“First time at this location and it is quite a comfortable spot with very nice decor. Seemed like a good meetup spot for creatives to work, judging by the people who were sitting and working at the table over holding a meeting. They do note a 2 hr seating limit though but it makes sense to clear tables for other guests. Friendly staff and I liked the strawberry jelly pearls they had. Also the first time I've seen a bbt place offer free samples!! They let us try their new drink and it was awesome to taste without having to actually order the drink. Drinks are also aesthetic and tasty. Priced on the higher end for bbt but it has a lot to offer in one drink.“

“We tried SunTea for the first time, and they have a lot of good things going for them. The staff greeted us pleasantly when we walked through the door, and the seating area was tidy. Conventional tables and chairs weren't being but there was plenty of bar-style window seating. They were playing good bubble tea shop music.The staff spoke clearly when taking our order, made recommendations, and made sure we were okay that one of our drinks would be caffeinated, and confirmed our order details at the end, which we thought showed that they cared about our order. Overall a very good experience.We found out that they're open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, which is a refreshing change in a post-pandemic world of many other bubble tea shops closing as early as 8pm.“

“I had the sandwich combo with a brie sandwich and honey lavender milk tea. The sandwich I recommend! It was really good! The milk tea I had at 30% sugar but I still found it to be a bit sweet. “A friend brought us here for a drink. I had never heard of it before and was surprised. Other milk teas are milky and have a strong saccharine flavor, commonly known as tea milk. The tea flavor of this restaurant is really strong, which is why it is called milk tea. You can smell the aroma of tea as soon as you enter the store. It’s a good thing. I ordered the frozen oolong. “we ordered the regular boba tea and the mango smoothie. the mango smoothie was great other than the fact that the grapefruit tasted sour. the boba tea was decent. i like the store however it is not worth the hype waiting in line for 30 minutes. atmosphere is okay. pretty loud but decent. overall this place is pretty good.“

“This place was quite busy when we came around 8pm. Only 2 people working but they were so quick, kind and professional. I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. They called us over and said the bubble waffle they made for our order was too dark and not to their standards. They offered to refund or give us a drink as they made another one for us. Most places would just say they forgot to make it or serve it burnt! Love the honesty/transparency and holding themselves to a high standing of serving high quality products. “I came here for the hot chocolate festival and got the white chocolate option. They have chosen to allow two options to be available for half of the hot chocolate festival and one option to be available for the other half. Unsure why that is. The white hot chocolate that I got had the most delicious and crunchy little chocolate balls on top and the hot chocolate was so rich and sweet. Service is always pleasant and interior is tastefully decorated as well. The pineapple oat milk tasted very sweet even though I ordered 50% sugar, and I didn’t taste the pineapple much. “I bought their blueberry green tea with coconut jelly. I like mine half sweet with less ice. It was one of the best bubble teas I’ve ever had! The flavour was amazing. The coconut jelly was outstanding and it cost less than six dollars. It was like $5.47.“

“Wide selection of drinks on menu. I tried the oolong tea macchiato and grass jelly milk tea. The oolong flavour was strong and not watered down. The macchiato foam on top was thick and creamy. “This location was inside of T&T supermarket and we were excited to try after shopping. Staff was friendly and I ordered brown sugar boba milk and half tea and coffee with boba at the cashier. I saw staff cook boba with brown sugar in wok and served warm. Ambiance was laid back and drinks came out quickly. I loved the strong coffee flavor and perked up immediately. For other drink, it's not what I expected. It's definitely high quality and we enjoyed roasted brown sugar. We will stop by next time if we are in this area.“

They have weekly specials that change every Wednesday. Fast and efficient service, albeit not the friendliest. Free street parking available.“
