“Came here this morning with my family and wow the food was so good! I think what I really like about it was all the food we got tasted homemade and the price point is pretty great too compared to the prices in the Bolsa area. Needless to say, I will definitely be back. I look forward to trying the other dishes on the menu.“
“Food: 99% My friend and I happened to come upon this small and cute restaurant as we were craving for spring rolls. The price here is very cheap and affordable. And let me tell you, when the spring roll came out I GASPED. It was small but was PACKED. Love that. The pho broth was so smooth, savory, and it wasn't the usual pho as it had plenty of assorted vegetables which I'm not use to but other than that it was delicious. Service: 100%The service was great and the lady the served us was very sweet and kind. Overall, the food was delicious and the restaurant is very tidy and neat.“
“This review has to be pure FIRE!!! That honor goes to Fusion Corner, which is one of the OC's (kinda) newest hot spots. Trust me when I say you do NOT want to miss out on this place!I went in with a bunch of foodie friends to try out some of their Asian fusion cuisine, and every single dish was off the hook! Everything they post on their social media is exactly what you get. This place has a casual vibe, and it's a great place for family and friends to gather.We started off with the Fried Roe Fish Balls and Popcorn Chicken. The fish balls came out hot and fresh, and they were slightly crispy on the outside with the soft texture you'd expect on the inside. The chicken was really good, crispy, and not greasy at all. I liked the dipping sauces they both came with, too. Next up was their famous Lomo Saltado Fries. O M G!!! This had me salivating when I saw it from afar before they even set it down on the table. The shaken beef on top of those perfectly fried, crisp fries was a party in my mouth all by itself!The final dish was the Back-Rib Pho, which has got to be the sexiest, beefiest bowl of pho to have ever hit my palate! I mean.. do you see those humongous beef ribs?! We had so much food left over AFTER we tasted everything. We each got to pack a doggy bag when we couldn't finish it all. You already know my motto: "Don't waste!!" LOL!To wash it all down, we had Thai Milk Tea (comes caffeinated or not, your choice), and the Lychee Rose Tea. I had the latter, and I loved every last drop of it. They even garnish the top to make it pretty, and I love pretty drinks!Parking was not the greatest, as it is extremely limited next to an apartment complex. I parked in the Wendy's lot next door (oopsie, lol). Prices here are very reasonable!! The employees are super friendly and answered any questions we had.I highly recommend Fusion Corner if you have an insatiable appetite but also want to keep your wallet happy. “Finally got to try this place, I really only used to have time at night to go, and the plaza was a bit too dark for me but I braved the darkness and was not disappointed. Upon entering I felt like I was entering one of those karaoke bars since they had a little drum set set up in the corner and a huge speaker. I ordered the special pho in a large and it came with TONS of meat. I usually love brisket (gau) and they have one of the softest briskets I've had in So Cal! Top 3. I absolutely love the brisket at pho 101 and this is like a dead ringer for the softness and butteriness. Yes, I still have braces and am picky about my meats!The soup was very good, I came towards the end of the night and so I got at the best of the soup, it was so satisfying. Nice light, perfect saltiness and wonderful layers of flavors. The woman helping me was really nice but I did come in right before closing so I didn't really expect much, or even if I would be sat down. I'm happy I got to the special pho here. Will definitely be back. 8/10 over broth, noodles, and meat.“
“The best pho I had in my life up to this point. The meat was fatty and the broth was very flavorful. It was my first time trying Vietnamese style raw onions and sriracha. They also had free iced tea. All for just under $15 per bowl after tax. A steal.“
