“Puesto never disappoints! Good drinks and amazing food. Our server Masha was outstanding as well. She was very nice and paid attention to our needs. Highly recommend her and the restaurant. Will definitely come back.Vegetarian options: Food is good. Limited vegetarian options though, would love a wider selection.“
“Very nice, cozy and delicious spot!Their coffee and pastries are delicious!I'd recommend their Destination Tokyo coffee with cherry blossom water and brown sugar. It was sweet and rich, I didn't even need to add any sweetener!10/10 would recommend. They get extra points for their beautiful latte art ✨“
“I find myself coming back here time and time again and introducing all my friends. The service was quick and friendly along with food which was super flavorful and had a level of richness that sets it apart from other Indian restaurants. The food is delicious and the portion size is good. The pricing is super affordable! Most dishes priced under $15.“
“First time visiting this place after seeing it on yelp. Looking for a great skewer place that was authentic (thinking of China). As we approached the entrance we were greeted by an amazing smell of grilled food. Everyone seemed very excited and the wait was long due to many hungry customers. The staff was very friendly and the food even before eating, I know it is fantastic just from the smell and looks.“
“Insanely good bread. I stopped here randomly on my way to clinic. Definitely the most expensive pastrami sandwich I ever had but it was very very good. The meat was fantastic, not too salty and not that fatty. The bread is fresh out of the oven and melts in your mouth after a gentle crunch. No squeezing out of toppings. They know sandwiches. Too expensive to return but boy was it satisfying.“
“I finally had the opportunity to check out Restaurant Gish! I've had the place bookmarked for a while after reading one of my friend's reviews. Due to dietary preferences (i.e. I don't eat pork), I patiently waited for a menu that didn't appear to have pork as an ingredient. The restaurant was cozy and quaint, and it's kind of in an obscure location in a strip mall. I treated myself to dinner at Restaurant Gish and had an overall wonderful experience. I made reservations for 1 at the Chef's counter. What was cool was that the other guest at the counter was also treating herself for dinner and had never been to Restaurant Gish. The hospitality of the chefs were exceptional. They were all very pleasant and personable. In addition to sharing their inspiration and ingredients for each dish, they were fun just fun to chat with. Prior to serving the first dish, one of the chefs asked about my dietary preferences. I mentioned that I don't eat pork. He pointed out how one of the sauces had a sauce base, but he said they could modify the sauce without pork in order to comply with my preference. In fact, I learned that they modify ingredients all the time for guests. I don't have to wait so long for a menu without pork next time. Restaurant Gish offered a prix fixe menu. I opted for the wine pairings, which I thought went quite well with each dish. The last two wines paired with the entree and dessert were particularly outstanding. I enjoyed everything I ate, but I especially loved the lamb.“
“Great vibe with tables on one side to chat with your folks, a bar area to sit and work, and an area with old school arcade games and a pool table. There’s also a cozy seating area with couches and a coffee table. Great beer that rotates and the bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and descriptive about their stock of beers (shoutout to Matthew!). Would definitely recommend checking out this spot, great to socialize with a big or small group, to get work done, and to play some OG games! Really enjoyed my experience here!“
“My friend and I are foodies; she is vegan and myself dairy-free we're always on the hunt for good vegan ice cream! She recommended Rocko's for dessert and I couldn't pass up on trying an ice cream taco! Right when I stepped in, I knew this was a popular spot. Artsy paintings, a neighborhood vibe, and happy customers rolling in and out are what you'll find. There's limited bar stool seating inside but most take it to-go. Lines can be long or short, but turnaround is fast. They have desserts for all--dairy, vegan, and gluten-free options galore! You're able to build your sweet treat or get one of their signatures. I chose to enjoy a Tiny Ice Cream Taco, my flavor of choice being the Vegan Matcha Oreo. For toppings, I had Dark Chocolate and Sprinkles. The tiny was the perfect size and it can get quite messy! The matcha was prevalent and not too sweet while the taco had a nice crunch to it. My friend enjoyed her Tiny Ice Cream Taco as well! For those craving ice cream and a unique way to eat it, I recommend Rocko's Ice Cream Tacos! Find them easily off Park Ave. with street parking.“
“VFM 5/5This is a place mostly run by elderly folks and gives warmth and homely vibe to the place. You feel like you are taken care of here. Salmon was yummy and fresh. The kebab platter had chicken souvlaki, mutton and sausages. A bit heavy but wholesome. The gyros were huge and the fries were fresh. Overall we had a relaxed and good time. Sardines on the special was average for me.“
