“This review has to be pure FIRE!!! That honor goes to Fusion Corner, which is one of the OC's (kinda) newest hot spots. Trust me when I say you do NOT want to miss out on this place!I went in with a bunch of foodie friends to try out some of their Asian fusion cuisine, and every single dish was off the hook! Everything they post on their social media is exactly what you get. This place has a casual vibe, and it's a great place for family and friends to gather.We started off with the Fried Roe Fish Balls and Popcorn Chicken. The fish balls came out hot and fresh, and they were slightly crispy on the outside with the soft texture you'd expect on the inside. The chicken was really good, crispy, and not greasy at all. I liked the dipping sauces they both came with, too. Next up was their famous Lomo Saltado Fries. O M G!!! This had me salivating when I saw it from afar before they even set it down on the table. The shaken beef on top of those perfectly fried, crisp fries was a party in my mouth all by itself!The final dish was the Back-Rib Pho, which has got to be the sexiest, beefiest bowl of pho to have ever hit my palate! I mean.. do you see those humongous beef ribs?! We had so much food left over AFTER we tasted everything. We each got to pack a doggy bag when we couldn't finish it all. You already know my motto: "Don't waste!!" LOL!To wash it all down, we had Thai Milk Tea (comes caffeinated or not, your choice), and the Lychee Rose Tea. I had the latter, and I loved every last drop of it. They even garnish the top to make it pretty, and I love pretty drinks!Parking was not the greatest, as it is extremely limited next to an apartment complex. I parked in the Wendy's lot next door (oopsie, lol). Prices here are very reasonable!! The employees are super friendly and answered any questions we had.I highly recommend Fusion Corner if you have an insatiable appetite but also want to keep your wallet happy. The best part is these guys are open late late, like 1 am late! Don't waste another minute. Make your way to Fusion Corner NOW!!! ;)“

“Didn't have to wait for a table on a Friday night for a party of two. I think if you're a larger party, you may have to wait. Got cha gio, pho tai chin, and a cafe sua da. The cha gio and cafe sua da was nothing special. Not the best I've had, but not bad at all. The star of the show was the broth of the pho. It was very tasty, with no overpowering notes from a singular spice. All the ingredients from the beef in the pho tai, to the vegetables served with the cha gio were very fresh.“

I visited on a Sunday and was not able to find any parking near the restaurant. But I was able to find a spot near the Old Spaghetti Factory. There’s a lot of restricted time zones, specific parking, and metered parking.Environment/Ambiance: It was very nostalgic for me when I walked in because the ambiance gave off Vietnamese vibes. The marble tables, wooden chairs, vases, utensils, and plates were imported from Vietnam. I recognized the vases bc my grandma had the same ones lol! They also have an open kitchen concept. I love their modern take on traditional Vietnamese dishes.Service: Everyone was amazing. Shout out to our server Ben! Constantly checked up on us and ensured we were enjoying our dinner. They even have robot service! The robot only brought us the sides that came with the pho we ordered.Food & drinks:1) Pho Tai Filet Mignon, carpaccio-style - This was my first time trying pho carpaccio-styled, and it was sooo delicious! Such a great concept. For those who don’t know what carpaccio style is - it is thinly sliced rare beef, drizzled with oil and lemon or lime. I was advised to squeeze the lime first and spray some 40° nuoc mam for extra flavor. Then take some meat and dip it into the pho broth. The meat wasn’t too chewy! I’m used to eating cooked meat with pho, but I absolutely looove this style better! 10/102) Pho Xe Lua - I was told this was one of their most popular pho bowls. They were very generous with the meats. I didn’t even need to add any sauces to the broth bc it tasted amazing the way it was. I could definitely tell their broth was brewed for at least 48 hours; it very smooth and no MSG. My favorite part was the short rib! It easily came off the bone and full of flavor. They offer unlimited noodles, so of course I took advantage! 10/103) Fish Sauce Fries - I started off with the Fish Sauce Fries as appetizers. It came with a “female” and “male” 40° nuoc mam perfume bottle. Such a fun idea! The fries were already tossed in fish sauce, but if you want more flavor, a couple spritz of the “perfume” will do. They also gave a generous amount of fries for an appetizer. 10/104) Herbal Iced Tea - So refreshing! After eating two steaming bowls of pho and nuoc mam fries, this drink really helped refresh everything. It came in a cute cup, topped with floral. 9/105) Vietnamese Coffee - I’m a crackhead for caffeine, so of course I had to try their Vietnamese coffee. This is the definition of Vietnamese coffee: extra ice, thick, concentrated, and not overwhelmingly sweet. It also came in a unique cup. 10/10Pricing: Prices are $$$. Not as surprised since prices have gone up literally everywhere. I’d say it’s worth it because they are very generous with their portions.Parking: Parking: Parking can be a bit difficult on the weekends. “In general, we had an enjoyable meal at the Pho Nic. The fragrant rice and delicate chicken in the Hainanese chicken rice made for a delightful dinner. The spring rolls were tasty but didn't leave any lasting impression. The kids' pho bowl was decently sized and tasted, but overshadowed by their chicken rice meal. The interior was modern and contemporary, and the service was good. Overall, it is a good option for a tasty meal, particularly if you're craving chicken rice in this location.“

