“Okay, Mos brunch is absolutely stellar. Shout out to the super kind, funny, and witty as hell woman with the blonde hair who has been there probably as long as I have been alive. Awesome brunch, 3 dollar mimosas, and kitchen that cooks it up better than most breakfast spots. Love to sit on their patio and soak up the sun. If you want to do a little crawl, start at mos venture to harbor room, and finish at the beach. Miss the pool tables, but hey you gotta roll with the changes“
“Stopped by Hacienda Playa for a drink with my girlfriend. Was absolutely fantastic per usual. Super friendly bartenders, as well as staff that are very attentive and are always asking you if you are okay! Gave us chips and kept refilling the chips nonstop the whole time that we were there. Reasonable prices, and a great place to stop for a quick drink. Definitely will stop by again!“
“This place is divine. It is true authentic French and you feel like you've been transported to Paris when you go. The food is so finely prepared with quality ingredients and each dish is so unique and delicious. It's my new favorite!“
“We loved the Portland location and had high expectations when visiting in LA. Fortunately, Farmhouse Kitchen lived up to its reputation! We visited over lunch which provided a special menu option with soup, appetizers, and entree. Service was impeccable - so friendly and attentive. We'll be back!“
“Food and wine selection at AOC is very good. The service is what stood out most. I dined here Monday night and the hostess was very kind. Michael our waiter really made our night. He had great menu and drink recommendations and his positive attitude was so infectious it really made our night. He really set the standard for amazing service. We will be back asap to see him!“
“Always an enjoyable experience. Greeted warmly, seated, ordered. Menu is something for everyone done right. Good runners always more than pleasant. Busy evening and our waitress was a busy lady. Management sent another more than capable body to relieve that jam, which was really appreciated. Good great, 3 of us shared appetizers, a delicious large steak, and the fish special. All left satisfied with leftover steak“
“This is an L.A. bar with an NYC feel…post gentrification. A good place for an intimate situation or for bein’ a gaggle of gays and theys. Not sure about the pricing as I was treated to my libations, but the service was friendly. I appreciated the attentiveness. They have high tops on one side and soft seating on the other with bar seating in between the two.“
“This was our first time at Saltie Girl. We will definitely be dinning at Saltie Girl again. The oysters were outstanding and not a bad price at $4.50 each. They had great flavor.LA Pink salad was very good with an excellent crushed maple walnut dressing dressing. The Moules Frites, probably the best I ever had, even better than in Belgium! Ipswich Claim had a wonderful coating and excellent flavor. The Fried Brussels Sprouts outstanding flavor. The French Dover Sole with the lemon, capers, butter and parsley, amazing flavor. Lump Crab Toast bold and delicious flavor. The one dish I would pass on next time is the Tins. We had one tin with Sardine In Olive Oil With Lemon and one with Hake In Green Sauce. They just lacked flavor.Service was top notch.“
“We brought our own wine, corking fee $40. Had a great experience here but they took my wine into the back and put it into the decanter, as it is a bottle we brought, would have preferred if they had poured it in front of us. Otherwise it was a great meal and food was delicious. We did the matu dinner which is a 5 course meal and definitely worth it especially if you’re a first timer. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere and everyone who we interacted with was very nice!“
“Our server was helpful in deciding what we should order. Started with delicious arancini. We ordered cauliflower steak w/ a wonderful sauce underneath. Also got schwarma encased in homemade pita. Followed by donut holes that came to the table piping hot. We will be back!“
“**Update: there is no place I enjoy eating at for important meals than at HLAY. Food and drink are second to none. But, it's the staff and crew that really and it into the stratosphere. I couldn't ask for a better meal, all around, than here. Jonathan, the place is in good, capable hands. Rest in power and at ease, they got this covered for you.Find me a better restaurant in LA with a better staff, better curated menu with drinks, better ambiance and I'll fight you as you why you're wrong.“
“Eggs bacon and waffles were spectacular! Waffles stands out by being light, fluffy and undeniably the best waffles I have ever had. I asked to separate waffles from eggs and bacon and think this is the way to go! French toast, burrito were also very good. Only drawback was it was a bit on the expensive side for breakfast - 30/pp. I guess you pay for quality!!“
