees that have to work here with hot ovens all day and it has been out since a couple of years ago when we had that large hail storm!”

FOOD: splendid. I ordered a white cheddar Mac and chez and devoured it. My Orange cream shake was also decent.
SERVICE: More or less quick, wait time was approximately 4-5 minutes, but the staff were polite, which made up for the wait.
ATMOSPHERE: Nice interior and signs on the walls.
Overall, it was amazing stopping in for a quick little snack.”
