“We ordered the Christmas Dinner pickup. It could not have been any better! The menu was really unique and included some delicious appetizers. The apple cinnamon bread pudding with caramel sauce were to die for. Odette exceeded our expectations and made Christmas Eve dinner really special. A true professional that cares about her guests and elevates an already wonderful dining experience! We had the The Rice Krispy appetizer, which was a delicious start to the meal along with the Outlaw cocktails that were on point! We ordered the Timmy Roll, one of our all time favorites! Also tried the Crimson Wave roll for the first time and the combination of the heat and sweet was surprising and delightful! We ended with the Viva Las Vegas dessert that was so good I will probably dream about it tonight! Outlaw Sushi is by far the best sushi in Florence but also one of the best all around restaurants in the Shoals with so many different things to try! Do yourself a favor and go have an experience that you won't forget!”

“Everything I had here was amazing! The queso blanco dip was very good, not runny or watery like some places. The chips were warm, crunchy and homemade. I loved that they bring you a pitcher of water so you can refill your own drinks. And speaking of drinks the bartender made our margaritas perfectly (I got the strawberry, very yummy) and I also got a drink that came with a rubber ducky that squeaks...super cute! The Chile Relleno plate was great, the portion size was pretty big. Our waitress was really kind and helpful, but sadly I didn't catch her name. Definitely give this place a shot if you want something that is a little different from your typical Tex-Mex place around here, they have a little of everything. : )”

She made us feel welcome and very comfortable . . . like she would do anything to provide us great service. She took our orders quickly, but not hurried. Our food (drinks, bread, appetizers, and entrees/sides) was brought out in timely intervals. Tonia got all 6 orders exactly correct . . . no mix-ups, no omissions, etc. The food items, (salmon, shrimp, chicken, steak salad, salmon salad) were very good and ample portions.
No negatives here; all positives, especially Tonia, our server!”

“My daughter and I decided to give chilis another chance after a very long time…. I am glad we did! Elizabeth was our server and she was fantastic! The food was great! I am so happy that we finally had a positive experience because chilis used to be one of my fave places! I tried to call after we left to leave a review with the manager but was placed on hold and then disconnected after being told it was extremely busy and might be awhile. But I WILL NOT hold this against them! I understand and will be back! Make sure Elizabeth knows that her great service did not go unnoticed!”

“Good food but gluten allergy has been ignored on 3 visits. They do not take gluten free seriously even though they offer a gluten free bun and specify to kitchen you have an allergy. They also charge the full price of a side salad to substitute for their gluten coated fries instead of just charging the difference. Celiacs you are eating at your own risk. I wouldn't chance it if I were you. The slaw is another gluten free option but I found it to taste horrible. All other food I've tried has been great. I just hate I've been miserable for two days now bc the server told me the bun was indeed gluten free. I know the consistency of the usual g free bun, so I just assumed they'd changed brands. I assumed wrong. The server had no idea what she was talking about. Also, if you forget to ask for no croutons on your salad and request a new one without croutons they may just pick the croutons off and bring the same salad. Sorry, but that doesn't make it gluten free. Lastly, the udis brand bun is doable but probably one of the worst I've had since being gluten free. I wish they would switch brands, but I'm thankful they at least offer the substitute (when they get it right that is).”

We ordered the 3 tacos, burrito bowl, and a pint of queso. We then went down to Veterens park to eat by the water to discover our Queso was not there, so we packed up and went back. Expecting to not have any issues, I went in to politely let them know we didn't get our queso, and the gentleman proceeded to insinuate I was a liar. Was rude, and told me that it was in there, that it was sitting right there in a brown bag. well I said it must have ended up in someone else's bag and he rolls his eyes and says um no there wasn't anyone else here. Sir, yes there was..a gentleman ordering right behind me. I was just blown away that he would sit and tell me that I'm lying. I informed him that I paid 10 plus tax for this queso and was not leaving without it, to which he finally hesitantly and rudely gave me the queso, that I PAID FOR!! I understand that restaurants I'm sure have issues with people trying to get free food, but still this was uncalled for and honestly offensive. it will be a long time before we consider returning to this location. Do better!!! Also, we left them a tip too. Pleased with our service. In no way should I have been treated like a liar and gotten such rude service in returning for what we rightly paid for.”

The health rating has always been in the mid to upper 90’s and someone is always replacing the food and stirring the food. We have never had a bad waiter. I admit sometimes you can’t understand them like was commented below, but this is a Chinese restaurant!! What do you expect? They’re polite and always smiling. Food is consistent and buffet always full.”