“The influence of Alice Waters and David Tennis is at play in the $45 prix fixe 3-course lunch, simple, elegant and delicious. The rest of the menu, except the desserts and cocktails, looks to be uninterestingly pedestrian. Recently, a salad of thinly shaved manchego, mint, beets and radicchio first course and a perfectly cooked Sea bass, very plump clams, broad beans, and fennel second course in a seafood broth lightly seasoned with dill were superb, as were desserts that our waiter allowed us to substitute for the third course. Highly recommended for lunch.“
“Incredible date night spot! Vibes & music were great all evening. Service was attentive but not overwhelming… would highly recommend!Of course we had the corn bread… it lived up to the hype! Followed that up with the Meatloaf & Trout which both had very unique flavors. We ended with the brown butter chocolate chip cookies & date cake… incredible!!Also the drinks are expensive but it’s LA so it’s to be expected… we really enjoyed ours.20% service charge built into total at the end of the meal!Parking: We valeted - $15 - very easy“
“I would give 6 stars if that were possible! The food at Dante is consistently incredible, and the service is outstanding! I was here with a group a few weeks ago and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff really goes above and beyond to make it a special dining experience. 10/10 recommend! <3“
“Went on a Sunday for brunch and there was a hefty wait around ~1-1.5hrs, which was completely expected for the area. We were fine with waiting as there's a lot of neat shops to explore and farmersmarket in the area. We ordered the breakfast burrito, spicy chicken sandwich, ceviche, and pepperoni pizza. The ceviche comes with homemade huge taro root chips - which was a nice touch! Everything was delicious but the chicken sandwich was really wet - to the point of needing to eat with a fork and knife. I personally would not order it again as it felt a bit too soupy for me but overall everything was tasty. Service was great and friendly. We sat outside as we had our husky with us - the place was very dog friendly outside.“
“This is our fourth time here since opened. We love it and even brought some first timers. Just a couple of things, the rigatoni was not as spicy as usual, the chicken parmesan seemed a little small and $45 for corkage is a little high my feeling.“
“The aesthetic here is quite beautiful. Made by a graffiti artist Kacper Abolik, horses and other subjects adorn the walls as you eat in the back room. Many dishes make a correlation to horses as well. The hot plate is a horse shoe. The butter is molded into a horse. The details really make the experience. The cocktails and wine selection is lovely as well. It's a great place to go for date night!“
“Went in for some cocktails before dinner on a Wednesday night and it was chill. Living for my espresso martini and my hubby got a dirty martini ? stepping inside felt like we walked into the past with the original tables chairs and architecture.“
“Took my girlfriend there for her birthday dinner. There was a cute card waiting for us on the table with a personalized message wishing her a happy birthday. Staff was great. Polite and attentive. Food was really good. We chose from their list of specials for the night. The specials are a great value.Cocktails are creative and tasty. Love the lighting and atmosphere.“
“So many delicious choices but in my opinion the Bougie fish sticks are a must! We ordered them along with fresh baked bread and the chopped shrimp louie salad for a perfect light and delicious early dinner. Of course you'll need to pair the meal with one (or two) of the excellent wines by the glass. The dessert menu is also worth a look. The view is great, the service outstanding and the menu innovative.“
“One of the best dining experiences that we've had so far! The restaurant is a smaller more intimate restaurant but had a very nice clean esthetic. My favorite of the meal was the spincione focaccia bread, stuffed squash (fiori di zucca), and the orrechiette pasta. Our server was very knowledgeable of the entire menu and guided us on how much to order. We ended up getting a round of drinks, 7 plates of food, and 2 desserts and the bill came out to ~$400 for our party of 4. Well worth the value of food we got and everyone felt perfectly satisfied after dinner. The food was so delicious, I can see why this place is so popular. We will definitely be visiting again.“
“First time trying this bbq spot and it was 5 stars all around! All of the servers are top notch and work together to make sure all customers are taken care of and the food is amazing. Highly recommend topping your meal off with the banana pudding!“
“Our waiter was friendly and fantastic. The venue itself is very cool. But cool in temperature too. The whole front of the place is open with no wall and we had to keep our jackets on the whole time. The food was very tasty and we loved the trio of guacamole. The filet tacos were too smokey flavored. We finished with the flan and it was amazing. Big enough to share!“
