“While Starbucks is Starbucks and think what you will about their product and pricing, I've always enjoyed coming here over the last couple of years. It's right down the street as I live in the neighborhood and I've become a regular. The employees I see often will remember my name and my customized drink order. Even after rotation during the pandemic, employees who have moved to other stores would remember me and my drink when I visit those locations. Of course I didn't get to know all the employees as they have different people at different times. I never had a bad experience here. Sometimes it gets super busy and it takes a long time to get an order (the drive thru can get crazy). Sometimes a staff member would get an order wrong or be sparse on a customization, but considering I've ordered here probably hundreds of times, the grand majority is accurate. Whenever something was wrong with an order, they gladly remade. Never got any attitude like a couple of reviews said. Sometimes they're super busy and stressed from what seems like 20 simultaneous orders, but anybody who has worked a service job will relate (I definitely can).“
“LOVE this location! The Cafe is absolutely beautiful with French door windows that let out to their patio. Most of all, I LOVE the night, to be specific Midnight staff. ALL of them are so kind and pleasant and they put up with my questions ant that hour and sometimes questioning them and still the next day they prepare my order already knowing it. “The drinks are usually pretty decent on consistency. Friendly staff, I love the sonic like ice cubes here especially. BUUUUT ... the other day my ice tasted like chlorine/bleach.. even hours after my coffee I could still taste the chlorine in the back of my throat. I'm assuming the ice machine gets cleaned regularly. If any cleansers are put into the machine I suggest alerting employees to rinse thoroughly! I really am still haunted by that Ice flavor!!!“
“Nice place for meeting friends and family, friendly staff, clean tables and restroom, outside seating was great clean area with lots of seating. I like that's there's no drive thru here less traffic,walking in and out of the place and less smog from the idling vehicles while sitting outside“
“This Starbeezy has always been on top of it. It's super convenient, close to home. Only ever used the drive thru. Sometimes, it can get kinda cramped, but it's Starbucks, and everyone wants their coffee. Service, food, and drinks have always been great. No complaints!“
“I stopped to get a drink since we had to wait for a prescription. And OMG this poor young woman was making drinks and ringing. Looked like she was the only one working besides what looked like a district manager or something in that sort. I saw that there were about 4 people waiting for drinks. I Obed heard her telling her manager that she really needed to the restroom. She finished a few orders and then went. She walked so fast because obviously she was holding it for a while and still managed to smile at me and my niece and she zoomed away. She came back so fast and made my drink. I hope this Starbucks takes care of her because shouldn't be put in that situation with lack of staff! I give her 5 stars not Starbucks! Take care of your employees!!!!!“
“As someone who is not a morning person, this staff and coffee surely knows how to wake me up. I might as well get my coffee decaf because their smiles as I enter the store wake me up long before the caffeine hits. On top of their unconditional friendliness, the environment of the store is one of a family-owned coffee shop. I wouldn't imagine getting coffee from anywhere else.“

I moved to Corona year and a half ago and the girls know my name as soon as they hear my voice and they know my drink and they're always putting some thing so amazing on my cup that just makes my day that much better. “I recently visited the Starbucks located inside the Albertsons on Ontario Ave. Corona. While shopping inside the store, it wasn't too long before the aroma of fresh brewed coffee caught my attention and drew me to the counter.While waiting to place my order, I noticed that the three Barista's engaged each customer in conversation and seemed to know everyone they served. It kinda made me feel like I was watching the TV show "Friends" It was inviting and made me feel welcomed. It was nice to watch people who appeared to enjoy what they were doing and brightening their customers day at the same time.I don't even remember what I ordered, but when I left, I know my take on the day had also improved and glad that I stopped by. Thankfully they all were wearing name badges that made thanking them so much easier. “Starbucks is inside the grocery store, making it easy to make a purchase & stiLL go grocery shopping! ? i have a Starbucks card, aLways keep a decent amount of money to make a purchase.They are aLways nice, poLite, friendLy, patient and very respectfuL.i was waited on by CoLLin. He was a great guy & he's on top of his game! So i got him a drink aLso. i haven't had a nice taLLVenti CarmeL Frappuccino in awhiLe.Had him put a few shots of espresso in it to give it a LittLe boost. Remember i said it & not me<--]Otherwise i wouLd have tried another shot or 2! “I come here all the time and everyone is always so sweet so I definitely need to lead with that! A little bummed today I ordered a drink with soy and no whip. I thought it looked weird and you guys told me it was my correct drink but for some reason had no markings on the cup and no sticker and looked pretty light compared to how it usually looks. I should've trusted my gut and not drank it since it looked like you guys maybe put whip on it then mixed it in so I couldn't tell? But it made me sick so please be aware that some people skip the dairy due to intolerance. Not sure if it was a new employee but maybe let them know so no one else has this experience in the future!“

“Ordered a Frappuccino with a few espresso shots added, a breakfast sandwich, and a Venti ice water. This location actually changes and keeps their water filter current (it keeps out all of the contaminants [e.g. lead, chlorine, forever chemicals, etc ] from your drinks.) I checked w/ a TDS water meter that read at <3 TDS which is phenomenal actually, for any Starbucks location. Compare to 400+ at Temecula/Pechanga. 5-Stars for the management here, who run a tight ship.“
