“My partner doesn't usually like Tim Hortons but the kind service we got here on Friday evening around 730 PM impressed both of us. We didn't catch his name, but the gentleman with the ponytail is very efficient and customer service oriented. It was very appreciated, thank you. He is clearly an asset to your location.“
“Ordered through Door Dash and quickly realized after I placed my order I wasn’t able to pick out my doughnuts. I called asap and whomever I spoke with was probably the most helpful person I have ever had when ever I’ve had to correct any order from anywhere.. Ever. He was polite, quick and just made it easy. Didn’t act like I was a burden or an annoyance. Hope he’s a manager because he should definitely be in a leadership role.“
“My favourite location in town. Service is always super fast and friendly. Staff are well coordinated, take orders clearly and directly, and are always polite at the window. Tea is always hot and donuts are always fresh. Super apologetic when they're sold out of something. Just overall good energy and always worth going out of the way to come here. Inside is always clean every time I've been in, too. (The parking lot is a nightmare, but that's not the fault of the restaurant!)“

“Not as good as it used to be. Food and coffee good. But never ever any clean tables. They run out of ceramic cups because they are all dirty out on the tables and on the waste bin counter. No system in place for patrons to help by putting those dirty dishes anywhere, other than to leave them on the table. A management issue that would be easy to sort out.“
“This is my favorite Tim's. Everyone is super friendly, my order is always hot and accurate, and they always seem to have things in stock. I might be an outsider, but this is my ideal quick food experience. Gotta give these folks some props, they work hard to make it this good.“
“We had been in Canada for some time and decided it was time to try a Tim Hortons. Very good it was too. Egg and bacon muffin, beef and crispy onion muffin, a speciality donut and two strawberry filled classics. Very good indeed, better than McDonalds for sure.“
“We always visit Tim's wherever we go on the island. We visited this drive thru and bought hot chocolate and three Boston Cream Donuts. All three donuts were placed in the same bag and they did what donuts will do, they stuck together. While this is ok for most donuts, it is possibly the worst thing that you can do to a Boston Cream Donut. The photos showed the horrific scene that confronted us when we got home. The carnage was so great that it was impossible to remove the donuts from the bag in the normal fashion and they had tp be cut out from the wreckage. One donut was so badly damaged it had to be euthanised immediately. The photos show the two that survived with life changing injury. Normally we would give Tim's five stars but we have to knock one off for this. Why serve a five star donut in a one star bag? Surely if Timbits deserve a box a Boston Cream Donut does?“
