“From the moment you walk in, you know you're walking into a place filled with good beer, good food and it's all made with love. This is a family ran establishment and they make sure you're well taken care of! Kit (mom in the kitchen) is someone so inviting and cares about her food. She went around and greeted everyone and made sure everything tasted good. The atmosphere is very clean and very well decorated as a good brewery should be. We will definitely be back!! (photo has description of the food)“

BarmHaus Brewing Co. Brewery • $
3782 Winding Creek Ln, Garden Valley - 8.77 miles

“One of the most middle of nowhere breweries I've experienced. Reminds me of the hard to reach Brewing Lair further north on the east side of Sierra as far a far flung. Very good European style beers. Their black lager and Pilsner were quite nice. I'm sure this spot is popular during river rafting season. Visited in early spring and was one of a few there. Friendly staff and large space around brewery for outdoor seating or other activities while enjoying quality brews. Definitely not an IPA stop which is nice to have other options versus so many IPA centric places.“

“I was visiting my twin brother Mike Smith over the summer and he took me to Jack Russell Brewery InCamino ( very beautiful area in the foothills of northern California) I'm not a beer drinker, but I do drink coffee. My brother bought me 2 bags of Olio Three Bean Blend. And I absolutley love this coffee. So far my brother has sent 5 bags since Aug 2023. More is on the way ! I promise you won't be disappointed !!!“

Solid Ground Brewing Brewery • $$
552 Pleasant Valley Rd, Diamond Springs - 2.62 miles

“I love solid ground! Food is amazing and drinks are amazing! The only reason I would not give 5 stars if I don’t know why people bring there children into an adult space? I don’t like having to fight for space with children at an alcoholic establishment. It just ruins the experience for us. Even when we go on a Monday thinking that it will be quiet, there is an entire party of people with their kids in tow. I didn’t go to a brewery to be around children.“

Hwy 50 Brewery Brewery • $$
3544 Carson Rd #20, Camino - 5.41 miles

“Super cool brewery, right next to a winery off Highway 50, in Apple Hill.Tons of outdoor seating, and a dog friendly location. There are plenty of beers on tap. They have a good menu with pizza and a few other items, but we didn't try any food, only beer. The Dry Irish Stout and the Hwy 50 IPA were both delicious! The bartender was friendly, greeting us and serving us quickly!“