“One of my favorite Venice spots! The food is delicious, the service outstanding. Absolutely have the ricotta crostini with the gluten free bread (trust me) and the raw Brussels sprouts salad.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options and knowledgeable staff“
“Best salad that I've had in years. Food was fresh and served by staff that really cared about us and our experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and welcoming.Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetarian options. Staff was also happy to make other dishes, like call zone, vegetarian for us.“
“I brought my coworkers here a few weeks ago for a company team lunch and everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the food! The portions were large and plentiful, so much so that we were super full and still had leftovers to take home. My favorite dish was the kale salad, which was surprisingly flavorful. The pizzas were also great!I contacted OSPI ahead of time to make a large party reservation, opting for the lunch time prix fixe menu. The whole process was super smooth, and they were very helpful in helping me choose appropriate dishes based on the dietary restrictions of our group (we had vegetarians and gluten free people, both of whom were accomodated). My only critique is that the food took quite a while to come out at the start. I expected it to be out sooner since we had a reservation and had ordered a fixed menu, but after being seated, we still had to wait a decent amount, so we were quite hungry. After that, the pacing of the meals could've been slightly faster, but it's understandable because of the large party servings. Otherwise, service was great.Unfortunately I was too distracted eating to take pictures! The food was delicious!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“Good food. We ordered the chicken Cesar salad, pepperoni pizza and truffle pizza. The first two were very delicious. The brie-truffle pizza was simply alright. But lets talk about that homemade giant cinnamon roll though …. I’d drive all the way there to satisfy that craving any day!The cappuccino was good too. First time in LA I found a decent capp, I usually order cappuccinos and end up with lattés !The location is perfect, overlooking the water. Would absolutely recommend.“
“My wife and I dined here last night and the food was creative, exciting and most of all delicious. Our favorites were the matzo ball soup, tinned salt spring mussels, the small relish tray with 5-onion dip and the rose petal pie. Shout out to the staff, especially Oscar, who helped walk us through the menu and was happy to chat with us at the close of service. The energy in the restaurant was vibrant and joyous. I loved the music.“
“Make a reservation if you go here! We came on a Saturday afternoon and even though there were tables open they asked us if we had a reservation & when we said no they made us wait which threw us off a little! That being said, it's a gorgeous location and the ramen is amazing. The broth is absolutely divine & love that they gave an abundance of toppings. I will be back!“
“I enjoyed this place a lot! We sat at the bar and got a chef's tasting menu. Everything was outstanding! We came in from Vegas for quick getaway and this place did not disappoint. If we're ever in the area again we're come back! We particularily enjoyed the cooked carrots and the mushroom pasta we were served“
“My son and I popped in for dinner because we were staying close by. We're not vegan, but I am gluten free and we do enjoy vegan options from time to time. We ordered a gluten free pizza to share and I was afraid to eat it because the crust was unlike any gluten free crust I've ever had. I didn't believe it was gluten free. I double checked with the waiter. He assured me it was gluten free. I ate it, but still had my doubts. Haha It was THAT good. I wish we were local so I could have it more often. Their basil lemonade is really good too. We're hoping to visit the area again in the future and will definitely hit up this spot for lunch or dinner.“
“I'm looking forward to my next stop at MB Post. I had a reservation for 3 at 7:15 on a Saturday night. We arrived a little early, checked in and waited at the bar for our table. The bar was crowded and the staff busy but our drink order was taken quickly. Cocktails were delicious, #Blessed will be my go-to here. It took a bit longer to get our drinks than we had anticipated. We waited for our table about 20 minutes beyond the time of our reservation and we had to circle back to the host to inquire how much longer before we would be seated. Our table was in the corner next to the kitchen and a service nook, loud and busy; next time I'll make a note to request a table away from the kitchen. It's a boisterous restaurant and the corner amplified the energy. We ordered the carrots, gnocchi, green beans and biscuits---all were incredibly delicious with the green beans being our favorite. Our server was prompt, courteous, food arrived without a long delay. We enjoyed Lola cab sauv with dinner. I gave the 4 stars for the service at the bar our need to check on our table. Overall a great experience and I will certainly be back.“
