“Such a cute spot next to UCI! The interior decor is gorgeous — such a vibe! They have beer, sake, and COFFEES! Everything on the menu looks soo good. Many of the rolls use the same ingredients so that’s an area for potential improvement, but didn’t take away from the experience.

Service was great, our server was very kind and attentive. I didn’t love that water for the table was already sitting on each table when we arrived, it looked like it had been there all day. The ginger and wasabi was a similar situation, it didn’t look fresh, but when we requested more the server immediately replaced it!

It was so quiet and chill in this area, and they have outdoor seating as well where families were hanging out. Very mellow and cute.

“I order from Sushi Atelier in Irvine pretty often, and it’s always so good! The sushi is fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared every time. I especially love that it reminds me of the sushi I used to enjoy in Ukraine — very similar in taste and just as satisfying. Definitely one of my favorite sushi delivery spots in Irvine, and I’ll keep ordering from here!“

Service is generally very good, besides this male staff who is in charge of counter, seating, and billing.

“Niko Niko is my favorite Japanese spot in Irvine. The food is always fresh, clean, and consistently good. This time, we had the 3-choice bento box and the omakase sushi for lunch. The bento had a great selection, and the sushi was especially fresh and high quality. I’ve brought family and friends here several times, and everyone has enjoyed it. It’s definitely a place I keep coming back to.“

“Our son went to UCI and took us to Iro Sushi the first time. Each time we visit him we love to go there and pick something up to eat at the tables outside. The rolls are great and there are macarons and other desserts that are fantastic. The woman who makes them is super nice and we always chat with her. You should stop by and enjoy.“

“Came here for an impromptu double date mid-day during lunchtime. We got in queue via Yelp, and the wait was roughly 45 min. I got the chirashi and a blue crab handroll, and both were excellent. The chirashi is a satisfying flavorbomb that makes it hard to take a pause. When you get towards the end of your bowl, they pour a little crab broth into our remaining rice as a finisher. It is simply divine and something that makes me want to keep coming back for more. The blue crab handroll is great. It's a really nice creamy starter if you're looking for a quasi appetizer to the chirashi.“

“First time here and love this place new favorite pokey spot. Kye told me he could make me a really good bowl and he made me his bowl. The chef introduced himself and advised me the salmon was fresh. Amazing bowl for an amazing price my new spot.“

Food is fresh and excellent.
Tristan is the Best for the service. He knows our favorite dishes and make sure the orders gets completed earlier than expected.
He is very professional and kind spirit.
The rest of the staff are very friendly and shows pride in their service.
Nabe is a great leader and works hard to assist his team.

“We’ve walked by this place many times and finally decided to try it! The food was delicious, some favorites were the chicken karaage, kureji toro roll, and the lemon pepper roll. Our server Kaho was very friendly and attentive. Will be back!!“

All I can say was that I'm glad I did.
The sushi was very tasty and fresh with nice size portions. I'll be back with friends minus the hospital stay.

“Authentic Japanese, with my favorite grilled fish like salmon kama, miso cod, and they even have great grilled red meat. The make your own, deconstructed sushi is awesome too. The kids love the tempura, my grandpa loves the seafood noodles. Everyone is happy, with fresh, big portion plates (although the price does reflect larger plates). Quiet atmosphere, great for quiet conversations with family. The little dishes that come with the meal sets are really good too.“

“I always love coming here. The onigiri is really tasty and they season it well. This place to go to is nice and kinda private plus many places to sit. The service is wonderful too!! Great spot for someone who wants to try onigiri for the first time as it won't let you down for a first try or for someone who loves onigiri.“

“Houston Location: We arrived at our reservation and waited 10 minutes for the hostess. Once seated, we were uninstructed on how to order. Sushi chefs explained the process. Our waiter arrived 10 minutes after, taking our drink order. The app arrived before the waters, followed by the drinks after we ordered and received the sushi. The manager noticed us looking for our waiter but was often in the corner on his phone or socializing with the hostess. The sushi chefs were also on their phones while making the sushi, which was unhealthy. Despite the germy seasoning, the food was amazing.“

“Really great sushi options for a revolving sushi place. The staff was friendly and prompt. They do fill up so with reserve a spot early and or be prepared to wait. Great setup for options quickly and comfortable setting. I do wish they had a clearer allergen list, maybe I missed some of them but I saw a few on the iPad! Maybe including little cards on the revolving sushi of major allergens present could be useful“
