“I visit your restaurant at least twice a week sometime more. I only do drive thru .my issue is the cleanliness of your pick up window .dead moths and flies
and garbage on the ground. I know your location by the water is the reason for the moths BUT would probably take 5 or
10 minutes to wash it off before opening.Just a turn off when you're picking up food“

“After reading recommendations for the best fried chicken in Gadsden, I drove out today. I got 12 pieces of dark meat fried chicken and took it home. I was pleasantly surprised. It was good! It was well worth the drive. It was $23.10 for 12 pc. dark (chicken only). That seems kind of high to me but the chicken was good. What do you think - is nearly $2 per piece of fried chicken expensive or am I just out of touch?“

“I come here every other night I get off of work. There was a new girl in the window. Never saw her before. Ms Riley was the sweetest thing she was fast getting me and my food out, but also polite and didn’t rush me. Great addition to the Gadsden Cookout! Great food and great service as always!“

“Outstanding job by Jackie (Mgr) & Brandon for running entire Arbys at Rainbow Dr in Gadsden Saturday 11/5/2022 by themselves! And did it with great attitude and very friendly. Jackie ran counter, drive through and cooked food and Brandon put it together correctly in a very timely matter like a well oiled machine! They worked great together. And should mention Jackie was trying to train a new hire at same time. Was an amazing thing to watch. Food was good and hot. They deserve a raise!“

“As I sit here and enjoy my fresh hot food that was served with a smile, I'm hearing the manager telling her staff that they are doing a great job as a team, keeping everything flowing. She also says please and thank you to her staff!!! This absolutely should be recognized by her supervisor and they entire crew today!! So Many times you see and hear the negative things but today I want you to know about this INCREDIBLE TEAM working on February 2,2025 @12:30 pm!!! “Even though at 10:40 was when I placed my order this is by far the best McDonald's I have ever had the food was extremely fresh hot you could tell it had not been sitting very long if any at all and the workers were extremely friendly nice and polite“

“Food was great! 7 dollar fill up boxes..complete with mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits strawberries bites and drink. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby. The tea containers were FLITHY... YUKKK... The window seals we dirty with dead flys and live little bugs..
