“We've been visiting this Culver's for about 16 years and, while it's still a standard for us, unfortunately the service continues to deteriorate. Almost every other visit now at least one item is wrong or missing (we can't just count items - we have to open and inspect each one before leaving), and lately when I go back to correct the order I hardly even get an apology. The people are still very nice, but service is very much going in the wrong direction.“

“I was there on a weekend afternoon. There wasn't much rush at that time. Most of the people came in for their ice cream. I too had 3 scoops of ice cream and loved every flavor. Smore, gansita and eggnog were my flavors. May be the gansita was my top favorite, followed by smore followed by eggnog. Mexican corn was very simple but super delicious. Horcheta was really good as well. Gaspacho was a very different type of drink I had. It cannot even be called as a drink. It was not sweet, but rather spicy and flavorful. There was ton of solid fruit chunks, you need to eat most of it using a spoon. The taste may not be for everyone, but I liked it.“
“Wisconsin ice cream is amazing. I stopped by a few spots while I was at Madison for their annual computer science engineering hackathon events at the local university. I learned a lot and met some awesome folks while I was able to be on that journey during my undergraduate university years that would surely help shape my career goals and future outlook on things.“
“So many flavors. The best ice cream shop in Fitchburg and Madison area. We took ours to go and even ordered some fancy cones to go that weren’t overpriced. The black Cherry, the vanilla and the mint-chocolate were awesome. Photos will happen another time. We had to serve it up and consume it quickly this time. Everyone went back for seconds! However, recently I got a panini for $11 and felt it was over priced considering there was only one slice of meet and 2 tomato slices in the panini with a side of chips.“
“The sandwiches are very delicious. I loved the Bucky’s Veg Out. I tried the Blueberry Swirl ice cream, no lie, it’s the best ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s so rich and creamy and the blueberry flavor tasted so fresh and strong. Better than Chocolate Shoppe! Service was helpful and great, food was excellent, and the whole experience was fantastic. So cool that the cows live right here on campus and dairy products are made right here on campus! Highly recommend!“

“I haven’t had their ice cream yet, BUT the people here are SO NICE and considerate.I got stuck on the hill in front of them, and they let me use their salt to try to give my 30k pound truck some traction. Coffee is good with variety of options available but not too many it becomes overwhelming - lots of options for tea drinkers as well!The food is amazing - highly recommend the Java Club as it was one of the best sandwiches i've had in a while - and in a market with ever increasing prices this place feels very fairly priced for what you get. Coupled with the fun atmosphere and art on the walls highly recommend checking this place out.Note that parking can be difficult - if busy times of the day parking across the street is much easier than hoping you can find a spot in the tiny parking lot“
“Very convenient for campus meetings. Rooms are modern and clean....walls z bit thing (or neighbours were noisy). Amenities on the main floor are lots of campus food...even a pub. Bed was comfy. Would likely stay here again if the opportunity arises.“

The shop's cool ambiance added to the experience, and the friendly attendant offered great suggestions. With outdoor seating, it's a perfect post-dinner treat after dining in nearby restaurants. “WOW! After a long day of house shopping, we stopped for an ice cream treat We didn't realize it was National Ice Cream Day! After sampling a few kinds, I picked black cherry oat cream, and it was beyond wonderful, creamy good. My companion enjoyed her cone also. The Shoppe was busy, but service was quick and with a smile.“

“Pretty decent michoacana. They have a wide variety of ice creams and snacks however in My opinion this location doesn't give off that lively vibe. The couple times I've been here it's been pretty quiet. However in terms of service pretty decent. They're very patient and ensure you get exactly what you ordered.“
“I have eaten many a burger from many a place, and this is simply the best. The burgers are extremely reasonable considering you get top notch quality production and ingredients. Culver’s is more expensive, and lesser quality. Rodrigo was very efficient and responsive, compliments are owed to the rest of the staff as well.“
“Cashew chicken salad was too salty. I threw most of it awayI did tell them about it. I didn't ask for refund because I did eat some of it. No refund offered either but she aplogized and said it was probably the cashews. They were at the bottom of the container thus saltier.“
“I am switching to cookies over cake for small gifts. I love the variety of options insomnia has for their boxes. The 12 cookie box is just $23 which comes close to $1 per cookie. I have not tried the large personalized cookies but I think that will also be good for a simple birthday treat.The staff are pretty awesome and even though the spot is pretty famous and busy, they move by pretty fast and help you make your selections.“

“This is my second time coming here and having to deal with, whom I’ve just found out is a manager, Josh. I came through the drive through. Josh appeared to be frustrated, angry and impatient. He was dismissive, huffing, and very rude to his coworkers. I work in service industry as well, and handling pressure is something that comes with it. Allowing your customers to witness the behavior I did today just isn’t okay. I felt uncomfortable. If things are that overwhelming, maybe finding less stressful work would do. Or a vacation? Work burnout is real.We all have our days, but as a manager remaining professional is key.“
