“Found this place to eat by our hotel at the airport in San Francisco last night. Highly recommend everyone to go there if you want a great spot for dinner. Our server Katrina was amazing. She was so attentive and knowledgeable. The food was a combination of all different types of food around Italy. She told us the menu is always changing depending on seasonal ingredients. The wine is all Italian as well and the chef is from northern Italy we were told. The atmosphere was amazing. Great vibe in there and it was packed on a Wednesday night. We loved everything we tried especially the bone marrow, beet salad, tagliatelle, pizza and especially the sheep ricotta doughnuts. I would definitely go back. “I have been grabbing pizza from here from time to time and they never failed to make a great 4-cheese white sauce pizza. Reminds me of what my mom picked up back in North Carolina when I was a kid. Ordered on the phone today and the guy accidentally heard “Portuguese” instead of 4 Cheese. They had both on the menu, I had no idea so I felt bad! “I had the scallops with the risotto and corn. No sauce. 3 others in the party had the same dish with the sauce, none of them finished the meal with that sauce on the risotto. They should rethink that dish, it was sooooo good without it. The restaurant is too expensive to serve a meal to a party plated as described on the menu and no one like it. It was a waste of money for those 3 people. It's was loud.“

“Solid Italian-American fare at this spot. GREAT location overlooking the waterfront. We had calamari fritti and salmon carpaccio for appetizers...both delish! My friend had the gnocchi Gorgonzola and I had the pasta special of artichoke lasagna. Both were quite delicious. Being full-blooded Italian I can say I've had more authentic Italian food in the Bay Area, but I've been here a couple of times and would continue to come because everything I've had has been delicious and solid.“
“I can't believe it took me so long to try the pizza here! I thought it'd be just another pizza place, but I was so wrong. Weirdly enough, we ended up ordering here because we wanted boneless chicken wings and this place had some. So we ordered the boneless chicken wings and a pizza (half Tuscan Garlic, which has a white sauce base, and the other half was a custom request of a white sauce base with salami). And WOW. The white sauce is so deliciously creamy, and the toppings tasted so fresh and were just bursting with flavor. Even the crust is yummy. The chicken wings were delicious too (they're shaped more like balls, fyi). They have a thick crispy breadcrumb style coating. I like dipping them in the white garlic sauce that came with it.“

This family owned restaurant has been around since 1983, they must be doing something right! Their portions are big enough to feed an army. They also offer lots of Mediterranean dishes in this Greek inspired restaurant.“

For entrees we had rack of lamb and the linguine lobster. The food was perfectly prepared and of extremely high quality. Towards the end of the meal we go into a discussion with the owner on wineries to visit in Napa/Sonoma. We were both very passionate about wine and at the end she comp’d us a bottle of very expensive wine from her favorite winery. Don’t hesitate to try JC Bruno- you will love it.“

The Brussels sprouts were pretty average but the burrata was really good. The burrata was creamy and just right with the pesto. The pizza was rather small for the price but it was still pretty delicious, not sure if I would reorder the pizzas though.“

Also, the mint dipping sauce has a nice spicy kick that rivals the tamarind sauce for memorable flavor and mint isn't even a favorite flavor of mine. Their chicken korma is also really good. I've stopped comparing kormas because they vary so widely, but theirs is warming and comforting like the best of them. I ordered everything with medium heat and for me, it was perfectly spiced, lingering on the tongue only a few minutes, but I will try it even spicier next time.Parking: Follow map that Curry & Kebab features on Google Maps. A little unclear if you can park in the covered parking area while the spa store is still open, but there are plenty of spots beyond. They have a very wide variety to offer in pizza both classic Italian and the fusion Indian ones, the place is neat and clean , unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy the bar since we were early in the day. The one thing that stood out exceptionally well was the pizza were really really very well made and generously topped with veggies and paneer alike which really makes the experience worthwhile unlike many other places in the Bay Area.
