“The milk tea I had here was some of the best I've had in a long time. The shop was small and cute with enough seating for big groups. I came with my friend close to closing and the people working were very kind. Our service was great despite us cutting it close! My friend got their mango tea I believe and it was so good! Their boba was perfectly cooked - the onlyyyyy downside is that they only use the tiny boba not the regular size. But the fact that it's cooked perfectly makes up for it! The boba literally melts in your mouth. Try their milk tea! Thank me later!“

This location is conveniently off the 17 which makes it a perfect stopover whenever I am heading back to Santa Cruz.What sets them apart from other shops is the quality of their teas. They use high quality tea leaves to brew their tea and you can build your own with whichever milks, flavorings, and toppings you desire.I usually go with their Assam Milk Tea with Oat Milk and Boba. Always go half sugar because they already use a lot of sweetener and this was a perfect amount. My drink was prepared well and very satisfying.The shop itself is relaxing and chill. “Tonight is my first graveyard shift, so our manager got us Bober. She got me a milk tea with brown sugar. It was so darn good! It had a nice sweetness to it that was perfect. So I also thought it was weird that my straw didn't go all the way down, but the bottom felt hollow. Well, duh, there was a toy in the bottom like an advent calendar. Very cute concept, to say the least. I'll definitely be back.“

“Frozos has quickly become our favorite local fro-yo spot in Santa Clara, and I only wish we had discovered it sooner. They offer an impressive variety of toppings, far surpassing other yogurt places in the area. The cookie dough is my personal highlight; it's the fresh and delicious kind. Additionally, the cake batter fro-yo is my all-time favorite. The staff at Frozos are exceptionally kind and helpful. On one occasion, when I forgot to buy milk during my grocery run, they graciously allowed me to purchase a jug right from their store. Their kindness really sets them apart. While I haven't tried their bubble tea yet, it's definitely next on my list!“

Love the mirror in front of the flower wall to make sure you look on point! The drinks we ordered were the strawberry matcha latte, butterfly lemonade, Thai milk tea, peach green tea and a basic jasmine tea. Jasmine was very simple with no sweetener. I like that. The milk used in most of their drinks are lactose free friendly, so you know what won't happen The peach green tea was sweet but still good. If you like a tarty lemonade, the butterfly lemonade is perfect for you. My bf and his son loves it. The strawberry matcha was delicious the matcha was not overpowering and had the perfect amount of strawberry flavor in it. The Thai milk tea was sweet but not too sweet. My stepson enjoyed his sweet brown sugar matcha. Soooo we popped in for six more drinks yesterday night. Only this time I changed ordered haidee's perfect matcha instead of the Thai milk tea. “Came here for their good variety chasen to buy and I ended up getting the chasen if suikaen! It is one of the cheapest ones in the store for $38. The person who gave me the chasen was super nice enough to explain how to wash and use it. I also got the matcha latte and the recipe is the exact same as the San Jose location, rich in matcha and creamy in dairy! It was super busy when I came here, but other than that, Izumi Matcha is by far my favorite matcha places to go to in the Bay Area!“

“My husband wanted Vietnamese coffee and our friend saw this new place nearby. The Vietnamese coffee was good, especially the egg cream topping. (Our friend also got this and thought the coffee could be stronger). We also got the yellow yacht (mango banana smoothie) and dragonberry fusion (fruit tea). The smoothie was a win! My son really enjoyed this. It was not too sweet and nice and creamy. The drinks were really pretty with the small ice cubes that they use. We waited outside because we had dogs, and when our drinks were done, the barista brought them to us! That was service beyond expectations that we appreciated but definitely don't expect. We would come here again to try more!“

“We tried the A2 Taiwanese chicken cutlet and A3 basil popcorn chicken. Both hit the spot and had a delightfully crunchy exterior which contrasted the flavorful, juicy chicken inside. I've been missing Taiwan and this fulfilled my craving for street food. I thought $12.28 was a bit pricey for the chicken cutlet, but they have large portions and cut it up in a box for you so it's easy to eat. I'll definitely be back for more.“

It was definitely sweeter than I expected for 25% sweetness, but it was yummy. I liked the cheese foam and strawberry bits. Overall, not bad since at least the drink size is pretty large, and they have an okay-sized menu. They have indoor seating and a crane machine if you want to try your hand at winning a stuffed animal.“