“The food here is very good! They have so many different meat options to choose from, even if you do not eat pork or beef. The lamb and seafood are fresh. Stephen (Curry) was an awesome server and made sure we were always attended to and kept with new rounds of food on the table!“
“One of my favorite restaurants to eat at, with options that are very healthy and very delicious. The staff here are very cordial, homely and polite.I make it a point to bring anyone new to the Bay Area here to experience the taste of these amazing crepes.“
“The ambiance and service here is top notch and we really enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately the food was just a little bland and the Chorizo Benedict tasted much more like a tomato sauce than chorizo but the chilaquiles were very good. The drink menu was the best part with great bloody Marys and non alcoholic options.“
“There are those places and people that make experiencing life a surprise and a pleasure. For this Kenny's Cafe hits on both accounts. Never been here and don't know Kenny but its clear he's one of the good ones. New or old resident, come and visit, enjoy.“
“It’s my amazing first time being here. Now breakfast and cup of mocha with butter croissant is my sweet choice today ?Wow, taste is very good!If you like to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea - welcome to this awesome place!Stuff are very kind, atmosphere is pleasant!Highly recommended?“
“I absolutely love this PC Cafe! The place is well maintained, with lots of PCs available for use and a super clean environment. The specs on the computers are great, and I appreciate how everything is sanitized for each user. Plus, the prices per hour are really reasonable. What's even better is that I've met some amazing people here who play the same games as me - particularly Valorant. It's become more than just a gaming spot; it's where I've made new friends and had amazing gaming sessions. Definitely my go-to spot for gaming and community!“
“A lady pushing a stroller who was waiting in line with me for the mall bathroom just asked me what this place sold, I said "it's grilled fish with ice cream." She was surprised and said, "Oh interesting!" I corrected myself and said it was "batter poured into metal fish molds." She thought that sounded delicious so together we went! It was my first time trying this location.Since all the Somi Somi locations I have been to only have take-out, I like this location because it is in a temperature-controlled mall. I prefer it to eating ice cream outside in freezing temperatures and even to eating outside in warm weather because everything melts so fast. You also have more open mall space to wait. This location is bright and clean. It had one flavor that the Cupertino location didn't currently have. My favorites are the cheese taiyaki and the red bean soft serve.“
“Great pizza spot with a big menu.We went here for lunch, I got the apple walnut chicken salad, my coworkers got the spaghetti and deep dish pizza. My dish was great and they said they enjoyed theirs. The deep dish looked amazing and I'll have to go back and try it. Medium is probably too big for one person so I would stress a small. They also serve beer and wine but we stuck to water during the work week.“
“I’ve lived in the neighborhood for about 4 years and took way too long to finally try Annie’s! I was immediately greeted by nice ladies and ordered and served very quickly at 1pm on a weekday. I got a grilled pork Banh Mi & a thai iced tea. Can’t wait to come back and try more items!“
“I started coming to Woodhams about a year ago in hopes of finding a community bar. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely bartender who also happened to be the owner, Amanda. Her friendly and inclusive energy creates a sense of belonging in this humble and homey bar. One of the biggest appeals is the wide range of folks who come to this bar. Woodhams is for everyone who values community, friendship, good vibes, a sense of humor, and authenticity. It is not an establishment that condones recreational hate speech, so if you're looking for that, keep looking! I cannot recommend this bar enough and I have so much respect for the community that Amanda and all the other staff at Woodhams have built and continue to foster. I am now a committed regular and make a point to tell friends and coworkers about this fantastic establishment. I've made so many friends here, and you will too!“
“What a great place! I was traveling in the area on business and stopped in for a few beers. I met the owner Matt. What an amazing guy. Truly passionate about his craft; sharing craft beers with the world. Matt was super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It was clear within a few minutes why there were a host of "regulars" present as well as a mix of folks pre-gaming for the Sharks, and other passersby. Whenever my travels take me back to this area I will be sure to visit. If you're reading this....go see for yourself and enjoy a taste from their diverse offering of beer.“