“Every time we visit LA we have come to the Edmond for years. They recently changed their license and unfortunately we didn’t find out until our friend came with her 18 yr. old daughter and we sat down and she had water and was carded and asked to leave. It is now 21 and over, so no more family meals here. It’s unfortunate, but true. Please Post a sign for those that have been coming for years and don’t check the website.“
“Absolutely fabulous! The beef tartare was superb. I had the black truffle risotto and there is nothing better than that on the menu in my personal opinion, rich, creamy, earthy, simply delicious. My mom had the crab pasta which was so complex, but the lumps of crab added such a lovely ocean flavor to every bite. Our server was incredible! She was so attentive and kind and patient with us. But the best part of the meal was the tiramisu, not your typical tiramisu but the chocolate record decoration made the whole evening. Also the cocktails were worth every penny, expertly crafted and unique.“

“1st time coming to WeHo Bistro and will definitely be coming back. Our waiter was super friendly and gave excellent recommendations. We celebrated my younger sister's birthday and sitting outside surrounded by the lights was absolutely the cherry on top.“
“The food was delicious and the presentation was like art, the service was excellent, and the ambience of the place itself was beautiful. Visited with a group of friends so we were able to get different plates and try from each others, didn't get to photograph all of them but so good!“
“We came here for Easter Sunday brunch yesterday. It’s a cute restaurant with friendly staff. However, I expected the food to taste better…I ordered their classic breakfast pizza suggested by the server. First of all, it looked great. I’m not a fan of the fake bacon because it tastes like paper. After the first couple of bites, I realized the pizza was barely edible because of the amount of big rosemary leaves added in the pizza dough. I had to hand picked them out of the pizza to avoid tasting the ‘soapy’ rosemary flavor… and I love rosemary in general. Just not THIS MUCH. I asked my friends to also taste my pizza and they all told me I should send it back.Luckily, our server took it back right away and gave me the option to change to a different pizza. The second pizza I ordered was margarita pizza. It was pretty blend. But at least edible.I do need to say their menu is probably a hit or miss. My friends ordered the breakfast burritos that they enjoyed a lot. Which is why I’m leaving it 4 stars.Note: very limited street parking and $20 valet parking.Parking: Very limited street parking and $20 valet parking.“
“The restaurant is located on the second floor of Nerano in Beverly Hills (you have to take an elevator up to the second floor through Nerano). This gives the spot kind of a fun speakeasy feel to it. When you get out of the elevator, you walk into a beautifully designed / decorated, cozy, albeit slightly quirky space. It's not large (I think the capacity is 34). Came here for a food event, which I did a review for separately, but this experience in particular was grabbing a drink at the bar. (I did think the food was delicious though and urge folks to come here and give this place a try. I know I want to come back and try more menu items.) The bar is beautifully designed and organized. I found myself perusing and mentally cataloguing the whiskeys as I always do when I go to new restaurants. But this place looked like a place that has fun cocktails. So I ordered The George Michael. The drinks here are really interactive, and the bartenders are super enthusiastic to the point that it's infectious. My drink in particular had some bowls that floated up and you had to catch it with a paddle. Flavor wise it was like espresso martini with a peanut butter twist to it. All in all this place is a great place to grab drinks and/or food. Lots of fun. There's a lot of street parking nearby, but it could get challenging especially during the weekends. I came in the middle of the week and was able to find parking about a block away.“
“We sat on the patio with a few cocktails we ordered: From LA with Love (tall orange drink) and LA Adelita (Mocktail). They were fantastic!I especially like the ambiance of the bar. It is located in a trendy food stall in downtown Culver City with other ethnic food on the first floor and the bar and its patio on the second floor!“