I came here during grand opening and the line was out the door, I knew I had to come back way later in order to try this place. This place is located within great mall, and whats a little shopping without stopping by for some boba. We ordered the white peach oolong with boba and a grape fruit tea with their grape jelly. You can add an additional $3.50 to your drink to get a little surprise toy that comes with your drink!! Overall, the flavor and quality has always been on par with UME. I was hoping for additional flavors like other places but knowing they are new, I believe that they would add more in the future. Next time if you're shopping at great mall, make sure to grab a cup of boba while you're at it!“

My order: *Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea + Chi-Chi Salted Cheese Foam *Yukult Green Tea + Bo-Bo Agar *Passionfruit Li-Li Tea [requested to be extra sweet] *Ruby Grapefruit Li-Li Tea Drinks are delightfully refreshing and not overly sweet. I appreciate Macu's teas actually taking like tea and not sugar water. 75% sweet is definitely my go-to style of ordering. Bonus points for Macu actually using fresh fruit when applicable- both the passion fruit bits and grapefruit elevated the flavors and provided with a nice difference in textures. 4/5 stars. “Tried the crème brulee toast, and it was really good with a smooth and tasty layer of custard on top. The strawberry fever toast reminded me of a fancy strawberry shortcake, though the toast was a bit tough and thick, had to use a knife to make it easier to eat. Swapped the standard ice cream flavor for chocolate since I saw it as an option on the self order kiosk, and it was awesome. The popcorn chicken was yummy. The "mild spicy" was spicier than I expected (it's unclear whether "little spicy" is more or less spicy than the mild). The fruitiness in the strawberry smoothie was strong. 75% sweetness was too sweet for me, and the smoothies are not milk based so it was just really sugary and tart, but still good. It took about 5-8 minutes for the drinks and 15 minutes or so for the food. Ordering off the kiosk in the front was easy, and staff was available behind the counter ready to help as well. The place is small. Arriving around 7:30, we found seating, but after 8pm on a Saturday, it definitely got crowded. We had no problem finding parking right in front of the entrance. A pleasant experience overall. Cool spot for light snacks, dessert, and tea.“

“After seeing so many Instagram posts about Sunright Tea Studio, I decided to finally try it out and I was happy knowing that there's a location in downtown SJ! I did not know that there was a location here until I checked Maps and thought that the next closest one to my location was in Sunnyvale and Milpitas. Just a heads up that because this location is in downtown, the parking is tough to find nearby. You most likely will have to walk a little bit to get to the shop! The place is really clean and bright. The ambiance of the store was bright and made me feel happy walking inside. There are two self-service Kiosks and if you need further assistance, a team member can help you out. There were so many drink options that I didn't know what to choose. You definitely get a lot more options here than most boba stores. There's your typical milk tea and fruit tea, and they also have slushies here too. I was overwhelmed by how many options there were, so I decided to order a strawberry matcha latte with honey boba. When waiting for my drink, I noticed that there wasn't a lot of seating available so I had to stand most of the time. I believe I waited about 10-15 minutes for my drink. I noticed that a team member ran out the door to tell a customer that they forgot 2 of their drinks, so I appreciate that the workers here care about the quality of service! Shoutout to whoever that was! The drink was perfect. It wasn't too sweet but wasn't diluted. You can definitely taste the strawberry and the matcha. I don't think it stood out though, since it's just matcha and you can get it anywhere. Overall, I think that Sunright Tea Studio is a decent boba shop with plenty of drinks to choose from. The only con about this location is the parking situation, but overall, the quality of the boba is fantastic. I would come back!“

Pretty good but they only give you two sauces (house-made aioli and ketchup) which is not enough. I asked for another ketchup container but it still was not enough. Get the famous Amok, it's the softest fish I've ever had.When we arrived at 6pm (on a Saturday night) there was nobody there which was slightly off putting, but we saw a lot of people getting takeout. After we started eating it was clear the food was delicious and people just weren't feeling the dining room. Honestly, if you can get past the empty floor and dated seats, it's a very pleasant dining experience. I hope more people give this place a shot. It's really great and deserves your patronage!“
