“I loved the business and the fast pace of the service. We were well aware of our choices with our wonderful server. We got on the wait list before going because its always busy. We love the bread and butter. Delicious potato skins cheese and bacon bits on top. Totally recommend the chili cheese salsa on top. We shared the ribeye and pork ribs. The mushrooms in the potato soup hits home and the ceasar salad had a decent amount of dressing. I loves the blended sangria and my husband is right to always trust a blue drink.“
“I tried the prime rib sandwich for the first time. It wasn't as good as what I was expecting from the outback. I also ordered the blooming onion and that was a total let down. I don't know if their temperature on their oil is up high enough, but it was waterlogged with oil.“
“We visited Guard & Grace because it is a Michelin inspector recommended restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice. The food is awesome! Just a bit salty for me. Not many restaurants season a fish 24-hour ahead of time, the black cod is really tasty! Filet Mignon was also really good, loved the desert as well!“
“We were part of 5280 week. Cocktails were tasty. The cràbcakes were unbelievable. Superb breading packed with delicious crab. I had the trio steak medallians crusted with blue cheese, garlic parmesan and peppercorn. Asparagus accompanied the entree. Banannas foster for dessert. Again perfect. Daniel was professional and efficient. A great night out at a top notch restaurant“
“Had a great experience here last night. We got there right before happy hour ended, and our server, Adam, made sure that we got what we wanted from the menu just in time and kept checking in. He was awesome he explained the menu very well and answered all our questions. The food was amazing. The steak was cooked medium rare like we asked and it came out great. Will definitely be going back and recommending it to everyone.“
“Service was fine but we had to refill our water ourselves through out the evening. Food was mixed. Our Dover Sole had a dry pasty texture when it should have been moist and buttery. The has browns and sautéed spinach were both excellent and cooked perfectly. Our bone-in filet was cooked to our desired temperature but lacked “Prime” flavor. The waiter and manager both apologized for the Dover Sole and it was removed from our bill. Additionally, we were offered a free dessert. We ordered the Souffle but it was only fair.“
“I wish I had photos to post but my husband and I didn’t take any because we were so into our moment. The food didn’t disappoint. I had the Wagyu steak and I joked with my husband that it was so tender I didn’t need teeth to eat it. We were given assistance with selecting the perfect red wine to fit our taste and it didn’t disappoint. I made reservations and asked to be seated near the window and our request was honored. So grateful for our date night at Shanahan’s as it didn’t disappoint. We plan on returning.“
“I'm so glad places like Bastiens are still thriving in Denver. Easily the best cooked and best tasting steak I've had in Denver. I love the bread sticks and specialty butter they serve when you sit down. Prices were very reasonable and service was outstanding!“
“We have been going to Steakhouse 10 for a very long time. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch! We have had both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!“
“We dine often. Pretty solid dinner overall. Really miss the live music and the true table side dessert. The bananas foster is just not the same and the alcohol did not burn off enough with a bic lighter and no heat. Disappointing. Rather it just be made properly and bought out.“
“Consistently good food and service. They have great steaks! Had an awesome filet last night. Also love the fried shrimp, chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. Make sure you get some pretzel bread and try the French Onion Soup. The Tenderloin Cobb Salad is fantastic. Lots of fresh stuff and the steak is always perfect. They have the best blue cheese dressing of any restaurant I have ever been to. I would buy it to go if I could.Someone else commented that the new Dukes is better than the old. I completely agree.“
“The Columbine Steak House is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood steakhouse in Denver. My boyfriend remembers going there with his dad when he was just a young kid... and he's 63 now! This is not a fancy steakhouse, but what they do, they do well. It's got two parts - a sit-down, waitressed area with a bar and then...the walk-in, order your food at the kitchen and find yourself a seat side. Either way, it's usually packed to the gills on a Saturday night. Oh, and it's cash only!!We ate on the order at the kitchen side last night... t-bone and NY strip, served with a small baked potato and house salad, which you pick up from the kitchen. No condiments on your table? No problem... ask to borrow them from a neighboring table or look for them on a shelf along the wall. The steaks are thin, but big... so if you like your steak rare, make sure the cook knows it. They are tasty, char-broiled and they go down easy!! Oh, and did I forget to mention the Texas Toast? Save that for dessert... it's a tradition there to have it with honey, which you may have to borrow from your neighbors!!“
“The most flavorful and tender Ribeye that I've ever had. The crab/corn bisque was unique, delightful and the perfect appetizer. Carrot cake highly recommended, to be shared.Lobster mac was lacking lobster, and the cheese had a texture that I wasn't a huge fan of.The service was friendly and attentive but a little slow.Decor was fun and fancy if not gaudy, felt like a Las vegas casino from a decade ago.Definitely should be added to anyone's Denver steakhouse rotation.“
“My husband and I sat at the bar at the front of the hotel. Isaac was our bartender and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and very professional but also personable. We had dinner after inside the restaurant. The food was really good. We did the bread with the butter flight. My favorite was the huckleberry honey butter. Our waiter was Austin and he was great. Made sure our food was good, we had plenty of water, checked on us several times. I had the lamb rack and my husband had the scallops. Both were really good. We also ate breakfast there the next morning and that was just as good. Sofia was our waitress, she was very attentive. The food came out amazing and was very filling“
“Wow! Can't believe this place has been 10 minutes from our home and we'd never tried it! Food and service was top notch. A little pricey but worth it as portions were not "elf meals" but good sized and delicious! Sauces were excellent and they have a nice selection for happy hour. My husband had a huge steak that was perfect and I had steak gorgonzola pasta. Now, the desserts ....you must try the lemon blueberry pie! I don't care much for pie but this one was really amazing! Soooo much food and yes, I had to ask for a box to take home....and it was still amazing the second day!“
“We enjoyed two perfectly prepared, bone-in ribeyes. It is refreshing to know that when you order an expensive cut, that it will come to the table....just as you like it. There have been numerous family birthdays and retirement parties at Elways and is the restaurant of choice, for those special occasions, because we know, we can count on the expertise of the staff, to make it special. Highest recommendations to Elways for an outstanding steak and event.“
“For a Friday night (6-7 p.m.), this is one of the best Texas Roadhouse we have visited. Didn't have to wait much. the server was ver attentive, food and drinks got out in a timely manner. Food was great. We had visited the one in Central Park and that left a bad experience for us. This one in River point definitely has better food and service. Will be coming back!“
“My mom and I had the best time because of our server, Andrew. He was incredibly thoughtful personable and professional. All the things you would want from a server. Our food was also AMAZING! Super cool that they source ingredients locally too!“
“Great food. Wonderful service. The decor is really a historical trip. Had not seen some of the taxidermist animals in the restaurant. The painting on the outside of building is really fun to see. Very vintage. The BBQ ribs were a huge portion size. Soup is great.Vegetarian options: Salads would work for a vegetarian diet.“
“First time dining here and WOW - let me first start off by highlighting Billy B. Our 5 star experience came full circle not only with his kindness & just being a GOOD HUMAN, but his recommendations came through. Everything he recommended was nothing short of delicious! We will be back Billy! Give this man a raise! He deserves it!“
