Since my review of that experience, I debated if I would go back.Their night manager, Christopher, has come back and things have improved dramatically. I gave a gracious 2-star rating around December but am glad to give 5 stars now. “I visited approximately 6:15 pm 2/16/24. This Taco Bell is my absolute favorite in town. My husband hates sour cream, and with other locations I often have to have items replaced that I asked for no sour cream on. Not here, they always get it right the first time! I tried some new menu items and they’re all pretty good, it all came out hot and fresh and my food was still warm when we got home. The employees are nice but also brief and quick about their work, which I appreciate. The ladies in the drive thru were really hard workers, you can just tell by how the place was running. Our food came out faster than expected as well. My favorite was the chicken crispanada! It’s always a pleasure to come here for a quick meal.“

“The cashier that day was great but the dining room was filthy, the soda station was sticky and needed some wiping down, The sauces in the lobby were empty. It took almost 15 mins to get my order and I asked for no tomato's and it was on my Nacho bell grande on my taco they put the sour cream all on one side of my taco. My friend's food looked like it was slopped together and there was 5 people waiting on their order. I will not go back there for a long time.“
“18 Mar 24 went to the drive thru & ordered the Cheesy Chicken Crispanada, Mexican Pizza combo and soft beef tacos. The Mexican pizza was crispy and delicious but the tacos that came with it were not okay. The soft beef tacos were also good but the new Cheesy Chicken Crispanada had more cheese than chicken but the shell was crispy.“

“I had kind of a difficult interaction with one of the workers, but the manager did a great job of resolving my issue and help me to get my order taken care of. I don't judge a place on if they make mistakes or not, but if they make them right and this place did a five-star job of making things right for me.“
