Use kiosk to order, adjustments available. Located on the side of Chevron but aesthetic inside is cozy and you can’t tell or remember you’re next door to a gas station. There were a good amount of ppl hanging out inside, plenty of seating. Will definitely make this one of my go-to boba spots!“
“Placing an online order here is always a great experience for me. The online portal takes apple pay and it is quick and easy. My go to drink here has to be the brown sugar boba milk. The boba is always chewy, not too sweet and most of all always warm in the drink.“
“UME tea has always been one of my go to spots for boba and when I heard about it opening in great mall, you know I had to try it out. I came here during grand opening and the line was out the door, I knew I had to come back way later in order to try this place. This place is located within great mall, and whats a little shopping without stopping by for some boba. We ordered the white peach oolong with boba and a grape fruit tea with their grape jelly. You can add an additional $3.50 to your drink to get a little surprise toy that comes with your drink!! Overall, the flavor and quality has always been on par with UME. I was hoping for additional flavors like other places but knowing they are new, I believe that they would add more in the future. Next time if you're shopping at great mall, make sure to grab a cup of boba while you're at it!“
“This is my first time visiting and trying Taiwanese food. I fairly impress with the vegetarian style noodles and chicken wings. I did absolutely love the chicken wings, rest flavor profile. The service and atmosphere was excellent, it was during work time and we completely forgot the work because it was that good.“
“Fantastic little poke spot in Milpitas. Friendliest owners I've ever met, and the toppings are fresh and delicious. You start by picking your base: sushi rice, brown rice, or greens, then add your proteins with variety such was spicy salmon, tuna, shrimp, tilapia, tuna salad, tofu, etc. You can choose a spice level, and additional toppings such as edamame, corn, seaweed salad (so good), macaroni salad, crab, etc. I love to add spicy mayo and yuzu ponzo, plus eel sauce. Do not pass this place up!“

Other fruit teas are made with syrup like I was told.What I ordered -1) Passion Green Tea Melody - Item 10 on the menu. I asked for no ice on this one and , 120% sugar and it came with jelly I really loved this one and I’m thankful for the recommendation! ?2) Taro Milk Tea - Item 5 on the menu!My husband was not a fan of this one. It was too powdery ☹️ Had to come home and filter it out ? “My cowoker had picked up the spicy chicken cutlet bento box from Orange Square for me last week and it was delicious! The spicy chicken was juicy, flavor and crunchy. I didn't care much for the sides besides the meatball, that was very tasty meatball. Portion was generous, I only ate half of it and was stuffed. I definitely want to try the other items next time.“
“I love UME, but this location is always SO crowded. People wait inside which makes it extremely cramped and unenjoyable to be around. I do wait outside most of the time, but it's even hard to navigate outside due to the weird layout of the line.. I also wish this location had the Osmanthus Oolong milk tea :( They have it in the LA location which made me love UME even more! Please add the Osmanthus Oolong milk tea here!“
“If you love fruit tea and nitro drinks, then I'd definitely recommend coming here. I'm not sure how the reviews are so low but my drinks always come out good. Before visiting the location the first time, I've only ordered through DoorDash. To also preference, I always ordered my drinks at the lowest sweetness level (25%) with half or full ice. I also mostly order fruit teas. I love N7's nitro fruit teas and so I'm glad this location has different flavors from N7. They have a lot of unique fruit flavors like dragonfruit, durian, kumquat, soursop, etc. It is Vietnamese owned and so I presume that's why these popular fruits are on the menu here. They also have sugarcane drinks which is amazing! I definitely do recommend lowering the sweetness level because even at 50%, it's way too sweet imo. The interior is absolutely amazing compared to other R&B's I've been to. The space is super big and there's plenty of seating for large groups. They have wifi too so I'm sure it's perfect for working as well. They have board games which is nice! I think if it was not in the area it's in, it would be a more popular spot to visit. I've never had their food before so I can't speak on that but it's nice they have a wide variety of snacks and food.“

