“It's a very nice Mexican restaurant. My waiter was great and the food came out fast. I only have one complaint. I'm from the Midwest, Kansas and our Mexican food is served with ground beef, not shredded meat unless you order fajitas. I guess it's a California thing to use shredded meat instead of ground beef. Next time I google a Mexican food restaurant, I'll check out the menu first to see if they use ground beef!!”

“Don't recall ever seeing a Falafel burger anywhere, yet they have one, and very delicious one at that. The onion rings are most excellent. My husband had the sweet potato fries that he says they are delicious (I hate all sweet potato fries). The restaurant is clean, the employees very accommodating and nice, and they serve beer - can't get much better than this. Worth checking out if you've never been, I know I'll be back.”

“I was visiting from Canada and celebrated the release of a debut music video at a place no more fitting than Big Rock! It was my first time here and I couldn’t believe how jaw-dropping the entire experience was. The glass-encased piano below my feet and the guitar-shaped door handles already had me grinning from ear-to-ear before I even stepped inside! The place got more magical as my eyes wandered in delight at all the musical wonders to look at throughout the well-used space - walls, floors, and even the ceilings were covered in signed guitars and incredible artwork. I tried their smash burger (subbed with a vegan patty) and it was delicious! I loved how it was served over tater tots instead of a bun, and its presentation was top-notch. What an exciting and memorable place! Thank you for running such an an awesome joint. Cheers!!”

“Good food, full bar. Bit pricey but not any more than other sushi restaurants. The wait staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Our server suggested that we split a bottle of beer but they were out of the large size so she brought us 2 regular size bottles and charged us for the single large. I thought that was a very nice way to make up for it.”

The food was excellent and was served quickly. Service was good and friendly.
We especially liked that there were multiple vegetarian options on the menu. They had indoor and outdoor seating available.
Beer and wine are available.
We will definitely return here sometime and we will recommend it to our friends.

“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff. The place was super fresh and clean. I opted for the chicken sliders and choose to go hot; it was spicy but still tolerable. The food order was done fast and accurate. I liked how the staff handing me the food told me to let them know if I needed anything else and provided her name. I also liked how attentive they were, they went to the patio to ask if we needed anything and if everything tasted good.

“Came into town from Colorado for a few nights. Was impressed with the rolled up doors and back yard vibes. I came only for drinks and these dudes did NOT disappoint. John wipped up a couple Lucious coffee, creamy vodka drinks. The vibes were light and vibey with house music keeping the heads bobbing. Bar tenders smiling and playing like they aren’t even working. Everything smooth and cool 😎. These guys are going above and beyond and it shows. I plan to always come back here when traveling through the Coachella Valley.”

“This restaurant has been around for 60 years. I have been a regular guest for 5 years. The staff is very professional and friendly! If you want a pleasant experience, I will look for you there! The menu is full of great dishes and if you like Margaritas, the ladies will set you up nicely! Located in Old Indio, they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! They have outdoor seating and any restaurant around this long means they are very good!!”

I've tried their Al Pastor tacos, carne asada and suadero and its a really good flavor. In my opinion their Al Pastor is very authentic; it reminds me of my childhood in Mexico.”

The foundation is still there. I had lunch there today and just love the double cheeseburgers and fries. My uncle Kenny worked at the gas station there before I was born. Lots a memories.😁”

Its always a fun experience and the food is always delicious.What some people don't understand is that these are original tacos grilled on a charcoal grill thats what makes them authentic and makes them different from the rest. The charcoal is part of the flavor profile that sets them apart.My team and I completely recommend this place food is delicious and the owner amd crew are a cool bunch which makes this place one of our favorites!!”

“INDIO’s BEST MALTS! Lique is a hidden gem nestled inside Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino. It’s known for its ice cream, frozen yogurt, shakes, floats, malts, sundaes and amazing American fare. I’ve tried different items each time and all of them have been phenomenal. The ice cream is amazing, the shakes are nice and thick, and my recent malt was one the THEE best I’ve ever had. Malts can be made with ANY ice cream flavor that is available. I had mine made with cookies and cream, a major recommendation from me!

The malts were $8 bucks each, it’s a bit pricey but they use some of the best ingredients that I didn’t even care! I’ve tried the food and it’s also mouthwatering. There were good-sized hotdogs, pizzas and burgers available. The place is always packed and with good reason. The staff are super friendly and professional. The ladies working the front registers were cashiers AND order trackers. I appreciated that they were nice and loud when my order was ready! It’s louder in here so it’s very helpful. My order came out fast.

I spotted plenty of seating areas, however since it’s always packed it’s hard to find a seat for a group, let alone one person. You can always take your food outside as there’s an entrance to the Rockyard amphitheater nearby that has many more tables.”

“Indio had a high of 115F the day I stopped by and this Starbucks location relieved me of my thirst and heat.+2 stars: I got my usual matcha green tea latte with soy and no ice. The friendly staff double checked (at the register) and triple checked (by the barista) to make sure that I wanted a cold matcha green tea latte without ice. The drink came out perfect and fast. The staff worked well with each other behind the counter. Many patrons came in to pick up their to go orders and leave.+1 star: The large seating area for this Starbucks location was well-lit. Many patrons came in to chat and have their coffee. There is outdoor seating, but it is just too hot, even at around 8am. The day I went, the outside temperature at 8am was easily in the 90s.+1 star: Two restrooms were clean, no pin codes needed. This was helpful especially after my two hours nonstop driving.+1 star: Fast wifi log in when I needed to work for just a short while. The air conditioning was on blast and that felt good when thw outside temperature was 90s and 100s. There were enough parking spots in the lot for indoor dining or online order pick up. There is also a drive through for those who don't wish to step out into the heat.Overall, I'd return to this Starbucks when I'm in the area again.”

One time we ordered donuts and a kind employee brought us waters to our seat out of kindness because we forgot to order something to drink. It’s always clean and the donuts are superb chewy, moist and perfect sweetness. Good job everyone who works here.”
