“The food here is awesome. So many choices for the GF menu. I was able to safely eat the French fries (they have a dedicated GF fryer) and the Steakhouse burger, which was superb, on GF bun. Even better - they have Fever Tree Ginger beer as a drink option and you bet your butt I ordered one. I also had their chips and the classic All American cheeseburger lettuce wrapped "protein style" the other day and that was just as delicious as the Steakhouse burger with all the extra fancy toppings. I don't think there's any dish on their menu that wouldn't be amazing to try out. Definitely worth a lunch break or two to try out some tasty options.“

“Do not order any cheese fries of any sort unless you want the nacho cheese that you get from a 7 eleven that’s been sitting out from the heat for about an hour…Burgers were good but not sure how you can mess up an order when there was no other customers in the place. “I came in with my mother and waited not too long, it was a reasonable time considering they were busy. I just wanted to recognize the employees for doing what they do and dealing with the people that they do. Me and my mother observed a women belittle the staff because she had a party of 11 and wasn’t sat where she wanted and at the time she wanted when her party wasn’t fully there and the restaurant was full with big parties already. This Women started belittling the staff even before the manager even spoke to her. You could obviously she was a racist women as she also talked down on me for defending the staff(I am a black women) this women spoke about their skin color(the manager was Hispanic, one of the host was I believe black and the other host was Hispanic)
The manager was very friendly to this party and tried to resolve the issue while the women sat there yelling at her before she could speak. I personally asked the women to leave myself as she was causing a seen and was talking so low of the staff. All the host were amazing and kept their cool, I specially wanna give shout out to Adian for standing up for their manager. We later asked to speak to the manager(she said her name was Michelle) she was honestly such a lovely person. She was running food,checking on tables and cleaning floors making sure everything was okay with customers . We wanna give this staff a big KUDOS to all the staff. The food was amazing,fast and the place was surprisingly clean from what we use to see here years ago. I heard the women said she was gonna write a review so I wanted to make sure my story was out before hers, Because they did not deserve the way she spoke to them.“

Still the same gripe: they are not cleaning the seating area. We sat there for almost 30 minutes. Most of the tables were empty, but almost all of them were dirty.

I think they are running too lean on employees, and that is leaving nobody to clean.“

“We are seniors and have tried a few of the Freddy’s around the valley. This Freddy’s is the very best. Adriana helped us right away when we walked in for a late lunch. Concerned about the food being left in a heating bin is never the case here at Freddy’s cause they cook it when you arrive. She offered us an adjustment/upgrade using our rewards and we had doubles which came out piping hot as well as the shoestring fries that are always so tastee! While eating a representative cleaned all the tables and later Adriana took out the trash. This is one of the cleanest and best Freddie’s you’ll find in the East Valley so it’s worth the drive!“

“I live less than 2 mins drive from the Jack in the Box at Higley & Pecos... John and his night crew are the only reason for me to order and drive an extra 10+ mins. This review is me being thankful for them, because i know how hard a nightshift can be. Trying to sleep during the day when the neighbors dogs barking while nobody is home to quiet them down, or landscapers spending 3 hours with mowers and leafblowers. 9 to 5'ers don't understand the h*ll that does long term... rarely does John and his crew mess up my order, or give me cold fries... 99 out of 100 times, they are still better than any other fast food night crew from similar competition.“

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

“Fresh, hot burgers with a bit of crisp around the edges of the patty from being flattened on the grill (adds flavor). Nicely seasoned; right amount of salt. Can order the burger with no bun or in a lettuce "bun". Fries are small shoe string type and deliciously crispy, greasy and salty. Nice sized sauces for dipping (BBQ, ranch, etc). They have kids meals and chicken options for those that don't eat beef. Frozen custard can be purchased there also- quite a few toppings to choose from like sprinkles and gummy worms. Service was above average and pleasant overall.

“You may not believe this but in the past 3 weeks I’ve tried (for the first time) Carls Jr, Nutella, and going to a chiropractor. While the back cracker helps my body and the hazelnut spread healed my soul, let me just say that Carls Jr Bacon Avocado Burger truly scratches the heavens.

I’m not sure if the condiments conspired to taste so good together or not, but combined with French Fries and a Coca Cola it was rather amazing.“

“I was searching for a last minute cake and was asked for find a “Reese’s Peanut Buttercup Blizzard Cake”. After making a few phone calls to another location and not receiving a call back or answer, I reached out to this location. Katie was very pleasant and helpful. She confirmed that they do have the cake we wanted and she shake they would be able to personalize it as well. Unfortunately, I was at work so I had to use Ubereats to deliver the cake. Ubereats didn’t have the cake listed so Katie recognized my name from the phone call and knew exactly what I wanted and the personalized message I needed. I am very pleased with her service!“

Chicken was tough and stringy and cold! Only thing that was warm was the bun. “Our server was very polite and kind the most recent time around. One of our food items came cold which I understand can happen, so I mentioned it and it was quickly resolved. Then I heard the customers behind me talking about a dirty plate. They had the same server as us and she resolved the issue as well, but it made me think about what the heck is going on in the back house. I also want to comment on my last visit here. They were severely understaffed and our service was a bit slow. That time, I ordered salmon and it was very dry. I know it’s just Applebees, and maybe my expectations are too high. Either way… it’s definitely 4/5 on a good day. I’ll give it another try and see what happens.“
