“I don't know if I was just high but the food was great to me! And I can be pretty picky especially when it comes to fried chicken. Ordered on door dash and chicken was hot and crispy, waffle was bomb too! Kind of sweet and on the drier side but I like it that way. Only thing that was disappointing is they didn't include any butter or syrup for the waffle. Will definitely order again next time I'm stoned and hungry at 1am!“

“I have a lot of solo dining experiences due to work travel, and this was one of the best. Not only did Providence allow me to start earlier than anticipated, they also had a delightful bartender who provided me some excellent reading material as I dined (I do like to read between dishes when I dine alone). The spot prawn are in season and very good, and the other dishes are lovely as well. Appreciate the attention to detail, including touches on the food such as flowers from the rooftop garden. “I will preface by saying it was Mother's Day so it's hard to judge based on that busy day but I do think think the menu for brunch seemed over done with too many “seasonings” that were all similar in taste and made it difficult to taste the underlying actual main ingredients. The toasts and biscuits were soaked in sauces and they usually taste good with the crusts the way it is. I ve only had their dinners and I thought those were terrific. I will think twice about brunch in the future“

“Easily the best wine list in Alhambra and possibly the SGV and Pasadena area. If you're looking for a curated wine list with excellent European and American options served alongside a stacked food menu this is your spot. It's not cheap but the quality of the food and service is well worth the price. We've needed elevated dining in Alhambra for years and we finally have it with Yang's.“

“The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“This jungle sanctuary is worth every dime. The decor is amazing, the service is excellent and the food is exquisite. Everything at Meteora is memorable; whether it's the à la carte menu or the set menu. The sweet pea hors d'oeuvre or the risotto entrée or the rib eye (the wagyu is advised) or the chocolate ganache with sorbet for dessert. Every dish leaves an unforgettable taste in your mouth. “We ordered the hippo bread, cauliflower, ravioli with clams and the hangar steak. All so delicious! The hippo bread is soft and sweet with that butter. The cauliflower is shareable and so good! The ravioli was fine and the hangar steak was slightly sweet and tender. Our waiter, Alejandro, was so attentive and answered all of our questions. He was fabulous! The kitchen is open so you can look and see which is always fun! Love the music, too! We walked past the restaurant but then I remembered it was by the pizza place so we circled back and found it. Can't wait to return!“

“Easy, breezy, beautiful cover girl! The Superba staff are always so accommodating and make fantastic cocktails. The space is beautiful with an open kitchen and a great indoor and outdoor space. You can eat the full menu at the bar too, can't go wrong. Plenty of metered parking around, but you should Uber because you can't have just one of these“

“Very pleasantly surprised by the meal. Ambiance is great, perfect music volume. Great looking outdoor space, but i never felt outside. The food was the real star of the show. Service seems to start slow, by design. They give you a moment 5-10 minutes to settle into your table, before the "show" commences.“

“Cool vibe in the main street area of Larchmont! Stopped here for a quick drink after shopping in the area. Got a Michelada and Sangria! The Michelada had a nice kick and served with their own beer. The Sangria was good too and not overly sweet. Lots of cute and small boutiques nearby. Definitely would come back, and try some of their food!“

“This place is interesting. Upon arriving we were told they wouldn’t seat us until our whole party was there which was interesting because there was no wait otherwise (we were missing 1/3 people. I got a cold brew with a little oatmilk and vanilla and it was solid. I ordered the chicken biscuit and had asked if I could add American cheese to it because I saw their other biscuit had it but was told that they couldn’t give me a (1) slice of cheese because it’s reserved for another dish on the menu….. (the other biscuit) so the waiter suggested preserves which I went with and it was most of the flavor for the chicken biscuit. The chicken was nice and crunchy, the biscuit itself was warm and soft but ultimately dry without any sauce. I loved the Filipino inspired dishes on their menu. My wife had the breakfast burrito with longanisa in it and she loved it“

“Was surprised at how large the serving size was at majordomo. We had ordered the smoked half bo saam, ibérico pork, and tuna carpaccio. All were so delicious, not a miss for any of them. The Bo saam was my favorite for sure, and we luckily had plenty leftover. I'd definitely recommend coming on an empty stomach to ensure that you're able to enjoy multiple dishes. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the short rib. Overall this is a great place to come for a special occasion with a large group. Make sure to make reservations some time in advance!“