“Taro dessert 5/5 - this was so good! I don't think it's a traditional viet dessert but it was good. I like that the taro is real taro and not just powder. It is a little expensive for viet dessert but it's pretty big and more than enough for two people to share.“

“The strawberry cow drink is amazing! The matcha taste was pretty good and the strawberry foam on top wasn't too overpowering. I got 50% sweetness and it was still very sweet. The interior is decorated well and there's lots of seating. The workers were nice and quick to make the drinks. You can tell they care about customer service even if you order through the kiosk. I'll be returning here for the strawberry cow :)“

YiFang and Fantasia specialize more in teas, whereas some other boba shops have a wider selection of the sweet frozen drinks. Good customer service. Small shop but clean inside. “This was really good! I got the mango mochi, it was delicious, not too sweet, but the mangos used were super tasty and perfectly ripe. I actually have no idea how they sourced ripe mangos in the winter, but i wont question it. They were quite busy and a lot of other drinks were sold out - i suspect because theyre also very good. It's really hot in the store though, they should prop the door open or something.“
“If you're in Milpitas area, definitely come visit Xing Fu Tang. Came here on a weekday evening, not busy, when you enter, there's 2x kiosk machine to the right for you to order your drink. By the kiosk, there's a traditional luck/fortune thingy with the sticks if you're interested in trying out, except not all the number slots had the charm/information slip...you can also get a bad luck one! Ordering: very simple on the kiosk, but if you're getting #1 boba drink, make sure you Upsize it at the kiosk! We were in a hurry & forgot, had to ask the staff behind the counter (making the boba/brown sugar) to upsize, and I think it cost a bit more vs. the kiosk, least according to what I paid vs. what's on the menu display behind the counter. Drink: #1 Boba is their signature drink and it was DE-LICIOUS! OMG, if you order this drink, get the large size, and you can see the staff make your boba drink. It is visually appealing and entertaining to watch her scoop the boba, drenched in brown sugar, pouring it around the cup to create the swirl effect and...well, they measure everything, to ensure consistency, I guess. When you pickup your drink (they'll call your name), if your straw is at the bottom where the boba is, take a slurp and you'll get HOT sweet boba into your mouth. It was pretty dang hot let me tell you, but soOo De-LICIOUS! Towards the middle/end of my drink though, once the drink is all mixed in, the flavor of the boba was just good. The winner of this drink is the boba itself, how it's made and you can savor the sweetness of the brown sugar in your mouth. The boba itself is a bit chewy, so not soft like some other places. Second drink we ordered was for our kid, got the Bunny Jelly Strawberry Smoothie. The bunny jelly itself was alright in taste, nothing too special except the visual aspect, white bunny ontop of the drink, separated by a plastic film. The drink itself was pretty good, sweet and the jelly (included) was a great addition, my son enjoyed it overall, I'd recommend for your kid. Service: Staff was overall ok, not a A for customer service in my mind, but a B. Nothing stood out, they were just doing their own thing, making brown sugar & boba as people come in. Ambiance: well-lit place, has photo or IG opportunity, and fair amount of seating. Again, I came on a weekday evening, so it wasn't busy, but I can expect this place to not have enough seating during a rush. I'd say it's meant to seat 12ish. Overall I'd visit this spot again if I'm in the area & will definitely get #1 large size again! Yumm...“
“This is a small cute place. I hadn't been here in many years but there bingsoo is so good! The ice is so smooth I had the regular with mochi and extra condensed milk. I truly recommend coming here because you get a lot. I'll take more photos next time. But they didn't call out my number so it was a bit confusing.“
“This was such a sweet treat after a heavy meal. I was worried a smoothie would be too heavy but the avocado was not too sweet. The coconut pudding comes with the drink as well and it was the best part by far! It seemed like there was only one person working there but they were really nice & welcoming, telling us if we had any questions to go to them. And I absolutely loved the aesthetic of the shop! You know when they take care of their plants, they'll take care of their customers too!“
