“Despite living in L.A. throughout most of the 1990s, I never even knew Panns existed until I began coming back to L.A. to visit family. I am so sorry I missed out on what could have been so many great memories coming here as a teenager. I generally don't eat inside restaurants, and there aren't a whole lot of diners that I've had experiences in at all, but this place immediately made me feel like I had been coming for years. I went with my cousin and his girlfriend (regulars) and we had a great dining experience. I thought that this was the diner from "Pulp Fiction, but it's not. The pancakes are the best in L.A County. I didn't have the chicken and waffles, but I will next time. The staff are friendly, and the customers always come off as nice and happy to be here. Pann's is now my first/last stop on my way from/to the airport.“

“A cute little diner stashed away inside The Delphi.We went for a quick brunch. The atmosphere is great, calming and homey, and the servers were very polite and apt. The food was okay. My mom enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I had the English breakfast which was filling, but basic. I was interested in the Grilled Avocado, but it came out as normal and not grilled at all...It was still an enjoyable time, we will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner.“

“Cute and vintage on the inside, too nice though to not sit on the sidewalk patio. Prices are steeper than indicated--$$-$$$. So much gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan selection though, and safely labeled. As in they seem to really understand cross contamination and not joist call something GF even though it then goes in the frier. Anyway, all day breakfast with both the enchiladas and juevos rancheros we're truly out of this world. The sauces, the fresh guac, cilantro, came out hot and so visually appealing I didn't stop to take a photo. Shakes were unbelievably creamy. Kids had what looked like the best burgers of their lives on fresh toasted rolls, thick melty cheese, and lacy crisp edges on the beef. The onion rings looked, sounded, and smelled amazing but I didn't eat one... gluten. Would absolutely come back, highly recommended!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan options, offered impossible to protein upgrade entries.Dietary restrictions: Seem to truly get cross contamination.“

“Used to come here a LOT back in the late 90's early 2Ks. Moved away for a while and just happened to visit town again and went to Pete's. Some great things never change and I'm glad they haven't! Just authentic down to earth simple (but very large) menu! Hands down my favorite thing though is the pickled carrots! I don't know if I got older or what, but feels like they are more spicy than I remember...but still the best around! Felt very nostalgic when I got a chance to visit this time. I'll definitely make it a stop again next time I'm in town.“

Parking: Very tight and limited. Free parking in LA you can't complain too much. The seating inside is comfy and inviting.“

Food was fantastic as always I forgot to put syrup on the pancakes because of how sweet and delicious they already are. “I've been going to Ronnie's a couple times a month for the last few years. My go to was always the pancake special or French toast special. I'd recommend either of those anytime! Lately I've been getting the chiliquiles. I absolutely love them. I went yesterday and was told there's a new menu (photos included with new prices) and the chiliquiles now come with green sauce. Red sauce is not an option. I was so disappointed because I really wanted them and I do not like green sauce. Most places use the red sauce or at least give you the option of red or green. Very disappointed that's not the case here. Now I'll have to go somewhere else to get this dish“

“My friend and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Armon's. Everything was cooked to order and we were asked frequently if we wanted coffee refills. This coffee shop is a blast from the past: some booths, counter seating and a few individual tables.The atmosphere is friendly and we were able to stay and visit as long as we wanted. We will definitely meet there again for a reasonably priced meal.“

“Nice diner in burbank. Offers the standard food you would expect. Very busy with a nice outdoor seating area. I had avocado toast & eggs, our friend had a bowl of chili & chicken Caesar salad . Nice hot & fresh food. Service was on point and we enjoyed lunch here. I was a little suprised they upcharged for some cheese & onions for the chili. Most places offer it standard with a bowl & you can say no if you dont want it. it wasn't an outrageous charge, it just suprising. The deserts in the case looked quite delicious so we may come back to try those next time.“