“The wait staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive especially our server Noah. His service was excellent. He checked in often, answered all our questions about the menu and made sure we had a pleasant dining experience. The food was great especially the tomahawk steak with chimuchurri. “We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Can be hard to get a reservation, but we usually get there at 5:15 and are able to sit at the bar with no problem.“

“Great atmosphere, definitely a nice date place. The service was great and friendly. I didn’t have a reservation but they were able to give me a seat at the bar. I ordered the onion soup and beef tartare. Supposedly onion soup is their signature dish, but it was really salty, I was a bit disappointed…. Because it was a $20 bowl of soup. The beef tartare was excellent, it would be nice if they offer one extra slice of bread and some more salad leaves. I was happy that they have half bottle of wine that I can order. Wine list is quite nice.“

Perfect ambiance, design and decor. Gorgeous decks, landscaping and rooftop lounge areas, restaurant and bar. Lemon Grove is one of my favorite places in all of LA. Just go. Grab a weekend brunch, go for dinner or just for a rooftop bar lounge and and drink. (Unlike some other roof top bars/restaurants in LA, this one has zero attitude - from either the staff and crowd. The new scallop ceviche was outstanding and the Delta Asparagus with a whipped béarnaise is something I look forward to every spring. The taste reminded me a lot of In N Out just with a more hardy bread. I only ate half so thought it was very filling. At $16 it felt pricey but since I took half home I didn't mind!! Criss Cut Fries - this was your typical fry, I enjoyed them but wouldn't get again for $6. Black Sesame Bev - This had a really unique flavor profile but ultimately was just too sweet for me. I'm glad I tried it but would get something stronger next time! I'd like to go back and try a different sandwich! I think I'd only get the chopped cheese again if I was in a real want for a fast food cheeseburger feeling.“

“The brunch spot!!!! Such good food. I have only been here once so far so I have a lot more I need to try but when I did go I ordered the chicken and waffles....MY GOODNESS!!! it was one of the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. Everyone working here was super nice and the time we went we took our dog so we were eating outside. But too many people were walking by and distracting our dog so the server kindly let us eat inside even though we had a bigger dog. The staff here were super sweet and friendly. The only thing that was a little annoying was inside was REALLY loud. It's kind of a small spot and it gets really packed so it just sounds like people are shouting their conversations to be heard. We had to leave a little early because my gf was getting anxious from the noise. But the food and service was amazing!“

“Little Dom's has become our go-to for a post-hike brunch. Despite the number of options on their menu, I always find myself gravitating towards my two favorite items -- 1. Eggs Fungi - The oyster and shitake mushrooms are cooked to perfection with just the amount of bite without being too mushy. With two poached eggs and a creamy hollandaise over toasted sour dough, this is definitely a favorite amongst our group. If you're feeling like you need a bit more protein after your hike, go for the Hanger Steak & Eggs which is pretty much the same dish but with the mushrooms replaced by steak! 2. Ricotta Cheese & Fresh Blueberry Pancakes -- Just get it...you'll thank me later. Super fluffy and light pancakes. In our last trip here, everyone at the table got an order of pancakes for themselves. Oh yeah, they have outdoor seating so your pup is invited too! Just don't forget to get him a side of bacon ;)“

“As a Filipino, I love the different concepts they have with different Filipino dishes. We started off with the beef tartar and pork belly sisig. All I could say was w o w. Beef tartar was amazing and I've never had a garlic sky flake before. The flavors complimented perfectly. I'm not usually a pork person, but their sisig was cooked to perfection! So much flavor and had the perfect crisp. For our main dish we had the chicken inasal. The chicken was sooo tender and fell right off the bone! We also ordered each one of their sauces and I can't even pick out my favorite. They all had their own unique flavor. I'm already thinking about my next visit at this restaurant. The ambience, the service, and the food are all 10/10. Highly recommend!!“

“The Cat & Fiddle is a local pub that has spent many years in the bustling town of Hollywood. It has been passed down from one family member to the next and has retained a grand reputation as a great establishment in a small nook of Los Angeles that serves fine British fare.The service is exquisite. The staff is friendly and offers wonderful suggestions. The space is what you expect from a great pub. Loud, raucous, fun-loving, and lively.The food is delicious. Served in a true British fashion. “I just hurt myself trying to finish the GF Detroit style... damn good pizza. I'm a "sauce man" and I would put there red sauce over pasta and bon appetit it; no questions asked. Great mozzarella (with that authentic salty milkiness) and quality toppings. If you're gluten free like me, this is the best pizza in LA hands down. Prior to my GF life, pizza was my favorite food group and I've eaten it all over. You can always tell a good pie by the components. There is a quality and style that goes into the pizza here. Canned sauce is disgusting and evident during the first bite at other shops. Once again, the sauce is great here. Park near Astro and walk over as that lot is not fun to try and get into or out of. “This spot in Pasadena is a MUST!!! The restaurant was clean, food was served super fast and was delicious, the cashier and the server provided AMAZING customer service very kind and friendly which made us feel very WELCOMED! “I would think that they have same ol' same ol' okay food, but it's genuinely delicious. We had the katsu burger with fries, honey truffle fried chicken and two drinks (hh menu). Everything was really good. The chicken was so good and crispy. The burger was so filling and loved the coleslaw in the burger. I came on a Saturday evening before happy hour ended at 6:30pm. I tried the katsu burger with fries and enjoyed it a lot.“

