“The person I was with ordered the mystical mushroom quesadilla (red bell tortilla filled with cheez, ‘sauteed’ mushrooms & onions, tomatoes & greens. Served with guacamole) and I ordered the Nori Nirvana (avocado & fresh veggies wrapped in a nori, servedwith a teriyaki dipping sauce). We both loved our dishes! Mine hit the spot and was delicious. Both of our plates had dried kale for “chips”, which I also loved. I can’t wait to go back and try a new dish. They also complimentary serve reverse osmosis water. High vibe and delicious fresh raw food!“
“This is hands down my favorite restaurant in north county San Diego. I absolutely love it. My favorite thing to get is the green curry with mock duck.Drinks - fantasticDessert - fantasticFood - extra fantasticAtmosphere - beautiful and funStaff - amazing! They are always happy and friendly.I definitely recommend Plumeria.“
“Lovely people and service! Lot of options on the menu. But I have to say I’ve been here a few times and the food really isn’t too great. Had a southwest salad that was just chips busted up over romaine with shredded cheese, some chicken enchiladas where the meat was kinda dry and funky, and a veggie burger that was also just kinda so so. Still love the place for its massive amount of options and lovely people.“
“Thanks for the excellent smoothie, smoothie bowl and service!I’m always on the hunt for good protein powder, since most is grainy and leaves a gross aftertaste. Choice has the best protein powder so far. Does not take away from the flavor of the smoothie, but adds to it.Jinda is kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. We ordered the Orange Dreamsicle bowl with granola and raspberry chia jam, and the Avatar smoothie. Both are delicious. We will be back when next in the area!“
“Masala Street is a must try! Very friendly staff with great service. I had the Tikka Masalá (House Special), Chief Special Chicken with Bone with a Salad and it was delicious!!! They have so many menu options, great prices and portions.I highly recommend Masala and will return for sure.“
“Great tasting american style vegan food, I recommend the buffalo 66 burger and oreo shake! Their burgers look like they've gotten smaller too? It's quite expensive though, I would come much muchhh more often if the food was a little cheaper. I can only afford to come here about 4-5 times a year.“
“My bday dinner here was a total success. I love this place. Food is top notch along with great service. ( I wish I could remember her name).Menu is 100% veganHome kombucha was to die forGreat beer selectionDietary restrictions: Menu is 100% vegan“
“I love vegan food especially when it's out of this world amazing, there's a reason why this is called express and not like the other Plot. The food is alright at this one, fries are great but the truffle sauce needs a rethink. The crunch wrap is good but mainly full of lettuce. The Chicken Bites are pretty yummy but I don't care for any of the sauces. So some good and sucky things here, I honestly rather go to the other one that's a restaurant, it's better with more choices.“
“Maya's Cookies in San Marcos is a nice find in the vibrant new area. As someone who enjoys exploring new shops and restaurants, stumbling upon Maya's Cookies was a nice surprise. My first visit left me impressed with the overall experience.Customer service played a significant role in enhancing my visit. The server was not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable about the cookies and the shop itself. She patiently answered all my questions, providing an abundance of insightful information that added to the enjoyment of the experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the cookies. As someone who was initially unsure about what to expect from vegan cookies, Maya's Cookies exceeded my expectations. I sampled the S'mores and Wheat-free Coconut Chocolate Chip, and both were a treat for the taste buds. The S'mores cookie was soft and indulgent, with a generous dollop of marshmallow nestled in the center. While it boasted plenty of chocolate chips, I couldn't help but notice a slight absence of the distinct graham cracker flavor that typically accompanies S'mores. Nevertheless, it was a delightful treat. The Wheat-free Coconut Chocolate Chip cookie, on the other hand, was an absolute delight. It was impressively large and offered a perfect balance of sweetness, coconut flakes, and rich chocolate chips. The fact that it was wheat-free added to its appeal, making it an inclusive option for those with dietary restrictions. One aspect that particularly caught my attention was the Happy Hour offer on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4-5 pm. This intriguing promotion piqued my curiosity, and I couldn't resist the temptation to return and experience it firsthand. I'm eager to discover how many customers flock to Maya's Cookies during that single hour of discounted bliss. In conclusion, Maya's Cookies is a must-visit destination for cookie enthusiasts in San Marcos. With exceptional customer service, delicious vegan treats, and enticing promotions like Happy Hour, it's a place that warrants repeat visits. I, for one, am eagerly looking forward to indulging in more of Maya's delightful creations.“
“Where to even start with this bakery! Wow, I had Barbara cater the desserts for my wedding and I am so thankful I did! I wanted gf, vegan, no processed sugar, and no refined oils in my desserts - that still tasted amazing. And Plantiful Kitchen deliver! Barbara was so kind and helpful with planning out my desserts, we even had a fun tasting with my family and maid of honor. She made the process so easy and exciting - and was always for responsive. She provided donuts, cookies, the cutest mini cheese cakes, and truffles. And every single one was delicious! The desserts were a highlight of the wedding, my guests couldn't stop talking about them that evening - and to this day they keep saying they were the best desserts they have ever had. Highly recommend Plantiful Kitchen if you are in need of healthy desserts, or just want to stop by to pick up some treats! Thanks Barbara!“
“Vegetariana Review:We've visited Kiin well in the doble digits. My wife and I have been to a variety of Thai restaurants in San Diego yet everytime we go back to Kiin we truly wonder why we even try any other place.I usually test a place by the quality of the fried rice. Many places have an excuse or fried rice. Very few specialize in it, so it's a great dish to test the overall quality of a place. Theirs is second to none I've had in San Diego so far.It is a very good place to go with mixed diets (vegan, omnivore, vegetarian). The menu isn't a huge selection, but at the same time I've never had a bad fish in this place. The portions are of good size, service has always been good, decorations are great. This however isn't a quiet place (specially at night) as there are several other dinners up there and there is music playing for all. This doesn't mean you can't have a conversation here, but keep in mind if you're looking for a more romantic place.“
“Avo Café was great… So nice to find a fast-food place that can deliver the best Vegan food. We had their classic burger and it was great. The atmosphere is nice and the owners are very friendly and give the good vibes. Highly recommend!!!Vegetarian options: Yea!Wheelchair accessibility: Flat“
“one of my favorite vegan restaurants, I love coming to this veggie grill! the food tastes as good as it looks and the staff have always been so friendly :) the nachos and buffalo chicken salads are our favorites! and their desserts are always so good “
“This is the place to come if you want healthy and fresh food or juice. It's easy to get too. There is a ton of parking. It's in a industrial park where you would not expect it to be, but there are lots of great places around here, so don't miss this one. Everything on their menu uses Gluten Free, Organic, Dairy Free & 100% Plant Based Ingredients. There is handy cap accessible parking, street parking, and a free parking lot. Indoor and outdoor seating available.“
“I have had many great experiences here. I usually sit up at the bar and the staff are all super knowledgeable and friendly. One thing to note is that it can get really crowded on days that are sunny/summer days when the beach is crowded. This goes for all of downtown Encinitas. Lots of people bring their dogs as well so that is a huge plus“
