“The food was really good. However, the restaurant is very short staffed. There were two waiters for the entire restaurant which was full. The same waiters were also making drinks, helping with to go orders, and seating people. In essence, it seemed like they were doing everything besides kitchen duties. It was Saturday in the evening. They need to actively look into hiring additional staff. At least 2 more waiters per shift and a hostess. I saw one of the waiters hit his leg on a bench because he was seriously trying to work as fast as humanly possible. “First off, I just want to say that the staff was very nice and that alone made me more hopeful for the food. I ordered the chow mein, orange chicken, and the drunken noodles, and wow all of them were delicious. The chow mein was absolutely packed with flavor and if it's too much for you, you can mix it with rice and the flavors will spread all throughout the rice. The drunken noodles were perfectly cooked and once again the flavors were on point making you want more. Finally, the orange chicken was my favorite. The sauce was perfect and the vegetables were coated in the orange sauce making me finish my vegetables (crazy for me). Overall, I definitely need to come back to try the other dishes on the menu and it seems to be sooner than later.
