“We ordered tacos, Pastor and Carne Asada. Let me just say I wasn’t expecting much flavor considering the area but it didn’t disappoint! The tacos were delicious ? The outside eating area is very clean. The customer service was great. We will definitely be back again. Good luck to this business!

“I got the breakfast burrito with chorizo. First off…It’s moderately priced at around $12 and comes w/ fresh chips and salsas. The tortilla was soft and the burrito was m/l size compared to other restaurants! It was cheesy, savory and delicious! I will be back for this as I’m already thinking about it again.“

“I've going here since the early 90s and it tastes exactly the same as it did 30 years ago.....delicious! At many Mexican food places you always end up picking large pieces of fat or gristle from the carne asada, but never at Casitas! The charbroiled taste of the meat really sets them apart from other taco joints. The burrito ranchero plate can feed two, and the serve yourself salsa bar is always on point. The cashiers are always so damn nice too! I hope they're open forever!“

“I just got some menudo and 2 carne asada tacos Sunday morning on Memorial Weekend had to work and I was hungry ? the best menudo I have had in years the tacos were perfect. I recommend this restaurant to any Mexican food lover! One of the best you won’t be disappointed. ??“

“I recently visited Taqueria El Tapatio restaurant. I had an amazing experience! I got a nice welcome from the restaurant owner. She was kind and helpful. The Taco Al Pastor was delicious! Perfectly cooked, with great flavor and perfect garnishing! Along with that, they offered me complimentary chips. Plus, you have a variety of different sauces, salsa, etc.I would recommend this place!“

“I was starving when I decided to look up for a TOCAYA. This is a unit I never stopped by and after my experience there I decided to drop this review. The space is beautiful and the service is great. Hector and all the employees are there definitely for us. Nice environment.“

“It seems like a great place to go for a game night, they have a bar and many large screen tvs. The restaurant has plenty of room for seating, and the parking is ample as well. I enjoyed the flavors in general of my Aguachiles, but my wife did not enjoy the Quesadilla too much since it was really wet underneath, probably because it has the same filling as the enchiladas. It might just be our personal taste, so you can judge yourself. The service was very polite and helpful, as my wife is on a wheelchair. They have some buttons at most of the tables to call for service, I thought itbwas a pretty cool idea for busy, noisy, game nights.

Parking: There was plenty of parking when I was there, but on a busy night you may need to fins street parking.

Kid-friendliness: There were some kids when we were there, so it's definitely a kid friendly restaurant, they also have a kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not technically wheelchair friendly, but everyone in the restaurant helped us as soon as they noticed we had a wheelchair.“

“This place is part of Veggie Grill, but Veggie Grill won't take your order. You have to order online. You're free to eat in Veggie Grill's outdoor seating area. They don't have an app. Ordering complications aside, the food is good and portions are large. For example, you can order six tacos. That will fill you up!“

“Respect the salsa game! I walked in to try a bean and cheese burrito to scratch an itch, and i was pleasantly surprised by how tasty all of the different salsas were.
My favorite has to be the Verde. Very cilantro and lime heavy and it reminds me of another chain from orange county where I go specifically for the sake of inhaling a similar salsa.

Definitely stick to the burritos if you don't want to feel like you are over spending, imho. As good as the food may be, nobody likes paying 5-6 bucks a taco and I'd like to see this trend of taco inflation take a hard nose dive.“

“I’ve been eating at Guisados for years. I started eating at the one in Sunset in Echo Park and loved it.

I’ve eaten now twice at the Burbank location and it’s fairly tasty food without the soul it used to have. The employees at Sunset were into what they were doing and I could taste it. Burbank lacks this. This is now a pretty big chain, did they forget where they started? Is much of the food now made in commissary and not on location? In any event it’s a pity. Judging by how empty it was I’m not the only one.“
