“I got the Soojoo Muffin sandwich and I ordered on Doordash. Great fix during work!!! I loved the chipotle aioli (?) sauce that it came with and the dill sauce inside was amazingly fragrant. I don't think I'll be getting the orange juice again because it was pretty pricey but it's a great little breakfast and the to go bag was put together very nicely.“
“Tried this place for a late brunch. The prices are a little high, but overall it's pretty tasty. My bf ordered the Texas bbq burger and I ordered the chai latte and the crossaint breakfast sandwich. I'm only taking off one star because I asked the server how the eggs were cooked and she said over medium. I thought this meant that the yolks would be partially set, but when the food runner brought out our food there was liquidy egg yolk all over the plate, which is NOT how over medium eggs are supposed to look. I had to ask for extra napkins to mop up the messy yolk and attempt to eat around the slimy bits. The breakfast sandwich tasted great, it just sucks that it was messier to eat because of the yolk“
“We arrived on a Friday at around 11:00am and got seated right away. The restaurant has outdoor seating with heaters which I thought was really nice. Our food was great!! I order the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and egg. Everything was delicious and por portions was plenty. My husband ordered the Mexican omelette with a side of has browns and toast and he too enjoyed his food very well. The ranchero salsa was delicious. The service was quick and very efficient. On top of that everyone was very friendly and helpful. The star of the meal was the cafe de olla! This is a must if you try out this place. The only thing is parking can be a little tricky and may have to park on the street or nearby neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.“
“I was a customer when they were still with their food truck so when I found out they opened a restaurant near my work I was very excited. My coworkers and I order at least once a week from here breakfast and lunch. Portions and prices are excellent and food tastes great too can't ask for much more especially in this neighborhood where options are incredibly limited. I think you should all check them out.“
“I stumbled across this place because I was craving a vegan quesadilla and wasn’t sure where to go. It was phenomenal! Very nice staff and delicious vegan food. I’m not much of a vegan sausage person, but it was so tasty. The vegan cheese was amazing too. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the vegan menu! Yum!Vegetarian options: Entire vegan menuDietary restrictions: Great for dairy free people and vegans!“
“Oh my goodness we went here for the first time today and I'm so happy we did! I love this place! The owners, Mother and Son were so sweet and very friendly! All the staff and patrons were very nice. It felt cozy and the owners made us feel like family. We can't wait to go back! Oh and the food and shortbread were delicious! I got the fish tacos and my mom got the chicken! 5 Stars!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and crayons!Wheelchair accessibility: Very kind accommodating to wheelchair users!“
“The food was tasty! Came out not even 10 Min after we ordered.( There were 3 orders before us)Fair priced for the food but drinks do seem overpriced. You can eat at the tables outside and listen to LA trafficParking: The paid parking behind the building is 3$ every 15min (limit 18$ in price) egg tuck doesn't validate but Starbucks does when you purchase (for only 30min)“
“Worth it! This place gets quite busy but the queues do move fast. As the name suggests most of their food revolves around eggs. The food is made right in front of you in an open kitchen. There is some seating available outdoors and Limited seating indoors. This is located right outside the historic Bradbury building too. We tried the bacon, egg and cheese and the fairfax sandwich, both were eggcellent. The place is open for breakfast.“
“Food was alright, i make better food at home) Got the OG burrito and wasnt impressed, the portions are average for the ridiculous prices being street vendor are crazy, the green sauce kinda made me go a star up. i love to be fair in my reviews and this is a bit over. Food price for a street vendor -1“
“This was my first time visiting MTWs, it was recommended by a colleague. Our server was knowledgeable and very friendly. The food delicious! Eggs s cooked to perfection, waffles light & tasty. I had the peanut butter chocolate waffle (1/2) with eggs, breakfast potatoes and ham. I can't wait to introduce MTWs to my friends.“
