“Great food and service! I have been to this location twice in the last month or so. I literally drive past another location on my way to this one, and will continue to do so, because this one is so much better. The food is fresh and well made, they didn’t mess up the orders or forget anything, and THEY MARKED THE FOOD ON THE WRAPPERS like they all should so we didn’t have to dig into all the burritos and everything to try and figure out what was what and who’s was who’s. They also put the box meals in the boxes which it seems like other locations have been too lazy to do lately.“
“Best Taco Bell in town. They really take the time and effort to make your food well. I literally go 5 minutes extra just for this Taco Bell rather than my local one cause of how good this one is. They make it like how it’s advertised, which is usually rare in the fast food industry. Please keep this going!“
“This location of Taco Bell has improved over the last few years. Just that is seems with Door Dash and other delivery apps that at times over the weekends they get short staffed. But other then taking a little longer than normal the only person working was nice for being the only person there.“
“I go out of my way to this Taco Bell location because the other stores never get it right. I also appreciate how they don’t pull me around to the front of the store. Strategies like this make me feel like I will be forgotten. Not this location. Always accurate and fast! Sophie is also an amazing manager!!“
“They have good values on box meals, and they can be faster than off-base locations during peak hours. I think it's because this location doesn't get slowed down by all the food delivery app traffic. The Star Card gives a 10% discount, which makes things even better. I've never done special orders here, so things have always been straightforward.“
“Fantastic experience! Huge shoutout to the team working here. The customer service was exceptionally welcoming, and the food came out quickly and piping hot. “The girl at the window tonight was really nice.She had blonde hair.She was really sweet and she gave me as much hot sauce as I asked for and exactly as much as she was allowed to give me of the green sauce , the food was really yummy and filling!!“
“Let me start by saying this, we showed up pretty late and they did not disappoint still. The girl working last night was extremely friendly and welcoming, super quick at her job and knows what customer service is. Im alway hit or miss on taco bell food but the customer service was worth it this time.“
“Stopped by this Taco Bell with my wife and placed our order using the self-service kiosk. The ordering process was quick and easy, and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time.
I ordered the Quesadilla Burrito. The food was about what I would expect from a fast-food restaurant. My burrito was wrapped a little loosely, and the sauce ratio was heavier than I would have preferred, but the overall flavor was still decent. They also forgot to give me my drink cup, which was a minor inconvenience but was easily corrected.
Overall, it was a pretty average Taco Bell visit. Nothing stood out as particularly great or particularly bad. I would come back again, but I wouldn't specifically go out of my way to visit this location if another Taco Bell or dining option was more convenient.“
“This is one of my favorite Taco Bell’s. I use to be able to get a chili cheese burrito here, but you guys keep taking stuff off the menu and that kind of sucks lol. BUT The staff here is almost always amazing. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order. It’s always very filling and good and the restaurant is almost always clean inside. That’s why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work.“
“Genuinely the greatest fast food on earth. Putting a Supreme Chalupa in my mouth is the equivalent to winning the lottery (probably). Cheesy potato burrito thingy is something I didn’t know existed, but it will forever be on my Taco Bell order. Also if you’re a vegetarian you have to get the potato taco. The explosive diarrhea is totally worth it btw.“

I just wish that they would have service at the counter just had to leave didn't get greeted just felt Frozen girls working just look at you and don't even say anything like you're a pain in their behind because they have to go to the cash register to service you. After 30 years of eating Taco Bell I still love the food but the service has went completely South“
“I absolutely love going to this location it doesn’t matter what time it is everyone is so friendly and respectful and the night craw (Alex and Nevaeh) are so friendly and always know who I am. And I constantly get all my food right. Just absolutely amazing service. Thank you everyone so much“
“If this is the Taco Bell location I think it is at the very bottom of garden of the gods this is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to The order is always correct it comes out incredibly fast and the employees are very well-mannered I cannot speak highly enough of this Taco Bell location“
“I came into the restaurant around noon today. And the big guy in the back smiled waved and welcomed me in then stopped what he was doing to come take my order. He was very pleasant and friendly. They had a decent amount of cars in the drive but it still didn't take long for me to get my food. While I was sitting down enjoying my enchiritos the volume picked up substantially. The crew seemed understaffed but the ladies were working hard assembling. I noticed someone who might have been a male nurse storm up to the counter and start cursing out the big guy. It seemed that he remained professional and the male nurse had been in the restaurant for no more than 10 minutes. Seemed a bit ridiculous. Long story long my experience was good. the four-person team were hustling. And it was seen that nurses who were trained to have manners forget all that when it comes to the people that serve them.“
“Ordered our food at the machine inside it took 30 minutes of us waiting before we walked out instead of waiting even more time for six items when they serve three other customers that walked in after us. I was contacted that night by the store manager and he reviewed the tapes and asked us to come back the next day so he could make it right. We did and held true to his word and even went above and beyond what was promised.“

“This taco bell has never disappointed me! Everytime me and my significant other go the workers are fast and despite there being a rush the food is always correct and made to expectation. One gentleman gave me free food one time when I made a second order for my brother even! To wrap this all up I recommend this taco bell to anyone and give the workers a thank you for all the hard work you guys do here in Falcon.“
“I ordered on the app for the $6.59 lux box and a free burrito through the rewards, so I didn't have high hopes. BUT!... I hope the absolute angels that were working tonight see this, and their bosses, Wow! The time, response, customer service, and quality of food... “As a Taco Bell connoisseur, I can honestly say with my whole being that this Taco Bell location and everyone in it needs a pay raise because every time I go there and order food, the people the service and the food are all Michelin star worthy somebody get these people pay raise because the art that they are crafting in there exquisite !!!!! the new chicken bacon ranch Chalupa comes with two per one order didn’t know that by far the best thing I have ever put in my mouth.Thank you taco bell“
“Went over to Taco Bell on Platte in Wasatch yesterday. They are very shorthanded and their screens were acting up on the drive-thru so we had to go inside to order. The manager on duty was on the grill and talking to the drive-thru to let people know. It was one lady taking care of the counter and one other lady was doing all the other work around me kitchen and orders that were called in they had a good crowd in there they were doing a great awesome job. Food was outstanding the three ladies working in there were working Fast and Furious to try to make everything beautiful for the people and I commend them for all the hard work that they were doing with great gratitude for being short staffed and getting of the order out there fastest possible way. Remember that people sometimes they're just not enough people working and that's not the fault of the people that are hard workers that come to work and do their work. Awesome job ladies.“
