You may have to park down the street and walk down to the restaurant.“

Recently, a salad of thinly shaved manchego, mint, beets and radicchio first course and a perfectly cooked Sea bass, very plump clams, broad beans, and fennel second course in a seafood broth lightly seasoned with dill were superb, as were desserts that our waiter allowed us to substitute for the third course. “Went on a Sunday for brunch and there was a hefty wait around ~1-1.5hrs, which was completely expected for the area. We were fine with waiting as there's a lot of neat shops to explore and farmersmarket in the area. We ordered the breakfast burrito, spicy chicken sandwich, ceviche, and pepperoni pizza. The ceviche comes with homemade huge taro root chips - which was a nice touch! Everything was delicious but the chicken sandwich was really wet - to the point of needing to eat with a fork and knife. I personally would not order it again as it felt a bit too soupy for me but overall everything was tasty. Service was great and friendly. We sat outside as we had our husky with us - the place was very dog friendly outside.“

The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Can be hard to get a reservation, but we usually get there at 5:15 and are able to sit at the bar with no problem.“

Ordered the shrimp cocktail, chicken liver and charred carrot starter. Had Cacio & Pepe, Charmoula and Duck Confit as our main. My favorite of the meal was the spincione focaccia bread, stuffed squash (fiori di zucca), and the orrechiette pasta. Our server was very knowledgeable of the entire menu and guided us on how much to order. We ended up getting a round of drinks, 7 plates of food, and 2 desserts and the bill came out to ~$400 for our party of 4. Well worth the value of food we got and everyone felt perfectly satisfied after dinner. The food was so delicious, I can see why this place is so popular. We will definitely be visiting again.“

The whole process was super smooth, and they were very helpful in helping me choose appropriate dishes based on the dietary restrictions of our group (we had vegetarians and gluten free people, both of whom were accomodated).My only critique is that the food took quite a while to come out at the start. I expected it to be out sooner since we had a reservation and had ordered a fixed menu, but after being seated, we still had to wait a decent amount, so we were quite hungry. After that, the pacing of the meals could've been slightly faster, but it's understandable because of the large party servings. “I'm looking forward to my next stop at MB Post. I had a reservation for 3 at 7:15 on a Saturday night. We arrived a little early, checked in and waited at the bar for our table. The bar was crowded and the staff busy but our drink order was taken quickly. Cocktails were delicious, #Blessed will be my go-to here. It took a bit longer to get our drinks than we had anticipated. We waited for our table about 20 minutes beyond the time of our reservation and we had to circle back to the host to inquire how much longer before we would be seated. Our table was in the corner next to the kitchen and a service nook, loud and busy; next time I'll make a note to request a table away from the kitchen. It's a boisterous restaurant and the corner amplified the energy. We ordered the carrots, gnocchi, green beans and biscuits---all were incredibly delicious with the green beans being our favorite. Our server was prompt, courteous, food arrived without a long delay. We enjoyed Lola cab sauv with dinner. I gave the 4 stars for the service at the bar our need to check on our table. Overall a great experience and I will certainly be back.“

The Day Boat Scallops have a crispy topping and a tender center. “A very pretty friend and I decided to try Bestia on a Thursday at 5pm. After arriving and entering an outdoor patio that leads into the indoor seating, we couldn't help notice the bright blue wall, nicely trimmed tree, outdoor string lights all coming together to make a quiet eating experience but my pretty woman friend wanted us to experience the inside. Inside was livelier, more people, closely positioned tables,and an open kitchen facing the eating area. Cool modern music that's not too loud. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the coconut red chili oil scallops garnished with herbs and a slice of strawberry. I was pleased with the combination of flavors. Then we shared the bone marrow pasta, which was packed with savory flavors and interesting soft textures. It was delicious. Of course, we had to try the herb ceasar salad everyone raves about when talking about Bestia, and the hype is all true. We then shared a marguarita pizza and let me say this, despite the overly salted tomato sauce, the napolitano style crust elevated the rest of the pizza ingredients. I had old sunglasses: a tequila blanco cocktail with sweet citrus flavors all well balanced, I couldn't just have 1. My pretty friend had unsweetened ice tea, which was refreshing with a subtle fruit flavor. For dessert, we shared the chocolate dessert with a crispy sweet and salty crust that complimented the rich thick chocolate mouse that was just the right amount of sweet. It's the kind of place you take an attractive friend you really, really like. Recommend you plan at least a couple of weeks ahead to get a table because this place has a big following.“