“I got the veggie panini and an iced matcha w/ oat milk; both were very good. My brother ordered a french toast that he vacuumed down in 5 seconds and my dad ordered an omelette that he could not get enough of. Everything was just so fresh and healthy. The service was great and the employees are so friendly! I definitely suggest eating in the back patio, the atmosphere is just amazing!“
“There is reason why this place rating is so high! Food is excellent, the signature French toast is a must, even my friend who doesn’t eat sugary food likes it! And the service is just amazing, they have the best employees! I left my bag( which hundreds of cash and everything in it) and only remembered it after 3 hrs! But I retrieved my bag from the lady serviced is her name is Maddison, after they already closed for an hr! I can’t tell you how touched I was by the way she went out of her way to help me (a stranger) solve problems! That’s definitely the place you would want to visit again again and again!“
“Yum! So glad I found this little gem. Food is yummy and reasonably priced! You get a good amount out food. I had the bacon, tomato, avocado and cheese omelette and it hit the spot. I really like their hash browns. They have a good crunch to them. I like that it has a mom & pop feel to it. This is my second time here (first time dining in) and the service has been great. Will def come back with my family.“
“Great breakfast spot. Been coming here for years and they are very consistent. Chilaquiles are great. Kids love the pancakes. Can vouch for the Benedict. French toast is made just right. If you don't get in early on weekends parking is tough and you can expect a wait but they do move people in and out. Haven't actually had lunch here.“
“Friendly staff, delicious food (I had the BOLT benedict) and cool music ? Thank you!Vegetarian options: Ich habe nach einer vegetarischen Variante von The Bolt Benedict gefragt und ohne Probleme bekommen. Die Würste und Bacon haben sie mir mit Spinat, Tomaten ind Avocado ersetzt. Zusammen mit Bratkartoffeln und einer dezenten Soße hat es sehr gut geschmeckt!“
“??????????The best breakfast I think I have ever eaten. I had the bacon and egg sandwich with added avocado and OMG it was the best. I highly recommend going here at least once. Also I recommend driving because the area around the shop is a little rough with all the homeless people off their heads. Other than that absolutely incredible food.“
“As I was placing my order, I asked the guy behind the counter how I could get my eggs scrambled well (you place your orders at a kiosk), and all the eggs are made soft scrambled. He asked me my name and said, "Place your order, and I will tell the chef to make yours well:. My sandwich came our perfectly. The sriracha aoili was a good with a touch of heat that gave it a great flavor. I will definitely add this place to my rotation. The guy was Matthew, the manager, and he was awesome. Thank you so much.Sorry, I took the photo after I started eating. It was delicious“
“First time here. Came for Sunday brunch with a group of 6. Waited a bit for a table but well worth it. Delicious options. Friendly service. Will be back!Dietary restrictions: The create your own omelette was perfect for my keto lifestyle! I chose sausage, bacon, mushrooms and two types of cheese. Ask for butter to add on top. Particularly good!!“
“Wanted a non-chain savory breakfast and Miracle Bakery popped up. Super nice owner has a sparkling clean, adorable corner bakery across from my motel. I ordered a breakfast sandwich (egg, cheese, lettuce, avocado) with brewed coffee for $10. Can't beat the taste, quality or service.Vegetarian options: Ordered the breakfast sandwich, very good, just skip meat. There are a couple other choices.“
“My boyfriend and I had the best breakfast here today! My order: veggie omelette, cheesy grits, country potatoes, and sourdough toastMy BF’s: bacon omelette, hash browns, pancakes, and a biscuit with gravyBefore you say anything- we were darn hungry ok??Keith & Jennifer were absolute sweethearts, filling up our coffee cups with every sip we took, even putting my man and I into a coffee drinking competition (it started with Keith saying to him, “You’re gonna let her out-drink you?”) and the chaos began ??Very appreciative of their wonderful service and the savory plates they cheffed up for us.Thank you- we will be back!!“
