“Amazing Sandwich, Great Flavors and like sitting in Grandma's living room. I had the special it was Egg and Bacon with Spring Mix lettuce and Balsamic vinaigrette on a Waffle. One of the best Breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. If I am in the area I will definitely stop in again.“

“We arrived on a Friday at around 11:00am and got seated right away. The restaurant has outdoor seating with heaters which I thought was really nice. Our food was great!! I order the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and egg. Everything was delicious and por portions was plenty. My husband ordered the Mexican omelette with a side of has browns and toast and he too enjoyed his food very well. The ranchero salsa was delicious.The service was quick and very efficient. On top of that everyone was very friendly and helpful.The star of the meal was the cafe de olla! This is a must if you try out this place.The only thing is parking can be a little tricky and may have to park on the street or nearby neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.“

“I stumbled across this place because I was craving a vegan quesadilla and wasn’t sure where to go. It was phenomenal! Very nice staff and delicious vegan food. I’m not much of a vegan sausage person, but it was so tasty. The vegan cheese was amazing too. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the vegan menu! “This was my first time visiting MTWs, it was recommended by a colleague. Our server was knowledgeable and very friendly. The food delicious! Eggs s cooked to perfection, waffles light & tasty. I had the peanut butter chocolate waffle (1/2) with eggs, breakfast potatoes and ham. I can't wait to introduce MTWs to my friends.“

“I have been coming here for years before the new owners took over. Under new ownership, the place is even better. Service is always friendly, and food is served up fast!I always get a solid breakfast here, and finally, someone who knows how to cook crisp hash browns! Just be sure to bring cash as they don't take cards, but they do have an ATM on-site in case you forget.“

“Great breakfast spot. Been coming here for years and they are very consistent. Chilaquiles are great. Kids love the pancakes. Can vouch for the Benedict. French toast is made just right. If you don't get in early on weekends parking is tough and you can expect a wait but they do move people in and out. Haven't actually had lunch here.“

“This is specifically for Cynthia the hostess at the front. She was so kind and had such a great energy to her. She sat us down outside and when we asked if we could move inside due to the cold weather, she took care of us right away. My boyfriend was bleeding a bit from a small cut on his finger and Cynthia noticed and without even asking, brought over a disinfectant wipe and a bandaid. Such a sweet, kind gesture. “Good food but value proposition is steep ($60+ for four combo meals). You can tell they, like everyone else, have been hit by inflation. It's so bad they had prices crossed out a few times and then eventually gave up. It's amusing and sad at the same time. Service was friendly. I liked the reserved spot they have for [the owner?] Efren. Ambiance is what you'd expect from a greasy spoon: could use a deep cleaning (kitchen looked fine though).“

Food did take awhile to come out but seemed like everyone was happy with their food! I personally got a breakfast burrito & the portion was HUGE. Good flavor. My only complaint is the fresh salsa was very meh... could use some spicing up there. But otherwise nice experience. The menu is large, plenty for everyone, even a picky eater. “A hidden gem!! Ham and cheese cachapas for breakfast with Cafe Bombon. Even the black beans were unusually delicious. Where have you been all my life, Coffee for Breakfast??? “I used to go to the Trimana location in Encino. Unfortunately, they closed down and I have been craving their club sandwich and fries. I was so excited to discover they had this location in Woodland Hills. I came in this afternoon and ordered the club sandwich and fries. Kami, the owner, who is the sweetest man ever, assisted me. He was kind enough to offer me a free soft drink while I waited. The food was ready pretty quickly and it tasted even better than before. The seasoned fries are so delicious. They are perfectly crispy and seasoned. The sandwich was incredible. The gourmet bread was so soft with crispy edges and perfectly toasted. All the ingredients were fresh. The turkey was delicious and portion was huge. Kami, thank you for the wonderful service and tasty food. Looking forward to coming back.“

I had one of the best servers I have ever encountered. Mary was my server and she was outstanding. I have worked in the restaurant industry before and can determine great service. Mary excelled in all areas as a server.Mary walked up to our table with such a family friendly appearance and impression. She was beyond attentive with an admirable attitude to make you feel at home. She offered us suggestions on drinks and asked for any additional meals & sides , she’s great :)Apart from her great hospitality she was fast with delivering our needs. “I got the lavender tea, both iced and hot. I preferred the hot although both were great. Waitress Maira was very nice and very helpful even when they were incredibly busy. She was great. I ordered the tofu breakfast burrito. It was okay. I had to really use the salsa for flavor. I tried the chalupa salsa but it didn't match well with the tofu, that's better with eggs. Use their house salsa. I had the red, didn't try the green. ambiance was fun. I've had better food here in the past, but tofu burrito was a 3 and a half. Maira was so good, goes to four.“

“Took my sister here for breakfast as a thank you for picking me up from airport. I had a Denver omelette (one of my faves) and the eggs were fluffy and plenty of hash browns too. My sister had the chicken fried steak and eggs which looked, and she confirmed, were delicious! I'll be coming back for that dish next visit.
