“They were super welcoming and nice folks. The seating was cozy and cute. You feel the family business vibe. Their coffee mugs are super cute each was different and unique The french toast was a bit dry but it was ok when mixed with the maple syrup the fruits on top was tasty but wish there were more fresh fruits and no canned fruits. The parking was also large and spacy“

“We arrived on a Friday at around 11:00am and got seated right away. The restaurant has outdoor seating with heaters which I thought was really nice. Our food was great!! I order the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and egg. Everything was delicious and por portions was plenty. My husband ordered the Mexican omelette with a side of has browns and toast and he too enjoyed his food very well. The ranchero salsa was delicious. The service was quick and very efficient. On top of that everyone was very friendly and helpful. The star of the meal was the cafe de olla! This is a must if you try out this place. The only thing is parking can be a little tricky and may have to park on the street or nearby neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.“

“I stumbled across this place because I was craving a vegan quesadilla and wasn’t sure where to go. It was phenomenal! Very nice staff and delicious vegan food. I’m not much of a vegan sausage person, but it was so tasty. The vegan cheese was amazing too. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the vegan menu! Yum!Vegetarian options: Entire vegan menuDietary restrictions: Great for dairy free people and vegans!“

“This was my first time visiting MTWs, it was recommended by a colleague. Our server was knowledgeable and very friendly. The food delicious! Eggs s cooked to perfection, waffles light & tasty. I had the peanut butter chocolate waffle (1/2) with eggs, breakfast potatoes and ham. I can't wait to introduce MTWs to my friends.“

“Food was alright, i make better food at home) Got the OG burrito and wasnt impressed, the portions are average for the ridiculous prices being street vendor are crazy, the green sauce kinda made me go a star up. i love to be fair in my reviews and this is a bit over. “I have been coming here for years before the new owners took over. Under new ownership, the place is even better. Service is always friendly, and food is served up fast!I always get a solid breakfast here, and finally, someone who knows how to cook crisp hash browns! Just be sure to bring cash as they don't take cards, but they do have an ATM on-site in case you forget.“

“Yum! So glad I found this little gem. Food is yummy and reasonably priced! You get a good amount out food. I had the bacon, tomato, avocado and cheese omelette and it hit the spot. I really like their hash browns. They have a good crunch to them. I like that it has a mom & pop feel to it. This is my second time here (first time dining in) and the service has been great. Will def come back with my family.“

“Great breakfast spot. Been coming here for years and they are very consistent. Chilaquiles are great. Kids love the pancakes. Can vouch for the Benedict. French toast is made just right. If you don't get in early on weekends parking is tough and you can expect a wait but they do move people in and out. Haven't actually had lunch here.“

“Oh my gosh !! so immediately I walked up this Sunday, 4/21 and the hostess was awesome. I came alone and so I sat at the bar and proceeded to meet literally probably every waiter, because they're all coming to the bar to get their drinks. The manager was amazing and my server Andy , was so attentive ! If you are in the area, you have to come here!!! Don't even hesitate“

“This is specifically for Cynthia the hostess at the front. She was so kind and had such a great energy to her. She sat us down outside and when we asked if we could move inside due to the cold weather, she took care of us right away. My boyfriend was bleeding a bit from a small cut on his finger and Cynthia noticed and without even asking, brought over a disinfectant wipe and a bandaid. Such a sweet, kind gesture. I appreciate people that go out of their way to make the experience so great. Thank you, Cynthia!“

“Good food but value proposition is steep ($60+ for four combo meals). You can tell they, like everyone else, have been hit by inflation. It's so bad they had prices crossed out a few times and then eventually gave up. It's amusing and sad at the same time. Service was friendly. I liked the reserved spot they have for [the owner?] Efren. Ambiance is what you'd expect from a greasy spoon: could use a deep cleaning (kitchen looked fine though).“

“came by for brunch on a Sunday, party of 5 around 1130 & quoted 30 minute wait. Wait was about as predicted, maybe a little longer. Food did take awhile to come out but seemed like everyone was happy with their food! I personally got a breakfast burrito & the portion was HUGE. Good flavor. My only complaint is the fresh salsa was very meh... could use some spicing up there. But otherwise nice experience. The menu is large, plenty for everyone, even a picky eater. Gender neutral restroom, private parking lot.“