“We have been here a few times already and the burgers are always consistently delicious! Generous portions without being overwhelming and what sets them apart are the noticeably superior quality of ingredients.Today our experience was even better thanks to our excellent server Esteban! We will be back for sure!“
“There is a kiosk that you order from here. There are some seating as well and the place was pretty clean. The service was pretty friendly. Plenty of parking in the area. I got the red velvet charcoal, milk tea, and the Matcha. Their matcha wasn't bad and their boba was solid. The red velvet charcoal milk tea tasted unique, but I don't think I would get it again personally. However, if you are a red velvet fan, I recommend getting this drink.“
“Nice to have a place in the area for a good salad and sandwich. Food came out fairly fast, even with a queue of to go orders. 12-130PM on a Sunday was very busy - all tables full, a number of families with small children. Quality and portions were good, like any other Mendo. Staff behind the counter were helpful if you needed something like silverware or to go containers. Two not so good things: * It's really loud inside. Combination of music being played plus concrete floors and floor to ceiling glass windows so all the sound bounces. I think most Mendo's are like this but this location is smaller than the others I've been to so it seems even louder. When it's warmer I would sit outside but I went on a chilly, wet day and preferred inside. * Bathroom floor was a bit wet. Usually wouldn't matter much to me but being on crutches or if you have people uneasy on their feet, could be unsafe in there.“
“Huge overwhelming menu. Huge overwhelming portions. What else do you need?Great, authentic tasting Filipino food here. I recommend the silog plates, especially the one that lets you sample a few different meats. Comes with garlic rice, fried egg, and veggies. Lumpia was tasty too! Also they make some nice Asian flavor mimosas (think lychee, mango, etc).Go check it out!“
“I absolutely love the Japanese cheesecake here and didn't miss an opportunity to stop by when I was visiting the area. This location is a quick service spot in the mall. The staff are quick and friendly. I got an original cheese tart and an original cheesecake, and both were delicious. The cheese tart filling was a bit soft, but tasted lovely. Just know that it is pretty sweet. The cheesecake is a perfect dessert if your preference is "not too sweet."“
“We were looking for a cozy not crazy crowded brunch place in Santa Clara, and I'm happy we found one. There are indoor sitting and outdoor sitting (patio with heaters and shade, as well as open space) options.Servers seem caring and doing everything quickly (at least when it's not very busy), they were checking on us a few times and giving a coffee refill without request.House coffee is a good one, but not the best one. With the order we got all the condiments, sauces and ketchup after requesting one.The food is good overall, interesting sauce for a wrap and a nice hollandaise for eggs benedict. The only little surprise is a hard biscuit under the eggs which tastes like it was refrigerated and then put in the microwave, not freshly baked for sure.Overall it's a good place for a weekend brunch, we will come back again soon for sure.“
“I AM STARTING TO BELIEVE that the SMALLER COFFEE SHOPS IS WHERE THE REAL COFFEE RESIDES.SO GLAD I CAME HERE!!!! Coffee is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ?THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE IS SO STRONG,ROASTY AND DELICIOUS!!! Just how I like my coffee.Customer service was kind, patient and helpful. They so many other options availableHigh recommend to try and be happy with what you ordered.“
“Food is really good, with some really unique dishes like paan sev poori, aloo tukk chaat options. It is definitely not authentic/traditional Indian but a great take on modern Indian cuisine. Great for a non-indian as well!Vegetarian options: Aloo tukk, gol gappe“
“Wanted to quickly grab a coffee when I was in the area and went to this cute cafe. We received the warmest welcome from the owner, and she suggested we try this Banh Mi. It was so so good! The baguette was very crunchy and the pickles inside were fresh and delicious. A little bit different from traditional Banh mi, this is a lighter version that would leave me way less messy since the portion of the filling was very decent and well tucked inside the bread. Their coffee was tasty too. I really love the service and the vibe here!“
“Great breakfast experience. We were planning to go into SF early in the morning, and we decided to eat breakfast on the way. This place was the only place on the way that was open, and we got really lucky!! The food never missed any flavor from every ingredients!! The food portion was little bit heavy for me considering eating full burrito at 8am. We went there 8am on Saturday morning. The place was half filled. Very friendly servers and very attentive!! Plenty of parking space.“
