Considering there are little to no eating places around this area, it's fortunate that's Jilibertos is so good.... Conveniently located next to a liquor store you can buy some lottos tix, or a six'r after you pick up your grub... ;) Lotta people traveling thru from Julian or Ocotillo Wells stop by this tasty Mexican joint enroute home... Some tables inside or grab it to go... Call in and it will be ready when you arrive (just make sure you call the right Jilibertos...(not the one by Pauma Casino).... Highly Recommend!“

“I came here today for a cup of Elote. We come here very often and they are so good and the service is good as well but not today 3/18/23 5:00pm. The Elote was good but not the service...this girl (shown in pictures) was rude and with an attitude. It seem like she was working there forcefully. Like she was mad about something. But anywayz hopefully she's not there next time we come around.“

“This place is one of those “hole in the wall” locations thats located inside of a small market. It doesn’t look like much, but their food is delicious. I really liked their Carne Asada burrito. They pack it with lots of meat and flavor. The nachos and cali burrito were just as good.Kick it up a notch and serve yourself some salsas, especially the chipotle sauce. It’s a must. The only drawback is the long wait due to its popularity. I recommend that you call ahead.“
