“I love the semi-charred lavash they use for the wraps, really brings the food to another level. I've been to other TKS shops in bay area and the taste is always similar however there are differences in service speed and quality. This location in Santa Clara is my favorite TKS shop so far.In addition, my order was delayed today, later I received a carved chicken wrap with barely any chicken on it. Not a biggie as I received my order perfectly fine from them countless times, I will observe and update my review if it repeats.“
“The last time I came here was before they remodeled, they had a buffet back then too! The food here is delicious. They offer many different kinds of breads, tandoori options, curries and biryanis. Here is what I tried recently: Nirali lamb (not on the menu, our server told us about it) Chicken keema naan Garlic naan Lamb biryani Chicken leg quarter tandoori Chicken boti kabab My favorite was the nirali lamb and the tandoori leq quarter. Every time I think about it I want to come back! Few notes: - 15% service charge added to all done in orders - Street parking is available - Naan was too charred on the back (might be a one off thing) - check their timings, they are closed on particular days so plan accordingly Lastly...expect to be here for a long time, for us it took about 20 minutes to get our order taken and 45 minutes to get our food. Some parties were getting their orders taken sooner after arrival.“
“We attended the iftar buffet dinner yesterday and found it to be quite crowded due to a booked event. Some mismanagement was noticeable. I recommend calling ahead to check for events before visiting, especially on weekends. However, the food was truly delicious! Every dish was satisfying I really enjoyed their papdi chaat and dal makhani. We would certainly return for another visit.“
“This place is a Persian food goldmine! We did a large order of various kabobs and everything was perfection! My bro-in-law said it was the best kabob he’s had in the Bay! Hats off to the chef! The store is also clean and well cared for, with an assortment of grocery items.“
“Order at the counter and get a pager type of place, which is great with me because it’s so easy. The lamb plate was really good. You also get two sides and I think I could have chosen more wisely. I got hummus and falafel, which made my meal as little too hearty.I recommend getting something like rice and salad instead for the sides. This will balance it out. They have some nice sauces too. White yogurt sauce and green chili and cilantro I think. Mix those two together and it’s perfect! The price is right here.“
“Indulged in a delightful culinary experience at stew stone. The food surpassed expectations, a harmonious blend of flavors that truly delighted the palate. While the atmosphere and service were standard, it was the exceptional cuisine that made the visit truly satisfying. A must-try for food enthusiasts! “I don't have pictures of food as I was very hungry I went to Union ave location Place is small but clean food is amazing, fresh and hot. I always order here the plater with chicken and beef kabab with rice . I have never got disappointed from food or customer service. You should give it try“
“Authentic grilled lamb chops in the Bay Area! Absolutely delicious! ? Kusan Uyghur Cuisine is a must-visit spot! The decor is ethnic-themed, and the cushions add a nice touch. Lamb Chops: Perfectly grilled with a crispy exterior and tender meat. Big Plate Chicken: Tender chicken in a special sauce with noodles. Homemade Yogurt: Refreshing and creamy with passion fruit and pomelo flavors. Try the grilled lamb skewers, chicken skewers, lamb liver, and lamb heart. Lamb Hand-Pulled Rice: A perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors! Generous portions at great prices! Friendly staff and owners. Highly recommended!“
“The Koobideh is as best as the Bazar in Tehran. One of the highest quality in the bay area I have ever experienced. It is juicy and tasteful. We ordered for a party of +25 people and we did pick up the order ( they offer a delivery for a fee, which sound like a good deal too, but we had a friend nearby who picked it up for us).The process of ordering was very smooth, we stopped by and talked with the manager. He was very helpful and explained all the options for the order, and even helped us to itemize our order to get a better deal! The day of pickup, they did a great job in packing. We received separated trays( Aluminum trays, we move the food to our own chafing later) of koobideh, grilled tomatos&jalapeños, rice and bread and Sabzi! ( big amount of fresh basil and mint!). There were also a bowl of Sumac. Although it was a 20 minutes drive from the restaurant to our place, the food was still pretty hot!All our guests loved the food, and we were very happy to have chosen Yas for our Fiesta!“
“This was my second visit to Hyderabad Dim Biriyani and to my surprise the food was so much better and well prepared. Our mutton curry was little undercooked but once we mentioned about it the owner right away took care of us. I wish if they can make their naan for $4.—-little bigger. Also they should give some extra napkins to the customers so that they don’t have to ask for every little thing. I will recommend you to go and enjoy the food. It’s always good to complaint to the owner/manager so that they can take care of you and rectify if there is something wrong. #papihanandy“
“Great chicken over rice. Reminds me of the NY street carts. Doesn't feel overly oily or greasy, well flavored chicken and multiple options with their regular style, chicken Tikka style and kofta style.. They also just introduced a "NY style".“
“Delicious food catering to the Muslim community - Halal optionDietary restrictions: Halal meet optionParking: If you cannot find parking off the street there is PLENTY of parking in the back around the kabob shop near SafewayKid-friendliness: Kids meals“
“5 star for the service. The servers were knowledgeable and polite. Liked the ambiance and the white table cloths on the tables, very crisp and clean and gives a formal, polished vibe and good enough for a special Occasion dining. 5 star for the price and the food quality as well as quantity. It met my expectations! Now when it comes to food I think they did a good job. I only ordered vegetarian dishes ( chole bhature, veg Manchurian, butter naan and laccha paratha) and they all were fresh. The chole was delicious and non spicy ( as I asked) for the kids. The veg Manchurian balls were good, however the gravy could have been more flavorful with ginger garlic and seasoning. To me it was more soup Like than what I like. The bhature could be better with natural fermentation than the baking soda one but i think they probably do that to avoid food wastage. Would love to get yoghurt fermented bhature over the baking soda one. Overall I think they do a good job in serving high quality food with fresh ingredients and good taste. I will come back to try non-vegetarian dishes next time and update my review.“
