Jack makes good (scratch that great)tacos. I in fact LOVE ❤️ 😍 Jack's tacos. If there were a 12 step program for Jack's tacos I'd only go if they served those delectable morsels right next to the fountain drinks and coffee.

“For the first time in my life, I'm compelled to review a particular location of a fast food chain. Not because I'm bored, and not to complain, because there's enough of that. I'm very happy with my experience here.
Long-term patrons of Taco Bell will attest that the bar is not set high, and that it's a certain standard of terrible that you sometimes just happen to be in the mood for. This, strangely, was better than that.
All the vegetables were bright and fresh, served quickly, and more potatoes were made on the spot when they were out. We were served by a cheerful gentleman with a great attitude. All items were correct. No notes.“
“Had a great experience here last night 8/23. Very friendly guys working, perfect order accuracy. My only complaint is the shell inside the Crunchwrap had a weird taste from being fried in old oil, but that’s just a minor thing. This Taco Bell is the most competent one in the city. I recommend driving out of your way just for the good service!“
“So this location doesn't serve breakfast, I guess not enough business. Was really craving a breakfast crunch wrap. The girl working the store on Sunday morning was really nice breaking the news to me that they dont serve breakfast. Give her a rise she was super nice and good customer service.“

“I mistakenly placed an order on the Taco Bell app to the wrong location, and the location I ordered it at wouldn’t refund me. However, will one of the employees here named Will overheard this happening and stepped in and made sure to help me get the food I ordered. He really helped me out. Thank you so much Will! “My food was so good.
Except for one.
It was so spicy and also messy. It went everywhere. All of the cheese was all over the outside of the thing and chicken slices fell out.
The other burrito I like since it was really good and not messy at all.
Just a little tiny drops.
The chicken was really good by itself and with the sauce, even better

“I’ve only gone through the drive thru at night to pick up a late dinner after work.
Every time I’ve gone, the people working the window have always made my night and been extra kind.
I hope they get the recognition they deserve.“
“We went through the drive through for tacos. We got a dozen soft tacos . They were made fresh to order and a decent value a little on the skimpy side but that been taco bell for mist of my life. It wad a good quick mess and we enjoyed them but nothing very special tacos bell is pretty predictable.“
“Best experience I've had since this place was built. Usually customer service is lacking. Things are looking up which makes me feel like I can continue coming here. I'm not sure if it's new management or old management implementing new tricks, but it's working.“
“If this is the Taco Bell location I think it is at the very bottom of garden of the gods this is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to The order is always correct it comes out incredibly fast and the employees are very well-mannered I cannot speak highly enough of this Taco Bell location“
“It's taco bell. But damn this location has employees who give a damn about ya. Sometimes it gets busy and like anywhere else, you'll be waiting in line but that's literally every other fast food place. Clean bathrooms, unisex if you're into that kind of thing.“

“Stopped in on 6/3 at around 3:30pm and it was the best experience that I've had at this Taco Bell in a long, long time. The employee immediately and kindly took our order. We were about third in line and it only took around 5 minutes for them to make our taco pack and quesadilla. All the tacos were well constructed, nicely wrapped, and arranged orderly in the box, which is a far cry from our normal experience. The employees were kind as we left as well.
Not sure if it's new management or just a new crew, but it was a great experience, I hope they see this.“

“Ordered our food at the machine inside it took 30 minutes of us waiting before we walked out instead of waiting even more time for six items when they serve three other customers that walked in after us. I was contacted that night by the store manager and he reviewed the tapes and asked us to come back the next day so he could make it right. We did and held true to his word and even went above and beyond what was promised.“
“Probably the best taco bell I've had in a long time. The beefy nachos were beefy, the soft taco supreme and my crunch wrap were made perfectly and the portions were right sized, everything hot and was just fabulous!!

Kayla was hustling and had things running smoothly. My burrito was mixed perfectly which is sadly uncommon and was appreciated. Kayla walked out my fries to my table and they were cooked perfectly“
“Ant was the most goated employee to ever grace taco bell. He made a van full of college kids laugh for 30 minutes straight. We took our time ordering because we could not figure out what we wanted- plus it took longer because Ant was trolling us for our choices (it was really funny though please don’t fire him). We ended up ordering so much food we had to pull into a parking spot and wait..and there were a few errors with our food (truly just miscommunication) but Ant had to make so many trips but we were giggling the whole time. Moral of the story, Ant is the best t-bell employee and needs a raise.“