“My favourite cold brew. Great spacious calm environment. It feels like being inside one of those café ambience YouTube videos. Very friendly staff. Nice area close to shops. Lots of parking and a lovely view of the hills. Would love it if they had more vegan options, but the avocado toast is delicious!Vegetarian options: The avocado toast is vegan if you order it without the cheese.“

“With 3 people manning the line, Big Art's Tacos provides some pretty quick service. You can find them under a black tent and sign on the street with parking inside a lot. Good size breakfast burritos with ingredients you can taste. I do wish that the tater tots were crisper and they had provided more salsa.“

“I got the Soojoo Muffin sandwich and I ordered on Doordash. Great fix during work!!! I loved the chipotle aioli (?) sauce that it came with and the dill sauce inside was amazingly fragrant. I don't think I'll be getting the orange juice again because it was pretty pricey but it's a great little breakfast and the to go bag was put together very nicely.“

“Food was delicious and most of the Staff was pleasant. As far as atmosphere, I got a lot of strange looks when first entering. I'm a 66 year old, large Black Man, that is well traveled, so I'm used to getting strange looks from people. It never deters me.“

“There are restaurants with a million options (talking about you, Cheesecake Factory).. and then there's Way station, a landmark of a diner (in Old Town Newhall in the SCV) since opening for business in February 1971. Their menu is limited and has not changed much, yet there is always a wait to dine in and locals are constantly coming back for their all day breakfast options. They must have figured something out successfully if around 900 pounds of coffee and thirty dozen eggs are used a week, amirite?! Also, if you happen to forget to bring your smartphone, there's license plates from all over the world mounted on the interior walls to doom scroll through“

“I used to go to the Trimana location in Encino. Unfortunately, they closed down and I have been craving their club sandwich and fries. I was so excited to discover they had this location in Woodland Hills. I came in this afternoon and ordered the club sandwich and fries. Kami, the owner, who is the sweetest man ever, assisted me. He was kind enough to offer me a free soft drink while I waited. The food was ready pretty quickly and it tasted even better than before. The seasoned fries are so delicious. They are perfectly crispy and seasoned. The sandwich was incredible. The gourmet bread was so soft with crispy edges and perfectly toasted. All the ingredients were fresh. The turkey was delicious and portion was huge. Kami, thank you for the wonderful service and tasty food. Looking forward to coming back.“

“I never write reviews but I had such an amazing experience having breakfast here. I have been to different ihop locations however something about this location made it special for me. I had one of the best servers I have ever encountered. Mary was my server and she was outstanding. I have worked in the restaurant industry before and can determine great service. Mary excelled in all areas as a server.Mary walked up to our table with such a family friendly appearance and impression. She was beyond attentive with an admirable attitude to make you feel at home. She offered us suggestions on drinks and asked for any additional meals & sides , she’s great :)Apart from her great hospitality she was fast with delivering our needs. I would love to see more people who work with such attitude and vibrant energy like hers !I will definitely be back!! My greatest gratitude to Mary for her exceptional service!“

“I got the lavender tea, both iced and hot. I preferred the hot although both were great. Waitress Maira was very nice and very helpful even when they were incredibly busy. She was great. I ordered the tofu breakfast burrito. It was okay. I had to really use the salsa for flavor. I tried the chalupa salsa but it didn't match well with the tofu, that's better with eggs. Use their house salsa. I had the red, didn't try the green. ambiance was fun. I've had better food here in the past, but tofu burrito was a 3 and a half. Maira was so good, goes to four.“

They were all very good and we had plenty to take home. That's not forget to mention their chips were really good with a bean dip and salsa. Good value for the quality and amount of food you get. “Took my sister here for breakfast as a thank you for picking me up from airport. I had a Denver omelette (one of my faves) and the eggs were fluffy and plenty of hash browns too. My sister had the chicken fried steak and eggs which looked, and she confirmed, were delicious! I'll be coming back for that dish next visit. The customer service was excellent with coffee refills before I could ask.“

“Very basic food, I would say its a step above Dennys though. I like Ihop, it's pretty good, the service is usually OK. I don't recommend coming here on a weekend though, it can be quite busy and the waits are very very long. I like the vibe of the place, the ambiance and feel is good. Reminds me of an old diner“
