I was placing a pick up order through the 328 Taphouse website and it was automatically adding a tip to my order. It was for 2 items and it was adding an $10+ tip that I could not remove. I understand tipping goes to the staff and is appreciated, but I will tip if I want to and I don’t appreciate being forced to (especially since there is minimal service being provided, as I’m ordering through a website and picking up myself). My husband stays at the hotel next door for work 4 days every week. I came with him this time and we were excited to check out this restaurant as he hadn't yet.First impression was that it was so bright. The lights were on fully and it looked and it felt more like a cafeteria. There were maybe only 5 tables full. The server was lovely and she did her best. We were going to dine in but ended up getting drinks .I got a hot chocolate which tbh was really really nice .Wife got an iced drink which she enjoyed also .Staff were really nice also