“The food was very good. My favorite thing was the spicy Pescado tacos. The chorizo scramble on toast was not as good as I was hoping it would be, but I did love the mimosa option with a flight of juices to kind of make your own mimosa. got there fairly early so there weren't many people and there, so the noise level was low and the atmosphere there is very charming and warm..“
“We love this place for a sunny lunch/brunch on the weekends to grab a burger, some drinks and the kale salad we love. You can’t beat the prices and being able to catch some sun in a non pretentious manner. Not giving 5 stars because the girl working the bar has been consistently rude and doesn’t seem to enjoy her job which is kind of a buzz kill but otherwise 5 stars ✨“
“The staff is really lovely and attentive. We had lunch and it was all really good I ordered the breakfast burrito by itself and it was pretty filling would definitely recommend.Kid-friendliness: I was able to take my stroller in and get around.“
“Arthur J has been the staple go-to restaurant for me and my husband everytime we celebrate a new promotion, new job, raise, etc. We always invite out another couple to dine with us to celebrate, and the past two times (including tonight) was a bit of a disappointment. We have always ordered the tomahawk steak the past 4-5 times we've dined here, and tonight it was so fatty that there were probably only 16 oz of edible meat... from a 40oz steak. I know the bone is included in the weight, but I really could not see this Tomahawk feeding two people. I wish I had taken a photo of the Tomahawk because I really couldn't believe how small it looked. One of the entire end pieces was pure fat. Literally maybe a tiny sliver of meat (think like the size of a dime) on a 3x3" piece of fat. I did a brief perusal of the Yelp photos of the Arthur J Tomahawk to check my recollection of previous versions of the Tomahawk we had and yeah, the piece we got tonight did not look like anything from the Yelp photos or from our previous experiences. I rarely update Yelp reviews, but tonight's experience was just such a steep, stark contrast to the first time we dined here so many years ago. The first time we dined here, we ordered the Tomahawk and the manager came out and said the chef overcooked it, so he was embarrassed and refused to serve it so he let us choose anything else on the menu for free. Our party was shocked, we hadn't asked for any freebies. But that experience has always stuck out because it showed us how much Arthur J valued the quality of their product and service. In stark contrast to that first experience, I just can't believe how far downhill the standards have gone. I never like to just completely overlook the good parts in a review so here's the good: service was friendly albeit slightly slow, sides were good- especially the beef fat fries. I also like being able to pay the check on my phone.“
“I can't say enough about the food and service! Everything was off the charts delicious starting with the appetizers and on to the steak platters for 2. Desert the Bomb too!! Thank you for a great birthday dinner experience absolutely delicious!“
“The three of us shared the brussels sprout salad, which was absolutely delicious the lobster lollipop appetizer the robins Island steak, the scallop, potatoes, country bread, and for dessert we decided to top it off with the milk chocolate crème brûlée service was great as was the presentation. Nice wine list, I'll be back again and may order the same thing!“
“Per usual the food at nic's was so good! Got the bang bang broccoli which I'll absolutely order regularly, and the bianco pizza. Also the side of fries are amazing (random, I know). Banana split was yummy too! I love this restaurant so much, and so do my friends.“
“I absolutely love Stache. It offers a fantastic atmosphere, delightful music, and incredibly friendly, attentive staff.Thursday trivia nights are a personal favorite of mine.I recently hosted a party there, and the manager, Sebastian, made the entire process effortless. He helped me reserve the patio - for free - and all my guests could conveniently order their food and settle their tabs using their phones. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.I wholeheartedly recommend Stache for any event or gathering. Sebastian was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.“
“Harbor Room gets 5 stars. Third smallest bar in America, cheapest prices on the west side. Whoever the man with the monopoly style moustache is makes one of the best manhattans I've ever had. Best jukebox I've probably seen in my life. Wide selection of rock, soul, you know the classics you either heard in your grandpas 73 Chevelle over the 8track system cutting in and out. Or the music your dad blasted in the garage during the frequent breaks while cutting the lawn. My only complaint is some of the annoying regulars who treat the bar like a library and get a stick up their ass when you start talking. But hey I think they are near their expiration date and I'd be bitter too.“
