I ordered a deluxe box with a pink lemonade and 2 soft taco supremes. First off the food was cold/barely warm and had little to no meat inside. We were basically just eating a tortilla wrap with nothing inside. This is absolutely awful. I tried to call the establishment but no answer. The cinnamon twist and chicken Tostitos were good. Need a better way to manage how many cars move through the drive through. To have every car pull up and park causes a cluster of cars just parked everywhere. Maybe need to have designated parking spots for drive thru traffic instead of just "pull around and we will be right out with your food".

Honestly, forcing people to pull upand park to wait 20 minutes to get their taco order. If you have to cook chicken, maybe it would be a huge wait time. The order was messed up from the beginning, and then at the drive-thru window, I thought we got it straightened out. It wasn't. I still had to go inside to get the order straight. I shouldn't have ever had to get out and get the items missing. Every time we use this Taco Bell KFC in Southside, we have to go back to get the rest...read full review