“This has become my favorite restaurant. If they were open for dinner too, I'd be here way more. Everything is gluten-free. There are no shady oils used. Their veggies and fruits are from local farmers markets. Their pancakes are off the chain. Their sourdough is delightful. Their cookies are heavenly. Their bowls are comforting and satiating and delicious. It's woman-owned. They make food with integrity here. Simple and with love. I wish all other restaurants would take pointers from Honey Hi. I only wish 1) they were open for dinner, and 2) they had more, bigger locations. Proud to support Honey Hi.“
“It was my first time the guy whom took my order was very nice and patient he allowed me to sample a few meats almost got full lol. I tried the food that’s already ready not bad. Mac and cheese isn’t write home-able lacking flavor but cheesy brisket was okay grilled veggies were good. The fruit parfait ? bomb. I can see myself returning because they have breakfast lunch etc it’s great to have a place in such an area with healthy choices. So I gotta return for more I see the great potential in this eaterythank you Served 2 Enjoy“
“We stopped here on our way out of town and I am SO glad we did! The food was amazingggg and our service was great. We had the cajun chicken & waffles and the breakfast burrito. Both were delicious! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!“
“March 2024 - Party of three on a Sunday around 10a.m., 15 mins wait. After we were seated, there was a long line to get a table.Food/Pricing - I was looking forward to getting a drink but when I saw the prices I changed my mind.Spicy Crispy Chicken Wrap - $17.95 (per the receipt but just noticed that on their menu it says $17.94). Easy fix. Regardless, the wrap was really good. It had avocado and cheese in it as well as chicken. I chose fries but wish I tried the sweet potato fries. The regular fries were good though, nice and crispy. Love the pickle and banana pepper that came with it.Service/Ambiance - Service was quick and attentive. The place was packed so the staff weren't super friendly but they were prompt.Parking - Plenty of parking in the plaza.“
“Set next to the Los Feliz golf course, feels like a house that opened its doors to serve delicious food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served here with an emphasis on breakfast/brunch items.I adore their outdoor seating area, it’s great for large families. It wasn’t too busy when I came through around 10AM on a holiday weekend.Surrounded by plants, the food and the atmosphere are comforting. We got their cafe breakfast, and croissant breakfast sandwich. This place may have the best scrambled eggs in town. The food was so good we just kept saying that. They gave my son crayons and an activity mat which was thoughtful.Plenty of parking in the lot right outside.“
“Had a chance to speak with the owner. He's been making high quality, traditional Mexican food at this venue for almost three decades. Mark my words when I say that if there's an option that you've been looking for but can't find elsewhere, they will have it here. I'm talking seriously authentic Mexican food.“
“Such a great place to come for a quick little breakfast! I couldn’t recommend the griddle cakes enough. The classic OG griddle cake is phenomenal. Only downside to this location is that there is very limited seating, but usually you can find a seat by the time your order is ready. Everything here is à la cart, but the griddle cakes are enough to fill you up as they come in a stack of three— they don’t serve the griddle cakes after 12 PM I think! The staff here is so friendly and attentive, they brought the food right to the table and cleared my plate as soon as I was done.?As far as parking is concerned, there is metered street parking available! As far as accessibility, the counters are at a appropriate height for a wheelchair. The menus are very legible, only concern is big wheelchairs maneuvering around the small space. There was no ramp required for entry.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight space, might be hard to maneuver a large wheelchair around in. Not impossible, however.“
“Not sure why reviews always complain about the size of these burritos. Though they initially appear smaller than the average burrito, they’re very dense and I always feel full/satisfied after. Not trying to eat a burrito that’s going to put me into a food coma and make me want to lay on the couch all day. A little on the pricier side, but to me it’s worth it because the flavors are absolutely fantastic.“
“Was looking for a simple diner is DTLA that didn't upcharge for being trendy and I found the place. The food and service were so fantastic that I visited 2 days in a row during a recent trip. I will definitely be recommending to people I know that travel to the area.“
