“Delicious sushi. Great menu. Beautiful space. But avoid the bar stools at the sushi bar. They are so uncomfortable and awkward. You will immediately regret not sitting at a table. And your view isn't the sushi being made. It's a faux wood wall.“
“I thoroughly enjoyed the Hamachi Shiso Agauchile paired with Clarified Shiso Aguachile (what a smooth cocktail) as suggested by my server Ethan. Afterwards I had the delicious New York Strip paired with wine. What an amazing experience, I look forward to my next visit. ?️“
“I went during lunch and I was seated right away. The restaurant had a chill atmosphere. I had the lunch special which was the teriyaki chicken bento box with an iced green tea. It was literally the best bento box I've ever had. The food was super fresh and flavorful. The service was on point and the price was great for what it includes. I will definitely be making a trip back.“
“I enjoyed it but for the caliber they’re going for it’s lacking. The price point just isn’t met imo. Didn’t dislike any dish but not a single one impressed me either. My fav was the octopus. If you eat this sort of food often give it a try. If this is a special night out for you, keep looking.“
“The best sushi I have had in phoenix and surrounding areas. Amazing selection of adult beverages. Friendly staff, great service! Wife and I have been many times to this restaurant. Always high quality and fresh sushi! You definitely taste the difference. Prices are a little bit higher than other sushi restaurants, but it's for good reason. The quality, the attention to detail by the chef, the flavors, and the taste. We always have a wonderful dining experience in this restaurant!“
“I've been going here since I was a freshman in 2010. Used to grab a bite or drink here and go to the Burton Barr Library. My husband has been going here since he was little. Now I take my kids here occasionally to get a bite! Lyn is the sweetest and we love talking to her while she's there. 10/10!!!“
“Ordered spicy teriyaki with veggies. It wasn't spicy at all, however the food did taste good. The chicken was tender and juicy. The teriyaki coated the chicken nicely. Service was good, and the atmosphere is your typical fast food restaurant.“
“I ordered teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken. I loved both, but I will have to tell them not to make the Teriyaki chicken too hot. It did take me 3 days to eat it all... worth it, but I was a fire-breathing dragon. I will eat here again.Parking: Great, easy parking right out front.“
“When two cultures collide, amazing things happen. Sinaloa-style sushi is native to the state of Sinaloa, Mexico and is not your typical sushi. Their rolls are all cooked and come in 3 styles - cold, deep fried, and baked. Instead of soy sauce and wasabi, these rolls are served with chipotle sauce, sriracha, and lighter soy-based sauce that goes perfectly with chilli powder on the table. All the rolls were great but we loved the baked tres chiles roll the best. The restaurant has its own little private space towards the front of the Lion Discount Store. The service was fantastic and extremely welcoming. The owner was super nice. Don't hesitate to come here and try it out for yourself.“
“This is our new favorite! Excellent quality, fresh ingredients, simple yet wonderful menu, a wonderful kid’s menu, accommodates food restrictions, service is fast and friendly. A wonderful place to eat, chill, and enjoy some delicious poke bowls and sushi!“
“This place is absolutely good! Not only does it have sensual appeal (taste good) it has visual appeal too. Man I have to really give them the best rating as far as really good tasting food! Do not just take my word for it. Please do yourself some justice and order absolutely anything here. It all taste good. Not just when you are hungry but tasty really good. I will really be back! Oh did I say it taste good? Yeah!!!“
“Best habatchi in town. Fried rice is great and the sauces that go along with the meal chefs kiss. The only things that could be a little better are the timing of when the food comes out --not bad if you order ahead. And also the seating arrangements if you stay to eat are difficult.“
“It is worth every penny: The hood sauce is absolutely immaculate and by far one of the most wonderful flavors I've had in a long time. If you're looking to support a local business, I'd highly recommend giving Hoodbachi a chance.I sincerely hope this kitchen can evolve into a brick and mortar store someday soon.“
“The broth was amazing! I had the spicy miso ramen and added the soft boiled egg. Happy hour options for drinks and appetizers were great. The server was so nice and everyone kept checking to make sure I liked my food and that I had everything I needed.“
“We were looking for a different restaurant but it went out business..saw the sign Trappers Sushi..we love sushi so we gave it try..the food was great and service too..cozy, warm and welcoming ... we'll come back.❤️❤️❤️❤️“
“Absolutely Glorious! I recommend for Arizona tourist. As a native of Arizona this is the freshest seafood and poultry dishes. Also, the vegetables we genuinely perfect with a slight crunch; I loved the freshness of my veggies. Portion was large. Don't let the container fool you. I had plenty of leftovers. The owner and staff are very welcoming.“
“Have eaten here for years as it is close to work. Nothing to look at, but the food is great and the prices are good. Try the Dragon Chicken or Viva Caliente. You won't be disappointed unless you don't do spicy. Then you are on your own!“
“I have found Yogi's to be a very hit or miss franchise restaurant. The location in Laveen is definitely a hit. They do an excellent job. The service is usually good, the food is fresh, and the lobby is clean. I appreciate that they allow you to help yourself to the teriyaki sauces.“
