“I finally made it there after a few months of thinking about it. I met some friends We had the daily special heirloom tomato. Pizza slice. We had the lemon pepper chicken wings. Yum. The Green Monster and the Margarita pizza. I think the heirloom tomato pizza was my favorite today, but they were all really good. And the chicken wings taste like fresh lemon. Next time I go, I am going to get some of that homemade lemonade and try the Mr. Pickles pizza.“

Medium size wings but packed with a lot of flavor. I have eaten wings from pretty much everywhere nearby and I'll give these ones a solid 8/10. “I've been going to Victorio's since I was a little kid and it holds many wonderful childhood memories for me. As an adult with a busy schedule, it's my go-to after work spot to grab a take out sandwich before they close for the night. In that regard, both Jonathan and Carla are AWESOME!! They truly demonstrate exemplary customer service and in general are lovely people to chat with as I wait for my food to be ready. Their capicola sandwich and italian fries (my go to order) are the best in LA.“

“I've been frequenting Little Tonis for over 6 years now and they have never disappointed. I brought a friend here who was hesitant but left a satisfied customer. Everything I've had here is great from canaloni to lasagna to spaghetti to the bread. Can't go wrong. And they're open late! Parking is hot or miss, but worth the struggle.“

“Purchased this on doordash! It was prepared at an average speed and came lukewarm. It's alright though since this was through doordash. Fortunately, I don't mind colder pizza and the cauliflower was warm enough. The pizza was alright given Ive had better margarita pizza - but it did hit the spot! The kale salad was really good and they were kind enough to provide the two dressings I requested. The cauliflower was also pretty good, but for $10.25, I expected the portion to be much bigger. This was honestly the size of a $5-$7 appetizer...mildly disappointing. I guess I would eat here again. If I do try this place again, it will definitely be in person rather than through doordash.“

“We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was crowded but not too noisy, everyone was enjoying themselves. The server was amazing and offered menu suggestions. “The most authentic Philadelphia style steak sandwich in LA! I grew up in Phila, but in the 35 years I’ve lived in LA, I never found a place that could duplicate that perfect Jim’s Steaks style…not until South Philly Experience launched their food truck 14 years ago! So delicious! Then, sadly, they disappeared a few years ago. That’s why I freaked out yesterday when I found out that they now have this permanent location! They ship in the Amoroso rolls to make the perfect Philly steak sandwich. Jonathan did his homework to cook them properly. He gets that shred on the grill just right. They have Whiz (of course) and their “pizza steak” nails the South Street style exactly. Huge portions, quick service. And they have peanut chews and Herr’s potato chips. Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. For the main we had the ragu pappardelle, the lemon pasta & branzino. My partner doesn’t really love branzino but he thought it was delicious. We couldn’t leave without the strawberry ice cream. That was the star of the night because we’ve never had a gelato like it!“

“We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Can be hard to get a reservation, but we usually get there at 5:15 and are able to sit at the bar with no problem.“

“My daughter recommended this place so we gave it a try. There was only a handful of people there… it was a Tuesday. We sat in the outdoor area. We ordered two different veggie pizzas and bread sticks (kinda pricey). There wasn’t much to choose from on the menu. The food was more like an appetizer size serving but It was delicious. I have nothing negative to say about the taste of the food or the atmosphere.However, the parking was insane. We parked directly at the curb next to the entrance of the outdoor eating area. It’s metered parking. We had to add coins every 15 minutes… it only allowed 15 minutes before it capped out ?. I’ve read others say it was an hour meter, well it wasn’t the day we visited. “Emilia's is a hidden gem. We had several dinners here while we were visiting a family member at Cedars Sinai. The pasta is excellent - freshly made and deliciously prepared. The servers are amazingly friendly and helpful. We were served by Carmelo on two evenings and by Eddie another evening. Both were friendly, attentive, and made our experience quite enjoyable. Our favorite dishes were Insalata di Carciofi and Pappardelle alla Griglia. I thoroughly enjoyed the cannoli for dessert and my niece was delighted by the cappuccino with caramel. They have a nice selection of wine, or you can bring your own for a reasonable corkage fee. They also have a comfortable outdoor patio. My family and I highly recommend this excellent restaurant.“

“I like this place because it has no frills. My friend and I ordered the cheese/onion pizza. My friend is from St Luis. She knows pizza. She said this was the best pizza she's had. I thought it was fabulous also. We shared a rib eye. She likes it medium. I like it rare. They cut it for us and cooked each separately. Calamari - delicious. We had tons of left overs too. The staff was friendly, accommodating and responsive, very yummy place to dine.“

The crust was perfectly crispy. “Absolutely fabulous! The beef tartare was superb. I had the black truffle risotto and there is nothing better than that on the menu in my personal opinion, rich, creamy, earthy, simply delicious. My mom had the crab pasta which was so complex, but the lumps of crab added such a lovely ocean flavor to every bite. Our server was incredible! She was so attentive and kind and patient with us. But the best part of the meal was the tiramisu, not your typical tiramisu but the chocolate record decoration made the whole evening. “The restaurant is located on the second floor of Nerano in Beverly Hills (you have to take an elevator up to the second floor through Nerano). This gives the spot kind of a fun speakeasy feel to it. When you get out of the elevator, you walk into a beautifully designed / decorated, cozy, albeit slightly quirky space. It's not large (I think the capacity is 34). Came here for a food event, which I did a review for separately, but this experience in particular was grabbing a drink at the bar. (I did think the food was delicious though and urge folks to come here and give this place a try. I know I want to come back and try more menu items.) The bar is beautifully designed and organized. I found myself perusing and mentally cataloguing the whiskeys as I always do when I go to new restaurants. But this place looked like a place that has fun cocktails. So I ordered The George Michael. The drinks here are really interactive, and the bartenders are super enthusiastic to the point that it's infectious. My drink in particular had some bowls that floated up and you had to catch it with a paddle. Flavor wise it was like espresso martini with a peanut butter twist to it. All in all this place is a great place to grab drinks and/or food. Lots of fun. There's a lot of street parking nearby, but it could get challenging especially during the weekends. I came in the middle of the week and was able to find parking about a block away.“

“Absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants (if not the best) in LA. Not a “scene”...just a beautiful, traditional environment that feels very upper east side NYC. Unbelievably delicious food and the service was out of this world. Definitely a little pricey (similar to NYC prices) but worth it, in my opinion. No “influencers”, no “wannabes”, just fine dining with fine people. Will be back again next time I'm on the west coast and will recommend to all of my family and friends. We were there on Saturday night so it was a little bit noisy but that would be my only issue - if u would even call it that. Personally, I like a restaurant to have atmosphere and a little life. “We thoroughly enjoyed our food and service. Our party of 6 was well taken care of, though reservations for an early dinner were necessary. Only reason “atmosphere” is 4/5 is because the ceiling was leaking water after the morning rain and we had to switch tables. This is not an issue you are likely to encounter. I will absolutely be coming back on special occasions. At the time of writing this review, entrées ranged from $35-$90 and the quality makes up for it. The plates are well portioned, though smaller than Americana; I prefer it this way. The staff were polite and thorough. The wine/drink menu was comprehensive. For hors d’oeuvres, we ordered the garlic bread (amazing sauces!), Fritto misto, burrata, and winter beets. They were all superbe. I highly recommend the garlic bread and burrata. I was able to snap pictures of 3 of our Entrées: Black linguine with lobster, squash agnolotti, and scallops. Oh, the affogato dessert had great presentation (see ice block picture). Overall, 5/5. I recommend a visit if you can afford the occasion. Valet parking was $18 with “validation”.“