“I had a burger and onion rings. I took an order home for my brother and split mine with my 98-year-old mother. And they join my opinion, that was the best burger ever ...cooked medium-rare ideally by the chef. With avacado, lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, mayo ... what a fantastic burger. Oh, I won't be going back to Cafe 50s soon? You know I will! Ask for Victor, A real gentleman.“
“So freaking good! I wanted to support a small business after hitting the dispensary and Beulah's blew me out of the water delicious! They even carry Kelis's brand bounty and full lovely vibes on the inside go don't think just go delish“
“The server was really friendly and polite. The manager, who I overheard talking to grumpy customer, seemed really cool. The food was good, portions were pretty good too and the prices were fair. The environment was just a bit cramped. Oh and their music was awesome, I shazamed like 5 songs.“
“Come in from Vancouver, BC to see some friends in the area often. They know I am serious about pancakes and french toast - so they've brought me a few times and I am always beyond satisfied. This time I had Mom's French Toast and it was perfect. Just the best place to get a day started with friends.“
“My whole family loves Honey Bee's!! The pancakes are outstanding. From the morning breakfast special to the Salvadoran breakfast special with the casamiento(beans & rice) leaves you very happy. The service is special here, real cool peeps! Parking available.“
“We popped in for breakfast on a rainy Sunday morning. We were seated right away which was nice because we were hungry. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, the crepe, and she enjoyed it. It was her 1st time having it, she was hoping for pancakes, but she was happy with her choice. The crunchy French toast was delicious, my daughter enjoyed it and shared my plate with me. We had a side of bacon and I enjoyed a mimosa. I’m withholding one star because we ordered from the QR code and it took a few times to input my credit card which was annoying. We also left a 18% tip and the server only dropped off the food vs provided any service.Parking: The parking lot was free on Sunday“
“First time to Sweetsalt! I came to the reopening mainly because Frank Bonventre, former head pastry chef for Wolfgang Puck, the Oscars, and Joan's on Third, is now the new pastry chef!! I was excited...Mr. Bonventre is a legend in Los Angeles and Sweetsalt had become a go to place for breakfast (they serve it with a salad side!!!) and lunch. Gorgeous place...who knew the this old building in Toluca had such great bone!!!??!! Service was great and friendly...and the food...OMG (I had the lettuce cups, flourless chocolate cake, breakfast muffins). It was soooo delicious and reasonably priced... Such a great meeting place. It's a magnet for people of all ages...what a find!!“
“One of the best bagel/lox platters I've had on either coast. Cozy environment, clean surfaces and very good coffee. Can only speak to breakfast but the breakfast sandwich and waffle my party also ordered were all excellent. Not too busy at 8am on a Monday - a great experience and I will be happy to return and test their lunch/dinner options.Parking: Shopping center with 3 hour limit but plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: Cozy booths, good sized kids menu.“
“This is my go-to spot for matcha pancakes. Wow they are sooo soft and delicious. Their pancakes are overall extremely filling and great. You'll most likely have food to take home. If you want the works of the traditional, basic American breakfast (eggs/bacon or sausage/potatoes and hashbrowns) then you'll need to ask if the works are extra from your order of pancakes. The lovely part of this place is that they have plenty of condiments to decorate your meal. It's a great spot for breakfast or brunch. The food is pretty darn delicious. In terms of seating, it's a little compact. They have plenty of tables both indoors and outdoors, also, they have seating with their diner bar. I've gone twice already and the wait staff are just great people. The customer service is good because they are attentive to you and your meals. Overall Bea Bea's is a great spot, just be prepared to wait if your party is big. The wait is worth it.“
