“Took myself out to breakfast for my birthday and I had to check out the all vegan cafe! I have been vegan for 7 years now and I have never found anything like this! I had a veggie scrambler and mango tango fusion smoothie and both items were so good! And then they brought me a slice of vegan chocolate cake for my birthday dessert. It was the sweetest and kindest gesture. I can’t wait to come back!“

“We stopped in for a weeknight birthday dinner and were quite impressed. The jambalaya is absolutely AMAZING!! Best I've ever had. Our server Dan was friendly and attentive without being bothersome. We topped the night off with some delicious take home Key lime pie and bread pudding.We will be back again soon!“

“I'm VERY picky about my BBQ. I don't mess with Famous Dave's, Dickey's, etc. This is probably the best BBQ I've ever had. Genuinely can't recall a spot that is definitively better than Smokin' Jack's. I'm also not a big online review leaver. I'll word-of-mouth it all day...but actually remember to leave a review? And then take the time to actually write one? Nah. So that's saying a lot. Anyway, I can't eat BBQ TOO much because it is some pretty heavy stuff, but when I get a craving again, BEST BELIEVE I'm pullin' up for a two-meat combo DOUBLE BEANS.“

“AMAZINGLY fabulous. We saw a guy mixing coleslaw from the sidewalk so went inside to check it out. We got ribs, brisket, coleslaw and of course I got a root beer float. My sister and I were shocked to see how much food we got. We have plenty leftover for supper. Definitely a must try.“

“Doc's is the best smoked meat in Milwaukee. The portions are satisfying. They have 4+types of sauces. The fries are seasoned just right!! I had a hiccup on a take out order and I called to let them know. The manager was courteous respectful and made it right on another visit. I love the fried pickles. Good food and integrity is a delicious combo. Thanks Doc 😉“

“First time here. Stopped in for lunch. I had the "no bun meat feast" w/bbq sauce (smoked chicken, brisket, pork). Very good, meats were tender & had good flavor. Good sized portion, enough for a carry out 2nd meal.Had a drink, played a game of pool & just appreciated the atmosphere while watching NCAA basketball.Very kind & efficient staff. I would definitely visit again.“
