“Stayed here for work Sept , Oct and it is just great. The staff is very nice! There is a small pool and a hot-tub glass windows to see the river. Its nice place to sit when its cold. The Bar looks out on the river. Breakfast lunch and dinner with lounge and tv's in the booths. The patio outside is great they have a fire pit and allow smoking. Its a short walk to everything and a short drive to anything. Parking can be a problem in La Crosse its best to walk, ride bike etc. The rooms are nice the location is perfect.”

Our youngest is obsessed with him and it was a dream come to true for her... better than meeting Santa if you ask her. Shout out to Maddie. She was so kind and my kids really like her. “Very relaxing, everyone so friendly and food was fabulous! We stayed at The Radisson to see the Rotary Lights. After, we went back, freshened up and went downstairs for dinner, very convenient. We asked to be by the windows with a view the lights while we ate but no seats were available and our table was set at a different location, waiting for us to finish our drinks. The gentleman that seated us, moved our table to a window seat that had just opened up without even asking before we went in. We were very impressed that he did this and it made our meal that much more enjoyable. The food was fantastic and would highly recommend. This is our 4th year going there for the lights and we would do it any other way! Enjoy!!!”

“I'm pretty plain Jane when it comes to pizza but I can't rave enough about their pizza. The crust is so crispy and they use a great amount of cheese, which we typically order "extra" at other places but not here. We also appreciate the text alerts we receive to give us a discount on pizzas and appetizers, too. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and it's nice to have conversation with Kevin when he can step away from the kitchen or bar for 5-10 minutes. Tonight we had Lilianna as our server and she was spectacular. We also had some laughs with the bartender, Vanessa; she was a hoot!! Although we were too full tonight, we typically top things off with the single-serve cups of ice cream from The Pearl. YUM!! Had I not indulged in all those amazing cheese curds, I defininitely would have had Blue Moon ice cream! Dang it!! 😆 Needless to say, we will be returning customers, as this is amazing food!!! P.S. If you want to try an amazing garlic cheese bread, add that to your order... you will NOT be disappointed!”

“We stopped by last night around 7:15, and there was a good sized line. We weren’t aware that the store was supposed to close at 7 (the website says 9pm). The young man working was the only one there and he handled the line and the late closing extremely well. It wasn’t until someone came in around 7:40 and there were still about 3 parties in line that he told the new customer who came in that they were already closed and that we realized we were “those people”. I just wanted to take a minute to compliment this young man working. He really did a great job of handling a stressful situation, the line was long but you wouldn’t have known by how he handled himself. The customer service was great and so was the ice cream!”

We tried the General Tso duck taco, beef, carnitas and shrimp taco. And AWESOME. The shrimp was a smidge sweet and everything else was amazing. Chips and green salsa was warm and slightly spicy. Margaritas were legit!! Our bill came to less than $60 for five tacos, three margaritas and chips/salsa. No one left hungry. The team running the restaurant were super friendly and inviting. Loading took about thirty minutes. Did not notice any facilities while I was there. Lucky didn’t have a problem going anywhere else in town so I’m just assuming my vibe was unwelcome (I was excited to get out of my small Iowa town and was dancing before even handing my id over to the bouncer) plus all the people I’m with are from mn so it just is a bad look being from the odd state. still gonna give 3 stars because every time I run to mpls to my collage town friends I always get questioned and like I said once had to call the police to get my id back and all this guy did was shake his head no and handed it right back so 3 stars is earned because bouncer wasn’t ego maniac like mpls power tripped bouncers but I did drive a long way so I’m gonna revoke the tow stars. Hope to be able to give my money next time in town as I’m sure I’ll be more welcome.”

They are also knowledgeable about the local bars and restaurants in downtown La Crosse for food to go and enjoyment of the downtown area. I got to enjoy the taste of the Cherry Stout, roasty and chocolate malt character with just a kiss of dark sweet cherry, ABV 6.9%. “We were in on Tuesday at noon.food was delicious as always but the ribs were not as meaty as we always have gotten in previous visits n the chicKen breast seemed smaller. I would rather pay a little more for the meaty ribs cause good golly they are the best. Please go back to the meaty ribs n bigger chicken breasts as we alway get the big garbage can…alway. And of course the bread pudding was fantastic! Do not mind dropping a 100.00 when we come but please meaty ribs not the thinner ribs we received Tuesday..thank you”

“My daughter's and I eat here or do take out, often. We love it. It's my 7 year Olds favorite place to eat, and she eats very well here. Food is always hot and delicious. There are lots of choices on the buffet. The stuffed mushrooms and hot crab salad are my absolute favorite!!!”