“I really can't say enough about how good Kashiwa Ramen is; I love it so much I've eaten here several times in the last two weeks.This has to be one of the best ramen spots in OC currently. It originally started in Japan and came over to the States. In terms of quality, it definitely seems authentic.I've tried several items on the menu, and every time, it's delicious. I highly recommend dining in, but even if you order to go, or through doordash, it always comes piping hot and high quality.Today, I tried the Tsukumen, which is hard to find at other shops because it is a traditional dipping noodle where you dip it in the soup. I would highly recommend trying their tonkatsu ramen, although they also have other great items like smaller portion chashu rice bowls, which I swear the meat is so soft and tender. The chashu pork comes out great every time. The soft boiled egg is perfection. Both the straight and wavy noodles are wonderful. They also have a swirl broth, which is absolutely delicious; it's a mix of their pork and chicken broth together. They also have green tea, which tastes really crisp and fresh. They also have chicken if you don't eat pork.Overall, I really love Kashiwa and plan to continue frequenting it. The only critique I can give is that I wish the waitresses would check in on the tables at least once or twice every so often. Everyone is so kind and polite and the service is very fast. Dining by myself, i am in and out in under 30 minutes or so.Thank you so much for the wonderful meals, I plan to continue coming here in the future, and I hope more people come too.Vegetarian options: They do have tofu as protein for all ramen, miso ramen, sea kelp ramen, and other various side dishes like egg on rice.I would double-check with the waitresses to make sure the broth is 100% vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: If you do not eat pork, they have chicken as a protein topping as well.Parking: Big parking lot in a busy shopping center.Kid-friendliness: There are probably not a ton of options for kids, but if your kids are more adventurous, im sure they would enjoy it. “If you like ramen, this place is fantastic with red and white miso broth options. The spicy tao paste is over the top spicy so be careful. The service is traditionally awesome. The atmosphere is also traditional Japanese decor with matching music. However, the outdoor seating is a couple of folding tables pushed up against the window 3 feet from the parking lot.“

We met the owner, Nancy, who was so incredibly sweet, was helpful in explaining menu items-- even pointing out that we had ordered two soups and perhaps to take one item off unless we felt we needed more soup after. “I ordered to go from Yelp and when I arrived the food was ready. It's in the shopping center near Da Vien. Parking wasn't hard to find on a Monday afternoon. The food itself was soooo good. I got the pork cutlet with cheese curry. The cutlet had the perfect pork to cheese ratio and the cheese was still gooey when I got home. The curry had a mild spice level, to almost very minimal spice. Since I ordered online unsure if you can change the spice level but would love if it were a little spicy! Overall the food is really good and will come back!“

“A few days ago we got a sushi platter mixed with different rolls and sushi. It was honestly some of the best rolls and sushi I had in a while! It was fresh & delicious. “This is by far the best Thai cuisine I’ve ever had. They have many types of curries, but my favorite has been the Panang and pineapple curries. Very good place if you love hot comfort food. “While visiting Disneyland, I searched for and visited a Vietnamese restaurant.Located next to a shopping mall with Korean restaurants, about 20 minutes away by car.Parking is convenient and very friendly.The food prices are reasonable and above all, the portions are very large.I ordered large and had a lot left over, but ordering regular would still be enough.I recommend the rib rice noodles.Be careful because mix includes crucibles and parts.The taste of the rice noodles is pretty good, but the sweetness is quite strong, perhaps because of the American style.It would be nice to eat it once in a while when you get tired of American food.You can choose between thin and thick noodles.“

“Amazing and comforting place! I will always recommend this place when eating with friends, family, significant others, etc. Food is delicious, fresh, and good portion sizes for the prices. “Delicious ramen! The Chuka Soba was phenomenal. The broth was perfectly balanced. Not too bland, not too rich. The inside is cozy and very chill. “It is the best Thai street food in Town. The best Sevice, Friendly Stuff and best Chef. I ordered Crab fried rice, Ku Moo Yang, and crispy belly Kra pow, Banana Grandma, Meatloaf salad. And Mango sticky Rice. They were good like the name of the restaurant! Say Yum! I recommend!!“