“Came here under the recommendation of my son, nephew, and wife who sampled their left overs. We were told it tastes better fresh off the grill. I can admit they weren't lying. Pancakes have that French toast flavor to them and what you thought to be syrup is not. I won't give anything away so you can experience for yourself. We got an order of eggs over easy that when poked, the yolk is not yellow like everywhere else. It was that orange you see when you hand pick the egg from the nest. The fries were another surprise for me. They were exactly what I had in mind although I wasn't the one that ordered them. I ended up eating half of my wife's plate they were so delicious. We also had the chicken sausage which I originally thought to be hash browns. Full of flavor and really enjoyable. How it works: order first, take your number to the table, wait to be blown away. Chill ambience to get your day started right. No pics of the food for we woofed it down too quick to make it to my review. Sorry. Maybe next time. Note that the service was good and prompt.“
“I saw a picture on yelp and wanted the same thing. How often does the real life order look just as good as the yelp picture? Well, today it did, and it was delicious!! The name is definitely deceiving, it's more of a breakfast/Mexican food truck, dont come for bagels, lol.Mine on the left and the yelp pic on the right.“
“City Kitchen is one of my favorite spots in all of Los Angeles the ambience the artwork, the friendly staff, the bottomless mimosas and I’m a huge breakfast guy so the all day breakfast A big win for me. I would recommend the morning wrap And the banana nut pancakes.Kid-friendliness: This place is fun for the whole family“
“We had our first Korea town neighbourhood breakfast at this place. We have a dog family so we called in for checking. They were super nice and friendly. So we decided to go in. The menu was quite good. Mexican and Asian mixed menu. The staff was super friendly and sweet. They played 80s music. Quite cool. The coffee was very good. Much better than diner coffee (if you care about your morning joe). The food had a good portion and was very delicious. If you are on a diet, I don't recommend it otherwise you should try!Parking: Around 6-7 spots in this plazaKid-friendliness: It's kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: You can have the wheelchair path to get in.“
“This was the most surprisingly amazing breakfast I've had in a long time. Venezuelan delicacies to explore and experience for everyone in a cute quaint area of NoHo. Tasty food with outdoor seating. Great staff, cool vibes, tasty food, a must try!“
“This place has really good breakfast. Its usually not too busy so its perfect if you want to get away from the crazy crowds in Burbank. The place us to be an old Bobs Big Boy back in the day. Lots of free parking too! Ask for Modesto! Its family owned!“
“Good sized portions but very limited & extremely egg-centric menu. Priced very much like its competitors, except the coffee, which was bitter, small, & after $4 for 8oz its $1.75 for each refill? (Shameful penny pinching in my opinion) The friendly & outgoing Saturday morning manager & the smile brought to my 8yr old's face with the Vegan Breakfast Burrito made it all worth while.“
“For those looking for a fancy LA brunch, keep on walking past Headliners. But if you're in the mood for old school style diner food, step on in. I opted for 3 eggs over easy, hash browns, toast, sausage and a cup of coffee. The hash browns stole the show but everything on the plate was solid. And to boot - Headliners was clean and well taken care of care of. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.“
“Good breakfast joint with friendly service and a simple but satisfying menu. Very attentive wait staff.Vegetarian options: Lots of egg options for breakfast.Parking: Pretty busy but parking is available.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with kids menu.“
“Soooo yummy. We got the french toast flight (Mr. Presley, banana brulee, smores) and it was....AMAZING. It was sizable but I bet I could've finished it myself if I didn't get another entree. I got the mushrooms & pesto eggs Benedict, also great: lots of flavor and the side potatoes were extra crispy without being greasy. My friend didn't like his bloody mary though, it was too spicy.“
“With 3 people manning the line, Big Art's Tacos provides some pretty quick service. You can find them under a black tent and sign on the street with parking inside a lot. Good size breakfast burritos with ingredients you can taste. I do wish that the tater tots were crisper and they had provided more salsa.“
“My favourite cold brew. Great spacious calm environment. It feels like being inside one of those café ambience YouTube videos. Very friendly staff. Nice area close to shops. Lots of parking and a lovely view of the hills. Would love it if they had more vegan options, but the avocado toast is delicious!Vegetarian options: The avocado toast is vegan if you order it without the cheese.“
