A lovely, rustic old home converted to a cozy intimate restaurant. The wafting smells of the food being prepared drew us as we wandered in. The warm, friendly greeting and attentive staff made us feel at home. The gentle bustle and buzz of the restaurant offset by a phenomenal soundtrack of eclectic music. My wife and I commented song after song about how special the ambiance was. Now to the food, although simply referring it as food is an extreme injustice. The meal was literally a work of art. Not the bougie, overly small (see what I did there?), portions with a drizzle of color to distract you from the fact that you about to "feast" on two bites of food. The portions were just the right size, completely satisfying without being grossly over or under sized. The ingredients were all extremely fresh and top quality. This makes total sense... with chefs creating such wonderful fare, why would you not use the best? Simply put, every single thing about Josephine's is absolutely perfect in my opinion. We wanted a special night for my wife's birthday and Josephine's delivered in spades. It could not have been any more perfect. Thank you SO much! “I came in for a latte and left with a renewed faith in humanity… and the distinct possibility that I can never show my face here again.
Everything was going wonderfully until I picked up my two coffees and headed to the lid station. Apparently, my hand decided it was no longer interested in holding my large latte, and I proceeded to baptize the counter, the floor, myself, and possibly the espresso machine.
The entire line of customers let out a collective “OHHHH!” You know, the kind usually reserved for a spectacular sports injury.
Naturally, I responded with the grace and composure of a grown woman having a complete internal meltdown, frantically grabbing napkins and repeating “I’M SO SORRY”.
The barista immediately jumped in to help, and then something genuinely wonderful happened. A kind, bearded gentleman stepped away from the crowd of spectators and offered to help clean up my caffeinated crime scene.
While I was contemplating a new identity and relocation, these beautiful humans reminded me that a little compassion goes a long way.
So, five stars for the re-make of delicious coffee, but a million stars for the kindness. To the lovely baristas and the bearded gentleman who rescued a very embarrassed adult from crying over spilled coffee: THANK YOU.”

I haven't had a relleno that has come anywhere close to the perfection of the very first one I had in barstow. this one is a masterpiece! not too cheesy. but cheesy enough. and white cheese!! thank God! whoever thinks yellow cheese belongs in a chili relleno needs to quit the restaurant business haha. and then.....the batter. slightly fluffy. the absolute perfect amount of crisp. and SO MUCH FLAVOR! I can't believe it took me so long to check this place out. I'll definitely be back. and 14/10 can't wait to have my face burned off again 🤣 this was a super awesome experience 😁”

The onion pakora was a perfect appetizer, as it was crisp without being greasy. The chana masala at “medium-plus” spice level packed more heat than the “hot” spice level at many other Indian spots I have tried in Florida. Bravo! Both the basmati rice and papadum were subtly seasoned with cumin seeds, adding just the right depth of flavor to round out the meal. Every bite of my dinner reflected care and quality. Our "farewell dinner" had been ordered ahead of time and the quality of all food items was excellent. In all cases, the service was speedy and efficient without being intrusive. The restaurant is large and somewhat noisy but the ambiance is fitting of an expensive establishment. Recommended - if you are staying at this hotel, it is the obvious and a good choice.”

I want to add to the complaint that this service was a "joke" in May, 2021; I'm sorry that things went wrong in May, 2021, according to the tripadvisor letter, but my experience was quick, the staff at Whole Foods customer service was knowledgeable and courteous, I received my refund promptly. I want to add to the complaint that this service was a "joke" in May, 2021; I'm sorry that things went wrong in May, 2021, according to the tripadvisor letter, but my experience was quick, the staff at Whole Foods customer service was knowledgeable and courteous, I received my refund promptly. The onion pakora was a perfect appetizer, as it was crisp without being greasy. The chana masala at “medium-plus” spice level packed more heat than the “hot” spice level at many other Indian spots I have tried in Florida. Bravo! Both the basmati rice and papadum were subtly seasoned with cumin seeds, adding just the right depth of flavor to round out the meal. Every bite of my dinner reflected care and quality. I will definitely return!”
