“I have always loved their chicken. But tonight I tried the chicken sandwich. It was AWFUL. Had some pink sauce on it, which sucked. But the chicken itself had way too much breading, so it was extra greasy. And it cost $3.99. Fail! I also noticed a significant price increase from my last visit. 4 piece combo now $9.19.“

“I visit your restaurant at least twice a week sometime more. I only do drive thru .my issue is the cleanliness of your pick up window .dead moths and flies
and garbage on the ground. I know your location by the water is the reason for the moths BUT would probably take 5 or
10 minutes to wash it off before opening.Just a turn off when you're picking up food“

“biscuits aren't any good, the chicken is over cooked, smells from the exhaust fan on roof stink up the parking lot. after this review the owner reached out to me . he asked questions, and genuinely cares about what people think. he let me know they have other specialty items on the menu. we tried there street tacos, they were delicious. my mind and opinion of this place are forever changed. if you have a chance you should give them a chance for your business“

“Outstanding job by Jackie (Mgr) & Brandon for running entire Arbys at Rainbow Dr in Gadsden Saturday 11/5/2022 by themselves! And did it with great attitude and very friendly. Jackie ran counter, drive through and cooked food and Brandon put it together correctly in a very timely matter like a well oiled machine! They worked great together. And should mention Jackie was trying to train a new hire at same time. Was an amazing thing to watch. Food was good and hot. They deserve a raise!“

“Never been to a Cook Out before, and didn’t know what was missing. What a fantastic experience! Friendly staff, Harlee was super helpful. The food came out really fast and every bite was phenomenal. What surprised me the most was that it was less than $27 to feed all three of us and we were stuffed. Most definitely will be coming back and highly recommend the place.“

It was very clean, food was fresh, quick service but the girl on register seemed a little clueless. The manager was very friendly when she brought our food out. This place has turned around……..“

“Went during lunch. The parking lot was completely full and the drive thru line reached out of the lot. Their drive thru usually moves pretty quickly but I went inside and ordered. Only one customer in front of me and another cashier quickly called me over the the other register. Crew was friendly and food was fresh and delicious.“

“This place was a nice surprise. We had been out on the Coosa River in Hoke's Bluff, AL all day and stopped to get something to eat before driving 2 hrs. back to Chattanooga. It's a tiny little Chinese food restaurant in a tiny little town, and it was delicious! The Hot & Sour Soup was a little different than I've had before, and it was great. The chicken lo mein was also great. They also have a lot of different flavored bubble teas if you're into that kind of thing. My daughter loves it.“
