“Came here last night with my husband for a very belated Valentine's Day. The restaurant is small and a bit rough looking (especially the bathroom) But the presentation and flavor of the food makes up for all of that. We had the Scooby roll, volcano roll, miso soup and garlic edamame and everything was absolutely delicious. We couldn't believe that it was vegan!The prices were also fantastic considering the amount of food that you get. Only $44 for everything we got. “We came for lunch to avoid the dinner rush. It was perfect timing. We're also vegetarian so we tried several of their vegan/vegetarian options. They have an extensive menu and tons of options. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing. Our waiter was helpful and friendly. Our favorite were the scallion pancakes and the ramen. It was a bit spicy for us, even though we asked for mild, but it was so delicious. Portions are huge. We took half home, but we're excited to have leftovers.“

The biscuit was nice and soft and all of the flavors paired well together. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup did not disappoint! “Blue Bowl Superfoods is great! There are numerous options for acai bases and toppings. A plus is that your total isn't dependent on the number of toppings you choose but on the size of your bowl. Every time I go to Long Beach, I always look forward to indulging in acai bowls from here. The service is average. Employees are fairly friendly. The ambiance is nice. “I don't do a lot of reviews usually so please keep that in mind! I chose to leave a great review for this place I had such a pleasant experience. I ordered a cake via their website for a co-worker who is vegan. I am not familiar with a lot of restaurants in town who offer fully plant based products so I was stoked to find one who fulfilled my order same day (within 2 hours at that!). I went to pick up the cake and the staff was so friendly and helpful with my many questions on the establishment as I had never heard about it before. Once my cake was done, the staff who assisted me took the time to ask about when the cake would be served and gave me helpful tips on storing it until the next day. The attention to that while they were busy was wonderful! On top of the nice service, I also bought a caramel apple cinnamon roll to try at home. My my my it was very tasty!! Probably the best cinnamon roll I've had in a long time. Great service + great food= second visit soon!“

We also got the tuna salad made out of jackfruit and the potato salad and the macaroni and cheese, and it was so delicious and so well-balanced and it didn't taste like overly heavy. “I ordered takeout at Blue Bird Haus on a Friday evening. I ordered online and received quick confirmation and my order was ready fairly quickly as well. It's surprisingly difficult to find sushi places that serve vegan rolls other than avocado/cucumber rolls. Blue Bird Haus has a wonderful selection of vegan rolls, ramen, and appetizers, and more. I ordered the V-Alaskan roll and veggie egg rolls. It was so delicious and filling. FYI it does come with pickled ginger and wasabi and the V-Alaskan is 8 rolls. While delicious, it is pretty expensive but that's to be expected as plant-based alternatives are usually pricey. Either way, this place is delicious and I definitely recommend it.Vegetarian options: There is a vegan section of the menu available online and in the restaurant.“
“I had Cena Vegan for dinner on a Tuesday night. I ordered the taco trio, rice&beans, and horchata. The proteins I chose were: barbacoa, carne asada, and pollo asado. The tacos were fantastic and the tortillas are great. The meal was completely filling with the tacos alone so I didn't finish all of the sides. But the rice & beans were flavorful as well. The only thing was that two of the tacos tasted similar (because there is no description on the menus of what the tacos contain I can't be sure which tacos they were). There was a taco with jackfruit that had a smoky flavor that tasted different than the other two. I'm assuming that was the barbacoa.Things to note: Cena Vegan (and other restaurants) are located in the Partake Collective building. You can order ahead of time and pick up at your designated locker, or you can order in person using tablets (cashless payment only). You can enter Partake on 5th or Elm but note that there is currently construction going on so 5th around Partake is closed off to pedestrians. Street parking is available, and you can also park across the street in the shopping center. You can also eat in the Partake building or take your food to go. “The chicken strips are amazing, the chicken sandwich are amazing. I've had so far the hot honey, mild, and original. I would say that the hot honey would be the best, still need to try the other flavors. The mild was ok, it was more of the seasoning instead of a sauce which was kind of disappointing, but still enjoyable. The fries were decent, but to be fair it would've been better if I would've eaten the fries then and there instead of waiting to get home. Overall, the service is great, I ordered online and as soon as I got there it was ready for pickup. Great vegan chicken spot!“

“The burgers and selection of fast food to vegan items make this chain stand out. Retro style has a cool vibe and even the landscaped plants at every location add to it. I come here for breakfast now and then to get classic McFakey options. One of my favorite indulgences however are the thick shakes. Not straw killers that turn your face blue, but heavy enough to satisfy the biggest dairy addict you know. My favorite is strawberry. Long Beach's Plant Power is tucked away behind a little hairpin turn on the road, and even though I've been here a few times sometimes I still miss it so keep an eye out. They also have a drive through which is nice. Absolutely adore how much this brand has grown over the years!“
“I’ve only order through delivery service since I don’t have a car, but it’s been 10/10 every time! My partner even just went vegan for the first time because of health reasons and he said the burger was the best vegan burger he’s had yet!! The burger also came with coleslaw, which neither of us are a huge fan of, but I loved it as it wasn’t heavy or greasy but very light and full of flavor. The crunch wrap I got was delicious and the chips and salsa it came with was very fresh! It’s our new go to vegan place :)“