“This has been on my list forever and I decided last minute while i was off my diet to come here. It's a very small place and it got crowded real quick. Definitely come here early cuz you'll have to wait for a table. I did remember that you can't adjust the spiciness to your bowl so be aware if you're sensitive to the heat. I got the Deluxe and it was everything I imagined it to be. They gave a cute mini ball of rice at the end to soak up the leftover yummy sauce. I took the rest home, the bowl is very heavy and I just couldn't finish it but it's okay because I looked forward to eating it the next day.“

“This is my go to spot for pho just smelling the aromatic broth when they bring your food awakens the senses ( yeah I just wrote that) but really I've gone to probably 9 other places on bolsa in Westminster also 4 other pho restaurants in surrounding cities nothing compares. They have a couple other menu items but the Pho is why you come here, I like to take my son here they're open late until 1:30 a.m., It's always clean and the staff are nice. My personal recommendation is the Pho combination with no meat ball or tripe substitute extra tendons and add a beef rib or the ox tail pho.Lastly, Price is about $20 with a can of coke“

“Walked in on a Saturday night - it wasn't too busy and we were seated immediately. We ordered the Choose 3 Combination (M), Kimchi Cold Noodle, and Beef Tartare. Service was fast and the staff were great! The Kimchi Cold Noodle was super refreshing and cuts the fattiness of the intestine. The beef tartare was also very fresh and a generous portion. There were only 2 of us so we had a lot of leftovers to take home haha. A solid gobchang spot!“

“Came here on a whim on Saturday night, so glad it was not crowded and we were seated immediately. They have pictures of plates they serve on tv screens so it's very nice to see what you may be ordering. We ordered egg, filet mignon and meatball on a sizzling plate with baguette and a bo luc lac with garlic noodle and it was delicious! Very affordable prices. Fresh made and not too sweet drinks too, I recommend the penny worth and mung bean drink! Nice Vietnamese traditional restaurant vibes.“

“The service was great! I was looking for a sushi spot near by and it was one I wanted to try because of the variety of sushi options! I had the Andy's roll and the Hot Summer Roll. Both were good, not super memorable nor do I feel like running back but they do have a good lunch option if you're looking for something good, quick and affordable! Overall good but not on my top sushi spots. I will end by saying what I did love those was huge the portions were I think for the rolls I got you definitely get a generous amount of protein!“

“I love the food and service here. I like the Katsu Curry more than the Shabu Shabu one since it's more savory. The salad with salmon skin is also amazing and it is a good appetizer. I also ordered the Assorted Tempura but I don't really recommend it since it will be a bit too much to eat all the sides and finish your bowl, unless you go as a group because I struggled to finish my bowl after all the tempura filling my stomach and, you know, fried food fill it quick.Overall, probably the best Udon place I ever tried in OC.“

I chose customer favorite and enjoyed it with warm sake. Entree was sufficient but many other tables had starters. I believe I would return to try another dish. 5pm is before the rush, we sat at 6pm and inside sitting was packed.“

“Meat quality is so damn delicious! The Short rib and skirt steak were our faves, we also tried the A5 wagyu and it was melt in your mouth delicious as well. Don't skip on the cartilage and sausage, if you're looking for great pairings to go with your beer. The Yukhae (raw beef dish) was super delicious and I'm not a raw beef person in general. I would definitely order that again though. Get here early, about 15min before they open to avoid the lines. It's a small restaurant with mostly 4-tops , I saw maybe 1 table that could accommodate a party of 8-10 max, so if you have a larger party be prepared to sit separately. The service is great, they were on point with water refills and checking to see if we wanted to order any additional items. They have a weekday special for $67 where you can try 2 of our favorite meats + their miso chicken thigh, and the veggies it comes with are minimal (1pc pumpkin, couple pieces of bell pepper, and a slice of carrot). I heard their yookaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup) was good but we didn't try it this time. Also, don't sleep on their black sesame and yuzu ice cream!“

“Everything here was AMAZING. The price, the speed, the food- I can't believe this place exists. I came here with a big group (9 of us) and they accommodated us and served us fast. I don't even think we waited more than 30 minutes for everyone to get their food. I got the pho small bowl with rare steak and the broth was light and filling. The rare steak practically melted in your mouth. Only 12 bucks for the pho itself! Each table comes with napkins, soup spoons, sauce bowls, and sauces to help yourselves to.