“The food was a bit of a mixed bag! Their fried food is lovely; crispy and well seasoned, it’s freshly fried and piping hot when it hits the table. My friend got the tri-tip sandwich and greatly enjoyed it, my partner and I got a half rack of ribs with Mac and cheese and baked beans. The Mac and cheese was decent but a bit grainy, and the baked beans were mostly nice but very heavy on the cumin, and the ribs had a nice smokey flavor but you had to work a bit to get the meat off the bones. The staff was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was laid back and their tap options were excellent.“
“Very cute corgi theme boba store with corgi merch! When buying a drink, you are required to pay an extra dollar to obtain a cup, but it is reusable. There are doggie treats for free for the pups.Drinks wise, a lot of drinks had no sugar adjustment options. I got the Matcha Thai tea half sugar, which ended up pretty bland.Extra points in general for the atmosphere and dog theme!“
“Great ice cream with unique flavors. Boba tea is wonderful and refreshing.Service is friendly and helpful. Orders are completed fairly quickly. Self service kiosk are great for speedy orders. There is no sit down area exclusive to the shop. But it's a mall.“
“Ordered ribs and some brisket. Ribs were fall off the bone, brisket was pretty fatty but otherwise tasty. I also tried the corn salad, which was a nice complement to the meats - cool and with a little acid to break up the rich and savory BBQ. The corn bread muffin was also delicious.“
“Why was there only one other party here? This is a great alternative to The Boiling Crab without the long wait. The shrimp was juicy and complimented by the garlic noodles with succulent steak. The meal was completed by the Cajun fries. The bib and gloves came in handy! The Roasted Crab is located in Mercado, a shopping area, and parking is free in the lot. Lots of places to walk off the seafood. I'd take advantage of their happy hour deals next time, but my meal was still worth it!“
“I had a great experience today! My partner and I were craving a fresh juice and stopped in to this location for the first time. We were helped by a woman whose name I forget, starts with a "D", and she was so kind and patient with us. She offered samples to help us make our selections and was very positive - we'll definitely be back here! We walked out of there with smiles on our faces and super happy with our juices! Thanks so much! :-)“
“We ordered the army stew and fish cakes, two dishes made with cheap ingredients that I usually elect to cook at home because it just doesn't seem worth it to order at a restaurant, especially when sometimes they don't end up tasting that much better, if at all. However, I wouldn't mind paying for it here because they put it together well and it is convenient not to cook. The fried stuff we tried, gimmari and the seafood pancake were bland and had way too much batter. There was only one poor guy working the front but he really tried. The atomsphere is loud, dark, and we couldn't find him half the time. There are also black curtains around some tables and cardboard cutouts for kpop idols endorsing soju.“
“We visited Beque Korean Grill in Korea Town, Santa Clara. It's an all-you-can-eat BBQ place we really enjoy. The food was alright. The meat quality was good, and it came with the usual Korean side dishes, all at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was very traditional.“
“These perfectly moist, crispy wings with nuclear sauce are some of the best wings I’ve ever tasted. Great ambiance with games on the TV and an impressive variety of drinks on tap, but the food is good enough that I’d go for that alone. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Came here with my friend for sushi following a workout at the nearby 24 hr fitness. I ordered the two option bento box. The salmon teriyaki was delicious and I really enjoyed the sushi part as well. A miso soup was promised as part of the bento box but that didn't come. Our waitress may have just forgotten and by then I was full so I didn't need it after all haha. This is definitely a hole in the wall. We came late at night and they seated us immediately. They have parking out front and also in the back (but the back is pretty dark) and there were some people hanging out along the alley so I'd avoid. Great food and good service. Don't judge a book by its cover I'd say!“
“Today, we went here and got a Jasmine milk tea and a strawberry milk tea. They arrived lighting fast, and the drinks were really good. However, the drinks were like 60 percent ice, so they didn't last long. Those two drinks were about 13 bucks. The bathrooms are also closed due to the Covid outbreak, so if you need to go, you need to go through Safeway. Also, there are lots of parking places nearby, so dont worry about that. Overall, I recommend this place for some quick drinks.“
“Thanks to Sage, Anna, and the third team member (I think his name started with R, sorry I can't recall) for the friendly service today! My online order was ready pretty quickly. And they were working hard to keep up with the other online orders and the walk-ins.“
“Great food, AMAZING owner!Definitely the truck I'm hitting up from now on! My friends and I had the tacos and quesabirria, all so delicious, the meats had great flavor, all the salsas were so fresh (esp the avocado one! Omg). Absolutely adore the owner, she's so kind and so fun! You won't regret hitting up this truck!“
