“Atmosphere was what you would expect from a sports bar. Visiting from out of town, we sat at the bar promptly greeted by a bartender. Service was fine, the food was exceptional. Not above what you would expect from your typical Bar. The bartender recommended that we have the quesadilla as an appetizer, and we were certainly not disappointed. my wife had the BLTA it was huge and quite good. I have the devil’s Philly. It was also not disappointed. The soup was beef barley, which was probably the highlight of the meal. If you’re in the area, you should definitely give them a shot.“

“Saturday 12:00am (late-night out)Parking/Wait: There is a free small parking lot with a few spots in front of the place. Party of 5 was seated right away.Food/Drinks: Ordered a few dishes as well as drinks. Honey Butter "fries" (3.5/5) were really potatoe chips and nothing special. Budae jjigae (4/5) was a good size and fairly spicy. The fried squid (4.5/5) was the best dish we ordered. Long strands of tender deep-fried squid which were seasoned nicely. Expected calamari but was nicely surprised. They have some bottled beer (no draft options) that we ordered.Ambiance/Service: Cute interior with nice wooden table areas for each party. Not sure if this place is suitable for larger parties of more than six (did not see any larger tables). Service was great, didn't have to wait long for anything.Summary: Nice little place in K-Town with decent food options for late night munchies. Wish they had draft beer. They close late at 2am.“

“Update, came to try their version of rosé tteokbokki because I'm all about that these days. Lol. My son also got the katsu curry. First of all the tteokbokki. It was pretty good. Could maybe use a touch more cream, but otherwise was very good. I finished the whole thing and was very full. There was the usual suspects, rice cakes, fish cakes, cabbage, and some kind of broad glass noodle? I've never seen that before and I thought maybe some plastic or something might have fallen in by accident but it was clearly meant to be part of the dish. I didn't hate it. The chicken katsu was excellent. Breading was good and proper and the meat was moist and tender.The katsu curry was well plated. Curry sauce was much better than before. Thicker and not as runny. Flavor was good too. The arugula salad was delicious and a good punchy, fresh element to cut the richness of the curry. I like the pickled radish but I also would have liked the regular radish kimchi in addition but they didn't provide it. All in all, totally satisfying and the girl who helped us was nice too. I will definitely be returning.“

Seoul Salon Restaurant and Bar is beautifully designed to send you back to the 1920s and it sets the tone for an incredible night with your friends with an extensive Korean food and drink menu. The large ice scoop sized watermelon balls are mesmerizing to see as those balls bob up and down in a pool of soju, tequila, tonic, sprite and triple sec. Some of my favorite items of the night has to be the Garlic Popcorn Chicken with Pieces of Chewy Rice Cakes, Crab Meat Seafood Creamy Pasta, Kimchi Carbonara Pork Belly Pasta and the Grilled Octopus. Seoul Salon was inspired by a popular Korean Drama, Mr. Sunshine. Mr. Sunshine is a historical, romance and melodrama K-Drama and if you have not watched it, I recommend binge watching 24 episodes on Netflix. Seoul Salon's interior is beautifully wallpapered, there are vintage accents throughout, the large mural of the Mr. Sunshine inspired characters is beautiful and in the corner there is a photo booth where the cost starts at $5.“

“Gulp is a nice lunch getaway in Playa Vista with both inside and outside seating. The staff is very attentive and brought water without even asking. I order the nachos and they were FULL! No shortage of ingredients or chicken on the nachos. The chips were crispy and easy to scoop a good amount of toppings without breaking. It's very dark inside but it has plenty of seating available. This is my neighborhood bar and I enjoy coming here for happy hour. I come in just for Jess because she's awesome, and Mariah's customer service skills and bartending technique have vastly improved!! This place is exactly what you're looking for if you're into dive bars, like I am. Great sports on every tv, pool table with a bunch of regulars always happy to welcome you to the table, and an amazing sense of community. “One of the best pool halls I've been to.Easy to find location with plenty of free self parking.Clean and very well kept. The tables are in excellent shape.Very friendly staff.Went there on a Saturday afternoon. Although all the tables were in use, it took about 30 min for one to open up.The tables are spread apart well and has plenty of room to walk around the tables.Other players there seemed friendly.Didn't sense any hostility or intimidation.Good music playing.They only serve drinks.There's a Domino's pizza next door if you're hungry.We played for about 3 hours. I think it's $8/Hr before 7pmLove this place!Will definitely be going back.“

“We came here while in town on the recommendation of a friend. Considering the area, the price point for the food and the portion sizes are a deal. We all got variations of meat pies and fish and chips and everything was very delicious.
