“Really solid food. Great flavors, we had the Tikka Masala and the Pakistani beef dish. The naan was generous, we only wish the meat dishes had just a bit more meat to feel generous. That’s a good thing that we wanted more. Definitely a solid place.“

“I have been wanting to try Eylan and was in the area last weekend, so stopped by on the off chance on getting a table. Even though it was so busy, the hostess, Jackie was so kind in trying to find a table for us. She went out of her way to get us a great table and even came to check on us during our meal! And then we got lucky with the best server, Mei. Mei had such a wonderful personality, professional and gave great food recommendations. I really appreciated her great service.

“Momos are delicious. 10/10. You cannot go wrong with any vegetarian momos. Be it steamed, baked in a tandoor, or saucy (Jhol).

Breads are well-made to perfection. Curry was good, nothing spectacular. I look forward to trying other curries.

The dine in experience was excruciating. We were offered the pappadam immediately after we were seated. We waited 30 minutes for the momos (appetizer) to arrive and another 40 minutes after we finished momos for the main course (1 curry & 2 naan).

While we patiently waited 60+ minutes in total for our food, there were plenty of to go orders slinging out of kitchen every 2-3 minutes. I suspect this restaurant prefers takeout (they also offer discounts for takeout if I remember correctly).“

“Pretty nice restaurant in the UC area, they were able to accommodate my group of 12 though the restaurant is a bit smaller. The service was good, unlike the other reviews servers came to take our order, and food was good as well.

Started off with lamb seekh kabobs which were really good, and chicken malai was ok as well. Got the chilli chicken, I think it def could have been spicier, and had more veggies than meat, but meat was good. Mango Lassi was actually nice and thick! For entrees, we got the kadai chicken, chicken curry, and goat curry, all pretty good. And I absolutely LOVED the gulab jamun with ice cream at the end.“

“Pav Bhaji & More is a good food truck overall.

Pav Bhaji: The Pav Bhaji is absolutely outstanding—rich, flavorful, and packed with authentic spices that hit all the right notes. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had and an absolute delight for anyone craving real street-style flavors.

Portion Size and Value: The portion size is shockingly small, especially given the pricing. It’s hard to overlook how inadequate the quantity is, which really impacts the overall value for money.

Service: The service is average. While the staff are polite, there’s room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attentiveness.

Ambience: For a food truck, the ambience is impressive. The seating area is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable spot to enjoy your meal outdoors.

Overall, the Pav Bhaji is exceptional, but the portion size leaves much to be desired.

We went for lunch on a Saturday, it's at the corner of Dana and Hope streets with parking on Hope and a city lot nearby.

It's a cozy clean table setup with more tables in a back room available. The menu may be limited compared to other places but it has all our favorites. We got the Garlic Naan, Lamb Curry and Chicken Tikka Masala; both spicy. The food took some time to bring out. Both curries were flavorfully spiced with generous amounts of protein and good heat. My Lamb was tender with no bones.

Yet another great Indian restaurant in MTV. We sat next to the kitchen and heard a lot of loud chopping. Good service, value, flavor and portions. Definitely repeatable.“

“Outstanding Indian food in a casual and cozy location. The food here is probably the best Indian food I've had anywhere. We had the Butter Chicken and Lamb Vindaloo with garlic naan. Both dishes were authentic tasting and superbly prepared. Neither dish was overpowering in spices or heat. You could tell fresh spices, seasonings and ingredients were used. Servings were ample too.“

Our mutton curry was little undercooked but once we mentioned about it the owner right away took care of us. I wish if they can make their naan for $4.—-little bigger. Also they should give some extra napkins to the customers so that they don’t have to ask for every little thing. I will recommend you to go and enjoy the food. “Southern Indian food that was absolutely amazing. The menu is small and simple and the food is large and great. Shareable portions but beware the spiciness if you’re not into that. I have a low spicy tolerance but handled it well and the spicy doesn’t linger long...at least not with what we got. It was fab. Goat curry, goat basmati rice in bam, cauliflower fried with spices, and masala fries. Yummmmmmy!“

For example the bench outside the Redwood City restaurant is so pretty and show cases the colors and designs of India. The food itself is very comforting. “My sister and I came here yesterday to celebrate our birthday lunch and had such a lovely experience. Our server, a very kind older gentleman, was incredibly attentive and kept checking in on us. He was also so accommodating with my 12 month old baby.

The food was excellent! the butter chicken was very tasty and tender, the fish pakora was delicious and baby approved!, the rogan josh lamb was full of flavor, and the garlic naan was so fresh. At the end of our meal he even surprised us with complimentary gulab jamuns for our birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch.
