“I just started to not eat meat a week ago and thought I would try this place and I was really impressed how the "meat and egg" tasted. I ordered the tocilog, lumpia, chick'n sandwich and impossible burger and it was so GOOD! Anybody who is trying to change to a plant base diet should eat here! The food is DELICIOUS!!!“

“Glad we walked all the way to the end of the terminal to try Mama Go's Filipino Cuisine because it was delicious. They had a line but it moved relatively quick and we weren't in a rush. Service is so kind and generous. It gave off a homey vibe and they had some authentic class Filipino dishes which is a plus. Price was on the higher side but it is the airport. The garlic rice was fantastic and went well with the chicken adobo. The entree also came with a side dish, which is a great selection.“

“As Filipino History Month comes to a close we wanted to enjoy the hospitality and warmth in some way. We chose Chibog. Chibog has occupied their current location 10 years as of this coming March. There was a small wait but that wait lead to a wonderful seating/dining experience. It also lead to one of the best food porn experiences that I've had in recent years. We were seated near the front counter where we observed every dish prepared for in house or to go passed our gaze. We each ordered our favorite dishes (no appetizers). 1. Milk fish with garlic rice - silog no eggs for me 2. Pinakbet Sautéed vegetables with minced pork and shrimp paste 3. Inihaw na Liempo - Silog Let's get into this deliciousness. The Milk fish is marinaded, and deboned fried to order. You have the choice of a whole fish or half with a cup of rice (silog) white or garlic. Silog also comes with two fried eggs. The Pinakbet is a stew that comforts my heart-fresh okra, fresh tomatoes, fresh eggplant, fresh string beans, kabocha squash, fresh bittermelon, plentiful chunks of marinaded pork belly, onions, garlic with shrimp paste along with other herbs. This dish was fork tender, bright and delicious. Chibog's pinakbet should be a staple on every table. The gravy from this stew needed its own gravy boat. All of the ingredients married very well. The Inihaw na Liempo is marinaded porkbelly which is grilled. According to my wife was well seasoned and grilled perfectly. The vinegar with minced garlic, onions, and jalapeños deserves its on place on the menu. The protein contained in many of the dishes is rich the acid from the vinegar helps round out the richness when a dash or two is added. Wait staff was attentive as well as assisting us by sharing the names of dishes as they passed our view. Alfredo, also suggested we try their spelicelties of Pork Sisig, Lechon Kawali. Chibog also does a very brisk to go/pick up business as well.“

“The atmosphere makes you feel like you're dining in the provinces!! The waitstaff is excellent, the food was phenomenal. I particularly enjoyed the ginataang. I expected to be dissapointed by Kyle's Chicken Wings, but they were actually very good chicken wings! And the palabok was to die for. They have a great birthday deal too.“

“I can't believe a tofu version of sisig is a thing. Sacrilegious? You would think so but it was very yummy. I guess you shouldn't knock something until you try it! Service was perfect. Very nice, attentive and open to helping you decide what to order.“

“A gem in a somewhat older plaza area. Doubling as a Krispy Krunchy Chicken, this little shop boasts some of the best star bread in the area. You might not know, but they also have quite a sumptuous brunch. Everything from kare kare to champorrado, tuyo to tapa. The longanisa is not greasy, the tapa is not wet, they had this tasty pickled ampalaya when I went too. And it’s all only $20. Come early because it’s a small place, leave full because they have surprisingly a lot of options.“
“I found this place when I was searching for a special/unique birthday cake that I have never tried before. The halo halo cake caught my attention instantly. I personally love eating halo halo so I was super excited to surprise my boyfriend with it. I pre-ordered it ahead of time. Store pickup was easy. The overall halo halo cake taste was good but felt something is missing. Maybe we just prefer the halo halo dessert more than a cake form but definitely recommend to give it a try.“
“Amazzzzzing crispy pata! I'm so glad that I gave this place a try. The portion is huge and the meats are super tender and juicy with perfectly cooked crispy skin! The fat to lean meat ratio is perfect too. I'm obsessed. This is the second time I've gotten crispy pata and I wasn't very sure if I want to get it in the beginning because I got it from another restaurant the first time and it was pretty dry and chewy. And as someone who cooks I understand that frying something this big with no batter on it would easily make the lean part of the meats too dry and the skin too hard, but they did an excellent job. I would have never expected the lean meat to be this juicy and soft. It took half an hour for it to get delivered to me and I was walking in the rain with it in my hand without an umbrella for half an hour after I got it, yet it's still burning hot on the inside when I was ready to eat it. I would 100% come back again for the crispy pata and I would like to try out other dishes too! Filipino food is my new thing now“

“Big portion on their breakfast Filipino silog, i had the tocino and my brother ordered the same comes with 2 eggs garlic fried rice and atchura . We didn't wait very long till our meal came rather fast maybe 10 mins. I would definitely come again.Parking: Very crowded on weekends hard to find a spot near entrance“
“From Bayhill to Metro Colma, Manila Eatery has been my family's go-to turo-turo spot. Family owned with good Filipino comfort food. We have never been completely dissatisfied with this establishment. The flavor of their dishes is consistent while portions and pricing is subject to changes in our economy. It's a typical turn-turo where you literally point to whichever dish you want, the ambience is minimal, it's comfort food so one can't expect an upscale environment. Service is also consistent and the staff are always friendly. The trick is to know what time of day to get at their dishes, you snooze you lose. If I can recommend my top dish, it's their chicken Mungo. It's the best delivery vehicle for bagoong next to Kare-Kare.“

“Food is better than most restaurants that offer Filipino food in the area. We had black rice, sisig bangus, and bulalo. Everything was cooked just right, except for the black rice. It's good but we were looking to taste more of the squid ink. Overall we liked how the food was cooked, not too salty, with just the right flavor to taste. At first we were hesitant to go there because our previous experience (years ago) wasn't that good. But the NEW OWNERS definitely turned things around and made it a go-to place for us now. We are planning on being regulars at this resto.“

“Food and service were great, as always. Ginatang dessert is one of the best I have ever tasted. They can make special dishes, like I did with kawalisilog. The gulaman sago (the original boba drink) was great! We also got free soup while we waited for our order. We always go here when we're in the area; we live over an hour away. There are parking in the rear if you can't find street parking at front.“

“This location is my favorite Max's around the area. I really like that their service & the quality of their filipino food. Everything comes out freshly cooked & you can tell that they put in effort cooking all their dishes. It gets busy especially during weekends, but their service is pretty fast, so wait time hasn't ever been a problem. The ambiance inside looks just like every other Max's restaurant especially the ones from the Philippines (where Max's was originally from).“

“My husband and I stumbled upon this place while searching on yelp and driving along HWY 1. It is such a cute tucked away cafe overlooking the ocean. Literally, amazing views!! The owner, Jocelyn, was such a delight to talk to. And her food was even more amazing! We had the tocino plate, adobo loco moco and the bibingka pancakes. We forgot to rate pictures of the first two dishes, but the pancakes, AMAZING. We definitely are going to be visiting more!“