“I've had only amazing experiences at Kismet. The staff is kind, and manages to get us in even if we didn't have the foresight to make a reservation (you should make a reservation). The food is DELICIOUS. It's a great place to get several dishes to share. The atmosphere is great for a date night or a small group of friends who want to try everything on the menu together.“

“Meet here with one of my friends while I was in LA. I did a search on Yelp and here they were. Food was so amazing!! I have the tacos and I mean yummmm and it was happy hour! Now the service was amazing. The drink I recommend everyone trying is called MR. PINK-- this drink is one of the best drinks I have ever had at a restaurant so had three . “I dont want to be too critical - but to me this place was just ok.. i mean props on elevating , and putting a twist to Fil dishes. - but it was underwhelming, atleast for me. Ive had many filipino fusion, twist or watever u wanna call it. Iv had Kasama in Chicago, the first Filipino Michelin Star -- and maybe that was my standard... still good though , I wings sadly was my favorite.. kare kare was cool.. but more sauce and more bagoong wouldve been cool - but then again I think they played it safe - to cater to non Fils... now the Pancit Palabok - I dd not get the pasta filling -- it was shrimp supposedly - tasted more like a fish ball, meat ball texture.. it threw me of cus Palabok is mostly just noodles w sauce - and some shrimp if youre lucky , and chicharon.. it had a lil of palabok to it but again I didnt get the pasta filling -- Its a pop up vibe, it was dark like really dark, and was only 2 tables dining, it was also so the menu was super limited.. maybe il come for dinner next time.. but I saw the dinner prices , and its a lil too much , as people have said on yelp, so not sure if Il even go unless it comes about... give em a try , maybe Im just too bias cus of Kasama and also a yelper said, a non Filipino would enjoy it more -- server also gave us the wrong bill, not a big deal but considering there was only 2 tables there , it kinda messed up the vibe more lol .. but still 4 stars for support n the food wasnt bad so dont be discouraged.. check em out.“

“The food was amazing, but we felt really rushed which was disappointing when you’re eating a $200 meal. We drove up from San Diego specifically to go to a show and this restaurant. We decided to eat after the show so that we could take our time. I know it says they close at 9, and I’ve served before, but because it was such an expensive restaurant I assumed that just meant their last seating was before 9, as is the case at many nice places. We got there at 8:40 for our reservation, which again I normally wouldn’t do, but thought it was a last seating time, and although I requested outside when I made the reservation in advance, they said it wasn’t open. We’re very covid-cautious so it would’ve been nice if they’d emailed or called letting us know. We actually left the show early and wouldn’t have done that had we known. We reluctantly ate inside, but felt really rushed the whole time because apparently 9 is the actual closing time. Maybe it’s open table’s fault for allowing 8:45 reservations, but it wasn’t a $200 experience. The food and drinks were amazing though.“

It's at the roof top of Proper Hotel in Downtown LA which is trendy and has a lot of international guests around. Central for bar or club hopping. Gorgeous city view and the food was good. “Truly yummy home style New Southern cooking. I had the seasonal ramps and beet salad, the pork chop and the biscuit. Would recommend all. Well seasoned and prepared - nothing over done or precious but still beautifully plated. I enjoyed my first fermented gin drink as well. “Im super picky when it comes to Mexican food and let me tell you this place really does not disappoint. We waited a while for the food but you have to keep in mind that good food takes time and energy to make. I ordered the chilaquiles con mole and a side of papas, the chilaquiles were so delicious. The mole tastes amazing it’s not too sweet and has no bitter notes. Super filling. The papas are amazing they’re so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Will def be coming back, I personally really appreciate the ambiance in there it reminds me of eating in a home or in my dads down in MX. The people here really value and love food.“
