“I had ate here tonight for the first time as we are from out of town. I am SO glad we found the 5 O’clock club. First, our server Melissa was amazing. Even though she was busy, she gave us the back story on the restaurant which made the experience that much better! How the OG Grandma Mary’s great grandson is now the chef, HOW COOL!! now for the food, I saw duck wings with a cherry sauce for an appetizer and immediately new I wanted to try them and I’m so glad I did. Probably a new favorite! Then I ordered salmon for dinner which was cooked perfectly and not to mention the French onion soup was to die for! We had 3 people at our table, everyone loved their food. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!! If I’m ever in the area, I will be back!!”

“There are 2 young girls working today, standing in view of customers, eating breadsticks, drinking and using cell phones. When a customer walks up to the counter, they are giving them food, plates, silverware, with unclean hands. I don't see this kind of thing going on when the manager is here.”

“Have been to The Rox many times, just to stop in, have a few drinks or dinner, or for parties and other events. This is a highly underrated bar, and more folks should give it a try. Great atmosphere, food and drinks are great, and a local business to support. Check out Spring City restaurant attached as well!!”

“Another local diner/restaurant brunch after the dog show in Waukesha. Food was tasty and hot, our waitress was great, left the dog in a crate in the van with the doors open and we were able to have a booth so we could keep an eye on it. Definitely recommend.”

She anticipates the customers needs being quick and efficient in her efforts to please. We appreciate her tremendously. This Pewaukee location has to be the best. Management truly cares about the guests as well as her people.”

“For the lack of employees in the establishment, they kick ass. Sure there are bottleneck moments. What do you expect from multiple online orders as well as in store visits while almost every employee is literally new. I saw two men tonight pull of the impossible without backing down. If it were me I wouldve quit due to the customer attitude and the exhaustion.”

“It was our first time at your restaurant; I brought my two children who are wheelchair users, and my twelve year old. The hostess didn't bat an eyelash: just got is to an appropriate table, which is something that is rare. The server was helpful and kind. The food is delicious: love the broasted chicken and Cole slaw. My daughter's burger was nicely done. The onion rings were perfect, and the root beer was refreshing. Thank you for a lovely dinner in Pewaukee on the 4th! We will come again.”

“Huge shout out to Casa Tequila in West Bend for my experience tonight. My 2.5 year old son had a puking incident there and the staff were all so kind. Our waitress, other waiters/waitresses in our area, and the woman who came over to help clean things up were so wonderful and also so nice to my son. No one looked disgusted or irritated. It was just amazing. The service is always great there, and same with the food. Thank you Casa Tequila West Bend, I will never forget your kindness in a stressful situation.”
