You'll need to ask yourself what type of ambiance you are looking for when dining at this establishment. It was very loud, we had to scream at each other during dinner to hear one another. All the tables around us were talking loud or screaming and at one point the staff turned on music, after which you couldn't hear anything but music. Was our first time dining at Red O. we had a great table in the section to the side of the main dining area. The main dining area is a little darker and a little louder, but definitely has a very hip vibe. Our area was more traditional. Had enchiladas, brussels sprouts. & skinny margaritas. The food was outstanding. Lots of servers, so very attentive. Also, no attitude anywhere which is much appreciated.

I've been a fan of Red O since they opened their doors. While the food was fresh, beautiful and delicious the service ruined the day for our party which included out-of-town guests. Our server was “out of it.” He forgot everything we ordered. He failed on drink orders and didn't ask for our food orders for over an hour. We had to flag down food runners.
