I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)
We came to McDonald’s and we pulled around to eat so our food wasn’t cold by the time we got home. We got a quarter pounder with cheese and my fiancé’s burger was pink . I took it back to the window and the manager said “yes ma’am it’s beef”. I said yea I know that it’s not supposed to be pink like that . And they replaced it . But they either need to fire the cook or get a better grill . I forgot to take a picture but if my fiancé gets sick from that burger...read full review
